Horrible customer service. Absolutely disgusting how they talk and treat their customers who have been customers for over 2 years. Shame on you guys!

The repairs of hail damage to my car were completed in less time than forecast and they were well done. The car was beautifully detailed on completion and interaction with the staff was friendly and respectful.

Better hope your case is straight forward - otherwise expect very subpar and disingenuous service, especially if you're dealing with Kevin.

Had a curb rash repaired on my rear quarter last year, which they did an OK job, although they did leave bunch of clear coat stains and glue residue which later had to be polished off. Gave them a pass on that.

To my astonishment, during the repair they ignored a spot of incidental rust on the rocker, and rather than alert me to this to extend the paint job, they left it hidden from me and had my wrap shop inform me of it.

Had to reschedule a year later to go back (these guys are too busy to care) and fix the rust on the rocker, and now, 5 months later (not even hit winter salt yet), the rust is back with a vengeance on multiple NEW spots they painted. These guys are either too lazy or incompetent to do a proper job, and Kevin does not care AT ALL about making it right. Hired to do a rust job and made it worse in only 5 months of light rain exposure.

Replying with a bunch of half-truths to sway the facts in your favour is very disappointing. I said I did not expect you to pay after you refused liability, of course knowing you I know you'd never pay for it, so why bother asking? I did mention it to Tesla actually, who said you should be paying for the re-do only 5 months out from the job.

1) The closest wrap shop that deals with 3M ppf in a concealed manner is located in Montreal, unfortunately I had no choice but to deal with that hassle, and cash-out was therefore the most viable option when dealing with multiple parties across provinces
2) you act like you did all the hard work convincing Tesla to cover the rust job, when in fact it was me who convinced the manager to do so. I refuse to pressure them again to pay for a re-do that is your responsibility
3) the rust spot was in the field that needed to be prepped as the mudflap had to be removed, so to say you "didn't see it" was either neglect or lies
4) YOU protected the paint job with the mudflap immediately after the job, therefore stone chips should not happen, AND I put PPF on as soon as the paint cured. I did my due diligence, hence why I think it is your subpar job that led to recurrence within 5 months

Highly Recommend this place. I got my Tesla fixed here. The owner personally helped me with the appointments. I got the work done in 45 minutes. 100% satisfied

Had to fix my rear bumper, had it done within few hours. They returned my car not only fixed but cleaned as well.

I went for an estimate for minor bodywork but the cost for painting would have been prohibitive for such a minor correction due to it location. They then proceeded to try and polish out the problem and even made a minor mechanical repair to the car trim.all without charge! I would not hesitate to bring my car back for any required service.

Excellence service, great communication and friendly staff in the shop. My car looked great when I got it back after being in an accident. It was seamlessly repaired and spotless. I was very happy with the results and customer service. The repair took some time because of the delay in parts with the supply chain from Europe but the team kept me up to date. I will be returning In the future!

Got two provincial safety inspections done here. One passed, one failed. They provided me a quote to get the failed car up to standard- I called around to a number of other places to try to match the quote, but nobody had a price as good as Turpin. For the three visits I had, they were on-time and charged me as per the quote given before the work was started.

Exceptional quality repair and Professional customer service.

I recently had major serious repairs to the rear-end of my 2018 Forester. Turpin was recommended by CAA. The delivery of parts took long, a supply chain issue out of their control. Also due to a staffing issue out of their control, the repair was delayed. They were open and clearly explained the repairs, the reasons for the delays and provided estimates for delivery considering the circumstances.

The actual repair is high quality, looks as good as new. And, they delivered the vehicle in sparkling cleanliness inside and out. Amazing! The service from all the staff at all times was courteous, helpful, straight-forward and timely - from the reception, the appraisers and the technicians. Due to the delay as a result of the staffing matter, Management took care of the extra rental cost above my insurance coverage - this is real and valued consideration of their customer. They provided overall exceptional service from initial contact to the delivery of my vehicle. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Turpin!

Dropped my 2012 Corolla off to have the front bumper replaced after being hit. When picking up the car, I didn't recognize it at first. The bumper blended seamlessly and they had cleaned and buffed the rest of the car inside and out making it look like new. I didn't think my old car could look so good.

Super accommodating, really nice, efficient. Unusual combination for a mechanic shop ;-) Very pleased to find this place. Recommend.

Repaired suspension and body panels after a collision on my Tesla model 3. The quality of the work was excellent.

Took my car hear for auto body work because the manufacturer recommended them. Been months and I’ve left several messages, still haven’t heard back. I guess they’re too busy for me.

Collision repair to a new Escalade following a rear end winter accident; polite, efficient and very concise estimating and booking process to start. The repair itself is immaculate, done as soon as parts were available so I was already pleased. But they touched up a stone chip on the front then detailed my vehicle. I'm beyond impressed, they made me feel like the old Turpin dealership tradition of service still exists.

From reception to the technicians and the management, all around great place to have your car serviced. They let me use the board room for my meeting while I waited, which was very kind of them. All around excellent experience with our 2 vehicles.

Had paint damage on my front fender, was recommended by Tesla as an approved vendor. Great service and the fender looks brand new. Service was fast and hassle free.

Catherine and Kevin were a pleasure to deal with. Unforseen challenges with parts suppliers, beyond their control, delayed the collision repairs but I would definitely recommend Turpin Capital Collision.

Went to Turpin for a side mirror replacement. Was provided a realistic estimate for a replacement (painting and installation of a used mirror). Was contacted promptly once they received the part and informed me the used part was almost the same colour as the original, so painting was maybe not necessary. I appreciate the fact they were honest, and saved me some money). Would recommend them.

My insurance told me to bring my car to them in the 2011 hail storm we had. They were extremely terrible. Everything was outsourced and rushed so badly they glued everything back into place instead of replacing the parts and then used an uncertified aftermarket hood I didn't approve or is legal (according to the insurance contract). Danny was was so useless that I just threatened to sue and things started to get better. He would only flap his gums around to make it look like they were doing something but they weren't. Had to bring my car back ten (10) times because things they missed or done so poorly kept on being discovered. It was to the point that my insurance had enough and brought me to the dealership instead. My insurance also decided to give me back my deposit because they saw how incompetent Turpin really was. Sure they outsourced but there is such a thing called "quality control" which obviously they don't have. The only good thing is that there's a lifetime warranty (which they tried to get out of).

I was involved in an accident and my insurance company recommended CSN Turpin for the repairs. They did a fantastic job. I love my truck and I have to say I am a little fussy with it. It came back beautiful. You would never know it was involved in an accident. I highly recommend them for body work and paint. No one wants to be in an accident, but if you are take it here.

My experience was amazing! I was lucky enough to be upgraded and the staff was very nice. It was boring to be waiting on the sun, outside, but it's understandable in this crazy times.

While camping about 3 hours away I found myself needing repairs. I spoke with Kevin who helped get me a quote from afar and put my mind at rest so that I could enjoy the rest of my trip.

When I got back, the awesome experience continued. Kevin found ways to save me money and worked with the team to get my repairs done quickly and with care. I can't say enough great things about my repairs and how easy it was to work with Kevin.

I will 1000% (yes, that's what I meant to write) recommend them and use them myself again if I need to, though here's hoping I don't need more body work done any time soon.

I had the worst experience in this store! I bought these tires as new from them three month ago with guarantee, but it took me only two month to return to them with the shape posted in the picture. I almost got into an accident while driving these tires because of the quality of the tires. I asked the mechanic in their store to replace them as it was guaranteed, but they declined my request and made me come and go three times only before giving me the answer that they are not responsible and there is nothing they can do about it. I wanted to sue them but for the tome being I just want to leave comment here so that people dont fall into their trap and go their stire and buy from them. Please don’t ever go to them, they are the most dishonest people i gave ever seen.

I recently had my car repaired here, repair went well and I am satisfied with the work done to my car. However, I was a disappointed with how long the repair took. Originally, it was a 21 day repair estimate, it work took over 5 weeks to complete. The excuse was that a lot of parts were delayed and they kept missing parts that they did not order. So it added on a lot of time. After my car was ready for pickup, they noticed that they installed the wrong headlights for my car as the auto-leveling light was flashing. The car was returned with the incorrect headlight, it worked and was safe to drive but the correct headlight took another week to come in, installation took a few hours to complete once it was in. With all the delays I was getting no feed back from my repair advisor about the status of my car, it got so bad I had to complain to my insurance who had to call them directly for them to provide me with a response.

Just picked up my vehicle from Turpin today and every part of this process has been worthy of 5 stars. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and the job that was done on my car was excellent. They even dusted the dashboard and vacuumed the car floor & mats as well. Above and beyond my expectations. Won’t be going anywhere else in the future!

After an argument with a snowbank, my car ended up here as per my insurance company. I got my car back today after 3 weeks (waiting for parts, labour, I was also on vacation - so not a big deal as I also walk to work) but it sure is nice to have her back! When I got into my car when I picked her up, I saw a completely clean car, which they had done for me. I had so much mess before! Not gonna lie, I was having a pretty stressful day and that made me so happy I teared up!

They are most professional people, and as i know it is hard to get a civic fixed perfectly. However, in this body shop jimmy did a great job working on it and did not make any mistakes with the car, Also he put the genuine parts for it.best shop ever

They are honest, they put the perfect parts for the car. And they guarantee their work, jimmy was the mechanic that did my car, he is skilled and doesn’t cheat with any of his work. They might take a little time but it is worth the wait.

Arrived unannounced to have my break light bulb replaced. They squeezed me in and had it done in under 10 minutes at no charge. Couldn't have been more pleased. Thanks guys!
