Turtle Jack's Oakville, I found, a very pleasant experience for dinner. Our server was always checking to make sure we had everything we needed.

Nice please, good food and service.definitely will go back there.

Tjs isn't what it used to be. Was there on a Friday evening for dinner (July 7th). Place was practically empty. We were the only group larger than 4 inside. Had a very nice young server, unfortunately I can't remember his name. There was another server who kept coming around asking if we were good, I got the feeling that he was annoyed and didn't think our server was tending to us, but he definitely was. Our server would take some plates away, then the other guy would come 5 minutes later. Our server asked if we wanted any coffee or desserts, we said no thank you, 2 minutes later the other server came and said "do you guys like need anything, or can I get you anything? Do you need coffee or something? " and that's when he sounded annoyed, as if our server was MIA. Just wanted to mention, because our server was actually doing just fine and the other guy seemed like the type to complain about it lol

I had the bison meatloaf and it was pretty good but the vegetables were barely cooked
my wife had the chicken parm and it was ok.she would have preferred more sauce and the chicken coating had no crunch to it

Worth every penny. We have a picky eater with us. They were willing to replace her meal with something different. She opted not too. But just having that option made it worth it.

My partner and I had a lovely meal out at Turtle Jack's during our visit to Oakville - we both had a burger each, and they were tasty. The onion rings on the same came as a huge portion, which was nice, but the way the waitress had described them made it seem as though they would be a much smaller portion! It was a nice surprise, nevertheless. The service was fast, but it wasn't always easy to get someone's attention to ask a question as all the waiters and waitresses were over the other side of the restaurant and only really rushed past us. The main reason we have given 4 stars rather than 5 is because a customer had fallen whilst coming into the restaurant, and the front of house attendant wasn't at the desk - it ended up being two customers that went from their tables to help them up, and the staff didn't seem to be aware of what had happened. All the customers seemed fine afterwards, but it was worth noting that, at that particular time, the welcome desk was unattended.

Food service was slow, ordered burger without items, they just sent the burger as described on the menu. Appetizers were cool when they arrived. Waitress was super quick with the drinks!

We ordered 2 Marguerites and they were like lemonade. We advised the waitress that the Marguerites were too sweet and that probably need something else. The waitress was very rude saying, that she can’t do anything and if we wanted something different we had to pay. Her name is Zee or Zoe something like that. The food wasn’t bad but the service awful.

I have been going here for years. Always a great place to go with a really amazing staff! I even moved out of the city and I still drive back to come here, because of the people who work there.

Considering all the girls we brought there for a girls hockey team banquet, they did a great job. Really good food.great staff.

Children running around and screaming. We love Turtle Jack's, but we're disappointed by that these children were permitted to "run freely". We left because of their behavior. Very disappointed.

Food was very good, especially the grilled shrimp. Service was excellent. Good for all ages.

Picked up Fish & Chips and a Fren dip sarnie. Stale, days old bread on the sandwich that tasted bitter. It was two pieces of oily batter for the "Fish and Chips". Will steer well away.

**DINERS BEWARE**
Was hoping this would never happen. A cockroach crawling in our booth. Asked the server to kill it and end up having it jump on our kids back. What a nightmare. Sooo Gross. Although the restaurant comped our food. By the managers reaction. I wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't the first time it has happened. What a nightmare. If I could give less than a star. I would.

Bartender was great! Extreme New York Butter wings were fantastic! Pinot Grigio was nice and cold.

Turtle Jack's has great food, great staff and the food we ate was remarkable. Good vale for the money
