Professional and friendly service from the moment we walked in. You can tell the management and staff take pride in their work and the food was absolutely amazing. Went in expecting your average dinner and my wife and I were pleasantly surprised on how good it was. Will go again!

Tasty food and great service! I recommend the yellow coconut curry bowl, it had the perfect level of spices and flavour.

This restaurant has excellent food, great service and has never deviated in their desire to provide the best for their customers.

Wow! What a fabulous experience we had at this location. Our server, Graeme, was exceptional and went beyond the extra mile. He was able to seat our kids at a separate table, brought them snacks, kept them entertained, their food came quickly, our wine glasses were always full, and their desserts came with extra plates, forks, and a generous serving for them to share.
Our food was excellent -presentation was a 10 out of 10. Best dining experience I've had in years. Kudos to the kitchen staff and our server - we will be back!

Got takeout, very tasty. They missed a couple sides, but the manager was very nice about it. Nice to know they care. Would definitely come back!

Overall experience was great! Waitresses were friendly and attentive. Some pretty good gluten friendly options (pic of salmon). Didn't have any expectations going in as it's the first time at a turtle Jack's. Would eat here again.

Food was tasty but not hot when served. Plate was pretty but I could have eaten more, dont think a man would be full. Not busy so social distancing was not an issue. Staff were attentive and friendly.

We accidentally threw out a retainer with our meal, and the managers/bartenders were so damn supportive. We ended up finding it, but we would not have been able to do it without them. Service and food was pretty great as well. If you guys are reading this, thank you guys SO much. We ate on Saturday Sep 19 at around 10: 00pm-12: 00am, so the 2 bartenders and managers, y’all amazing. Cheers.

So yummy! Started with nachos, they had fresh ingredients and were pretty loaded! The entrees we ordered were the blackened basa and the hunters chicken.and wow. They were both amazing! Don't have a turtle jacks where I'm from and I really hope we get one!

1st time in Milton branch, it was great experience with my kid. He ordered the fettuccine pasta, and I ordered the backend basa. Both dishes are excellent in both taste and presentation. Servers are super nice and friendly, fast and always smiling. Clean and up to my standards.

Our waitress Alex was great! Very cool tiger eyes! Accommodating on special orders, great meal! Beyond meat burger was delicious as well as the side of fries.

Recently moved to milton 3 months ago and have been trying local restaurants.my favorite restaurant in milton so far. (pascuilino is excellent too but way pricier). Friendly Staffs whose eager to help, funny and open. Courteous and checks up on us frequently to make sure everything is OK.great ribs! Definitely will be our date night goto restaurants for my wife and I.

Great food and service! Had the Bison meatloaf and Angus Steak for dinner and Bang, Bang Shrimp for appetizers. Perfectly seasoned and flavourful dishes. Definitely recommend coming here.

This is the second time i have been to turtle jacks with my kids. I have had such a nice experience with the staff. I just wanted to say an extra special thanks to Alex our server she is absolutely awesome. She is always checking in and making sure everything is great and she is fantastic with my two boys. Went here as a second choice for lunch with a colleague, and it quickly became apparent that this should have been our first choice! The server was fantastic, informative (my colleague has a significant number of food allergies) and very helpful. Our food arrived promptly and was hot and delicious. We were well-taken care of.

I tried there calamari today. If you like calamari you have to try this original fresh way of making them. Pulled over just to take a picture to share with you. Thanks for making my day turtle jacks and crew.

Gave this spot a try recently and was super surprised how nice it was. Had the deep fried pickles, classic but damn good. I'd come again

I only had the French onion soup but it was quite good. My kids had the burger and chicken strips and they loved it. Our waitress was very attentive and the manager even stopped by for a chat. Awesome service and food was fresh and tasty. Overall great place to take your kids.:)

Great friendly service. Meal was excellent. Covid check in process was quick and easy. Definitely will be making this place our go-to.

My husband ordered us takeout from here and goat cheese was forgotten on my salad. He called and Murray fixed our order immediately, and with such kindness. I've never had an issue corrected so graciously. Even without the cheese our food was amazing. SYMPOSIUM TAKE NOTES.

I love turtle jack’s stake. This was the first time I order from this location because I was in the area. I initially called to dine-in but they were fully booked for the day. This time I ordered the top sirloin steak with veggies and mashed potatoes for takeout. I asked them to cut the steak because I was eating it outside. I was told that they don’t normally do that, but after insisting they made sure they cut it. It was very hot, yummy and cooked to my liking (well done but not burned).

These guys have one the best burgers I've had. Pretty much any burger you get from here is guaranteed to be good. They also currently have indoor dining (10 people limit) so if you're lucky, you can get a spot here to dine in.

Had lunch. Service was great, burger, fries and pasta all good. Was a bit after lunch rush so was quiet in dining room

Food was very good.no tunes on the patio, asked 3 people if they could turn tunes on outside, no success.not impressed that we were charged for a 3.49 ginger ale for my wife to add to her white wine.bull sh*t that we were nickel and dimed on a $100 bill

The longest wait I've ever had for food in a restaurant. We arrived at 1pm and we're not finished until 3pm. We waited one full hour for our food and my burger was cold. I ate the cold burger and would never go back again.

Love this location! My boyfriend and I usually come here before we watch a movie at the theatre there. They are always so quick and the food is always on point. The servers are always very friendly and provide the best service!

Service was good, food was average, it was quite expensive though. The wings were crazy money and they weren't nearly as big as I would expect for the price. Average overall, but good service.

Had my daughter in law’s birthday party here, the staff was helpful and very attentive. Food is as usual very good and excellent portions

We just had dinner here with our two toddlers 2 hours ago and we had a great time. It was our first time at this location. The food was very tasty and the service was beyond excellent. Conor our server provided the best customer service we’ve ever had in any restaurant we’ve eaten at. He is so pleasant and great with the kids. This place is so family oriented. Would definitely come back over and over again.

As a family we decided to try jack Astor's instead of east side Mario's. Jack Astor's atmosphere is nice, menu is small but a decent selection. We were pleasantly surprised by the kids work book that was provided for the kids to keep them busy, the kids enjoyed it to. I have to admit, the food was ok but I believe the sub par food quality was due to rushed service. That said the server was truely embarrassed and did not bring us a bill. I gave 5 stars for the high level of customer service. Server was great, kids meals were decent and staff were friendly. We will definitely go back as a result of the high quality customer service.

I was pretty disappointed tonight. I had the chicken fajitas for $24 which had literally 9 small strips of chicken. Also disappointed to find out that the home made treats for kids have discontinued. So sad, until tonight Turtle Jack's was one of my family's favourites.

Restaurant was was empty when we came in, took forever to get our food and it was cold when we got it. Will not be returning.

I love it here, the food is good and the atmosphere is upbeat. We go here often with our 6 year old.the free wifi allows for me to enjoy my meal while my child watches a show while she eat: D

Curry tasted great and was filled with coconut rice along with vegetables and shrimp. Service was quick and hostess was helpful to recommed and suggest items.

I've come to this location three times and never walked out happy or satisfied. Takes 20+ min for a simple meal to come out and the quality of Blackened Chicken on Naan is really poor. They take the word "blackened" a little too seriously - burnt naan and chicken.

Food service was quite slow. Childrens' burgers were initially served without patties. This was quickly corrected but then the burger patties were overcooked to the point of being slightly burnt. Our waitress was attentive, friendly but her efforts didn't compensate for the lack of efficiency in the kitchen.
