We went twice on our one week stay. So good the first time we had to go back! Great friendly casual atmosphere and fantastic food!

Food was good. Highly recommend the 3 cheese dip. The tortilla chips provided were well seasoned with a touch of salt.
The fried calamari were mediocre. They were soft and had a very mild taste.

I got the 15 piece honey garlic roasters and was not disappointed. Size was good and tasty. As others have mentioned, you should definitely give the wings a try.

If you are planning to get dessert, the Skor Brownie Obsession was good however, the size is huge - best shared between 2-3 people. The brownie wasn't too soft compared to other restaurants and were slightly chewy.

Richard was very helpful and nice, his service was honestly the best! Would definitely recommend coming here:)

Our server was great! Very accommodating I can’t remember his name but he was very attentive and even brought me something else when I ended up not liking a drink that I ordered. Loved it and would go back!

No doubt the food was good, however i have been really unhappy with the service. The way my family was treated was unacceptable. There was absence of coordination among the servers. None of them were sure who allocated us the table or who’s gonna serve us. I wish, was treated better way if among spending good amount at place. Even after though they knew we are unhappy, they were least bothered to come and discuss about the issue.

Food is pretty good, but the service is fantastic. Victoria has the right personality for sales and will be the reason customers keep coming back. Professional, smart, beautiful and makes you feel like she genuinely cares about your experience.

Came here with a large group of 12 ppl for lunch. In order to save time, we called the restaraunt ahead of time and placed our food orders. The kitchen had our food ready right at the time we all sat down and had ordered drinks. The wait staff were great and attentive, and by pre-ordering our meals we were in and out of the restaraunt within 1 hr 1/2 which was great for us, and I would think anyone who was under a time crunch. Food and drinks were good, I had the blackened chicken salad - tasted great but had bit too much dressing on it, would as for it on the side next time.

I went there for dinner and order nachos at first, the food was served fast and it was very good

Then I try the bison meat, unique choice, loved the presentation and of course the flavour

The server was very helpful with everything and efficient

The restaurant is located in a plaza & plenty of parking is available

Great food, service was really good.
Only knock was that the server never asked if we wanted refills or another drink during dinner.
Will definitely eat here again.

Don’t recall the servers name but he was very nice and full of life. I visited on my birthday and I wasn’t feeling too well due to some bad food prior but he made sure to see if we were good every time he passed. I got the hunters chicken, it’s a bit different than I’m used too but the presentation was on point and the vegetables paired well with the meal. Overall a great experience.

A terrific meal, and thanks to the very friendly, efficient staff, an all round pleasant dining experience.

Also had the curried chicken bowl

The wait time to be seated was reficulous. There was 1 party ahead of us with 5. Empty tables everywhere, clearly a lack of staff training.

However the food was perfect and our server was excellent.
Unsure if I'd return.

We stopped here for dinner on a tight schedule. We were a large party of 18 and only had 1.5 hrs to order eat and leave. The servers were very efficient and worked together in making this happen. They were quick, courteous, and patient the entire time. The food was also terrific. A job well done.

Terrible and rude hosts/servers. We went there and they refused to seat us and told us to sit outside in the freezing cold. Its fine if there is no availability but to say “your only option is to sit outside” was just unnecessary and rude when we all know its freezing out. As we were debating what to do one of the servers dismissed us and told us to have a good day before we even gave them the answer. What annoyed me about the situation is I called before hand and was told that if the table for the large group was unavailable they could seat us at two tables but when I went in they kept looking at me like I was dumb and kept saying it’s unavailable. To too it off, i felt racially profiled as the main hostess had called other servers to come stare at us as we were trying to get seated. This used to be my favourite location but not anymore

A great experience on a Thursday night! Staff were friendly, especially our server Derek. I ordered the Power Bowl; a healthy and delicious choice. Good social distancing between tables in place as well.

Had the best night here with my boyfriend before flying out. Staff is so chill and helpful. We had a blast!

Went here for the first time, really loved this place. Overall experience was great and only disappointing thing was the server kept disappearing and took extremely long for our order.

The food quality, taste etc is amazing.

The manager should ensure the servers are available for the guest and reduce the time to get the order ready.

I really enjoyed my meal, I picked the veggie burger because I loved the toppings and subbed it with beef, it was absolutely delicious, I also loved all different side options My daughter’s steak wasn’t cooked to temp and the manager offered to discount it, we appreciated that. However, the reason I gave a 3 star is because our server wasn’t very good at all. We kind of sensed it from we were first greeted that she wasn’t going to be great. We waited a lot, for everything and she didn’t have many tables, even after the steak “refire” my daughter had to wait almost 5 mins before they brought a knife and fork and I’d already finished my meal. We’ve both been servers, are foodies and dine out for the experience so perhaps we’re critical but we are also big tippers when the service is proper. We had, wine, apps, main and dessert the server should’ve earned a solid tip based on our bill but we only left 10% ‍️

A great customer service experience tonight. Ordered food for 3. When I got home with our order we found a meal was missing. Called the restaurant and they went above and beyond to rectify the error. Very impressed with how it was handled. Connie - the manager on duty provided 5 star customer service.

Horrible experience. The staff was very hostile towards my family and the food wasn’t good. Also they will try and force you to tip. Would not recommend this location if you are a person of colour.

Always a great experience here. Food is terrific. Customer service is top notch and just the icing on the cake you need to make this a fantastic place to go.

Great food and a much greater service. Very good options after watching a movie at Cineplex. The place is very nice.

Average food. Waiters are going back and forth with empty hands, I 've noticed. Not my business of course. But it was very busy lunch time and you are waiting, waiting and waiting your order

Good food, lovely staff, this is a central location for me and my gal pals to meet, and a great place to eat before the movie

The food was excellent, however when we got our bill our 2 kids pop and 2 regular pops cost over $30 pop not only overpriced but they fail to tell you refills aren't free like every other restaurant in the world

My family and I ate here last night for the first time and it was a wonderful experience.the food was great and well prepared, but what caused me most to write this review was the service and attention to detail. Our server asked if anyone had an allergy and when we said yes, she advised she would alert the kitchen. We eat out a lot and have actually never been asked if there are any allergies.i think servers assume we will say so. My husband has a fish allergy and we have never really had an issue eating out, but the manager actually came over and told us since they cannot guarantee cross contamination that he advises my husband adjusts his order slightly and gave many other options. We did so, and it was fine. It was more to the fact that someone took the time and helped us to accommodate rather than shrug it off.it was nice to see a restaurant be so willing to make sure their customers are taken care of. I commend the server and the manager for their time and attention, as my husband's allergy can become quite severe.

Going with a large group at lunch is tricky. Last few times the service has been poor and the food lackluster. My salad leaves were black along the edges and I ended up picking most of it out.

Great food and service! We waited on one dish for three minutes and they apologized and gave us a free dessert, they paid for the most expensive one. The waiter was funny! I suggest this restaurant.

Poorly packaged my food. The lid wasnt on all the way which caused sauce to spill everywhere in my car and broke the bag causing food to fall everywhere. Wasted 32 dollars cause someone camt close a god damn lid.

This turtle Jack's location, is my favorite. We go about once a week to different locations and the service and the food is always great. The biggest pet peeve I have with many turtle Jack's and other restaurants is their music is way too loud. I dont mind music in the back ground but when I'm having difficulty conversing with my dinner companion, that's a problem and I have to say, this turtle Jack's really respects that. I love loud music but time and place. Hope this review helps.

Service was mediocre, waitress was nice but there was nothing special. Food was not nearly as good as it should have been for the price. We ordered the roasted garlic chicken rolls and the 3 cheese dip for a light meal. The garlic chicken rolls came with 6 halves, two of which did not have any chicken in them. Chickenless chicken rolls? Hmm. Now, on to the 3 cheese dip. Wow. Should have just gone to Walmart and grabbed some cream cheese. The chips and naan were fine, but I found myself dipping into the plum sauce that came with the chicken rolls instead of the cheese. Maybe the mains are better? But just judging by the shareables, I probably won't be coming back.

Shared a huge plate of nachos topped with tons of veggies and cheese. Delicious. Got a quiet booth, even though the sports fans were noisy. Every booth seems to have a TV so I guess you can watch the game. Service was fast and friendly.

Great place to go before or after a movie to grab something to bite or have a beer or glass or wine.

The food is very good, beef dip, hella burger and the wings. Moana, Jen and Alessia are amazing, they are the reason we keep coming back.

Dropped in last night and was very impressed with our awesome server (Laura) who was energetic and very helpful with her suggestions of what I was going to enjoy for dinner ️.
A special request (I am NOT find of onions) was absolutely no problem (neither was charging my phone for me)!
The ambiance was great (and not too loud) so that we could converse without shouting, the meal looked wonderful and tasted great (fab recommendation Laura), and the server made my day.

Prompt service great good and amazing staff. The only downside is scarcity of parking especially on weekends

Always a good time at this place. Awesome and speedy service and they very rarely mess up an order. I tried their new menu items and was pleasantly surprised by their Turkey ceasar burger! Very flavorful and an interesting concept!

You can come to this location and expect great service from their staff. If there’s ever an issue, their manager Victoria is always willing to see if she can help make the experience a better one. I went here for lunch on a weekday with some co-workers. The food was good, the place was clean, and had food service. It was fairly busy, even at 1: 30 on a Friday, so it might be a good idea to make reservations.

If spending your hard earned money at a FRAT PARTY ATMOSPHERE DIVE is your thing.then this is the perfect place for you. However, if you work as hard as I do and expect to be impressed by not only food but cleanliness when you go out to eat.choose otherwise. I WON'T BE BACK!

I got the buffalo chicken wrap last night and the wrap tasted like fungus! At first, I thought it was just me but when I took another bite I tasted it again and I couldn't finish it AND I was starving last night! Was very disappointed, as I had high expectations of Turtle Jack's. Probably won't be visiting again.

Dirty table, sticky floors and to top it off we find a hair in my wifes food and then I see the cooks coming to the front with no hair nets on.

We will never go back and have told all our friends and coworkers of our experience.

Just attempted to eat here and the host said that they were no longer seating anyone for the rest of the night. So we left. Since it's only 6: 30pm, this didn't sit well with me so I called and asked to speak with the manager. After explaining my confusion to Moe, he said that the host was putting guests on a wait-list. I explained again that the only thing the host had told us was that they were not seating anyone for the rest of the night. Moe told me that he doesn't believe this happened as he was standing at the door. I came in with an infant in my hands and asked him if he remembered me walking in, which he didnt. After being told me he didn't believe me, I told him I was no longer interested in dining at there and it was rediculous that he was telling me that he didn't believe me.

Nice place but food got our group sick the next morning each one of us had bad headache and that feeling in our stomach. Not going through that again.

Food is great here.but Ive been meaning to ask this years ago - pleeeeease bring back your Apple and Brie Burger!

Has a Gluten Free Menu - my burned chicken sandwich was good - gluten free bread a tad too flaky for me (not used to these GF breads)

Too busy place. Had to wait for 15 minutes. Food took 10 minutes after ordering. Was tasty. Good food. Server was excellent.
