Turtle Jack's Brampton (Airport)

It was my first time going to Turtle Jacks so I was pleasantly surprised with how cozy the atmosphere was! It was a large group of us and we had a reservation booked - checking in was great. The food was good, portions are huge and the server was very friendly. Overall, great experience but I found it on the pricier side for what it was.

I had the pleasure of being served by Sabena. She was so amazingly sweet! I felt well taken care of and had the nicest time! Next time we are in the area I’m going to make sure we get seated at her table. Thanks again Sabena.

Wings - 3/10, sauce was okay, chicken very crunchy but very little chicken.

Fish and Chips - 5/10

Fish - Cooked alright but a bit oily
Fries - Half mid half okay

Burgers and fries - 3.5/10, Looked great but it ends there, chicken cooked wrong, cold and bland.

Amazing place great atmosphere, had the turtle wings had the pleasure of being serviced by Ashley great service 10/10 definitely can’t wait to be back!

An older women at the bar was very ignorant, the younger ladies were excellent. I guess she felt like she had something to prove, as I was younger gentleman myself. Good luck hun

This a shout out of thanks to our waiter Terence! The best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant/bar atmosphere! Terence was so kind, polite, professional and friendly! Because of Terence I will be back!

Very very slow service on a Friday night and the restaurant was only 30% full. I’m never going back to the Brampton location on Airport rd.

Spend $100 and was so disappointed! The food was horrible and waited so long for it honestly think they forgot about us. On top of that whatever they promoted in their menu wasn’t even available for children. On the children’s menu they promote cucumbers, carrots and apple slices for the children and at the end a toy however nothing was brought to the table and when asked about the toy they said they didn’t have any. My kids were disappointed as well. Won’t be coming here again

Been coming here for a long time now and I've only had maybe one meal that was disappointing. Besides that, the food is usually really good and the staff is really cool here.

Service in the beginning was decent- seated quickly, and server appeared in good time. Drink orders appeared in a timely fashion, and then the food order was taken. But this is where service, or lack thereof stopped. We were able to finish our drinks, and not once did our server return to ask if we wanted anything further, and never during the remainder of our stay. We ordered the burger bowl, substituting the bacon with chicken. After waiting almost 40 mins, and that is with us finally inquiring about food, the server finally remembered us. When our food finally came, the burger bowl had the chicken, but no burger. Apparently the kitchen staff got confused with the substitution. At this point we decided not to wait another 40 mins for another dish and just finished our meal. Even though the meal was removed from our bill, it didn't make up for the complete lack of service.

Great place very prompt to be cleared quickly and give us a table of 3, it was the occasion of my wife's birthday.
Great food service was excellent and a great evening.

A few months ago some co workers and I went to turtle jacks in Brampton on airport and cottrelle. We ordered dessert. The chocolate cake had hair in it. It wasn’t one strand it was a bunch, it was so bad that we had to find the server and ask her to take it away because we were literally gagging it was so bad. The manager came and said that the cake isn’t made in the restaurant, it’s made outside at a bakery and he will inform them, he compensated for the dessert. I was so shocked that he compensated for a dessert that we couldn’t even eat, he offered absolutely nothing else for this disgusting service. I would never go back again. Go somewhere else.

Your bathrooms are disgusting.
What does the kitchen look like? And it's not your faulty that your customers are disgusting but that need to be addressed everyday all day in my opinion.

I ordered fettuccine alfredo for delivery - what I received was disgusting. Why? There was 50 pounds of garlic in this dish.

Now - I'm not one of those people that orders a dish with a listed ingredient in it, and then proceeds to complain about said ingredient - of course not. I knew this dish contained garlic, and wanted it.

Garlic is supposed to be a seasoning … a little goes a long way. The problem? Every three strands of pasta was covered in 72 beads of minced garlic, as if it were a sauce.

I gave it to a friend and they couldn't get it either. Had to throw it out. Requested a refund from Uber Eats.

Please hire someone that actually knows how to cook.

The food was amazing.it just felt like the service could improve. At end we are still eating or having our drinks, and the server wants to take the food and drinks away, which i felt was inappropriate and disrespectful.

Nicole was fantabulous. The drinks she suggested were amazing, I couldn't stop sipping. I can't wait to come back.

Food is always delicious, but the service can come off a' lil standoffish? Other than that fantastic place!

Early April Sunday lunch: Decent food, rib portion is really good. Not very crowded. Prompt service.

This place is very happening on a Friday night, with great music. The staff are very friendly and gave us a comfortable seat.
We tried the chicken nachos and chicken club sandwich with chicken wings. They taste great, but you may find your nachos a bit lacking in the cheese department. That is, many nachos around the edge of the plate have nothing on them. Still tasted great, anyway.

If you go there starving I encourage you to avoid placing wings! They are not big enough to make you feel full! The rest was fine! Improve the size of the wings!

The food was amazing at this location. Everything we tried tasted quite good. However, the service was a little slow despite being the fact they were not that busy. Other than that, would definitely come here again.
