Ordered a bacon cheddar burger to go for lunch.

Always seems slow whenever we've eaten here but the food is always consistent and staff are friendly.

We stopped going here 4 years ago because the service was so bad. Thought we’d try here again tonight and it was actually worse than 4 years ago. If you have any other option in the area to go to, do it. Do not go to this location

My son loves Turtle Jacks and whenever I ask that's where we go. This TJs was the best so far thanks to our service. Paige was fantastic!
Second time we had the pleasure of her service. Constantly warm, wonderful personality and smiling all the time.

7 of us visited today, 4 from Ireland, 1 from New York and 2 from Toronto. We had a really enjoyable few drinks and a meal. Our server was only on her 1st week serving tables. Didn't get her name but she was brilliant. One of our group has some difficul dietary needs and she did everything in her power to facilitate him. She even got the manager to come to our table to make sure we got what was needed. Our food was excellent and very tasty.
Unfortunately as we go back home to Ireland and New York we probably won't be back but we all agreed that we wished that we had a restaurant like Turtle Jack's where we live and we would be regular visitors there. Many thanks for a lovely evening.

$10.35 for a Corona? Really? Waiter says they have to consider themselves higher class than Montana’s and Kelsey’s. Another excuse was “inflation”. Never coming back here again!

I can not express how impressed I was with our service tonight. The general manager stepped up and cooked our steak tonigh due to being Short staffed due to weather and the bartender was dynamite. What a great experience. Unfortunately I didn't get names but if there is anyone in corporate office seeing this. You should value these employees. Highly recommend going to this location.

Food was great huge shortage of servers. The one and only server and one and bartender worked their buts off. Just not enough of them

Was at turtle jacks this week and I must say I love this place! Great food, great environment and our server/bartender Alicia was absolutely amazing! Ive recommended this restaurant to everyone i know and needed to tell more people! MUST GO!

Jack Astors is a fun place here at eastgate square. Our server Taylor was fantastic and paid attention to detail. She checked up on us often.

The burgers are where it’s at with this place. They are cooked good and the toppings are well placed. Sides are fine as well.

There are a few opportunities. The fries on the menu say gluten free but they are not. The website says that as well. They need to update themselves with this as it can be quite a bad experience for someone to accidentally digest gluten.

The nachos are fantastic and gluten free (I hope as per the menu). Lots of vegan and vegetarian options as well.

This is the absolute best turtle jacks I’ve ever been to. The food and service is impeachable. Alicia - our server/bartender, was knowledge, friendly and went above and beyond for us! She is phenomenal. We will be back just for her - and for the chicken rolls.

This place is amazing. The atmosphere is great and Alicia the bartender is so friendly and welcoming. Always asking if we need anything and checking on her tables. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome evening, Manpreet our server was the best! Only issue with the dinner experience was that where we were seated, it was chilly, felt the cold from the front door. Other than that, it was a perfect anniversary experience! Thanks Turtle Jacks for the free dessert, what a wonderful surprise!

Brought my parents here for their anniversary. Everything started out ok until our rib platters arrived. Having noticed thay a neighbouring table sent their ribs back, we quickly checked ours! They were undercooked! Our waiter immediately came over, apologized and took our dinners away. We were expecting the same plates, however, the waiter advised us that these were not the first set to be returned! He offered to re-cook a new set of ribs, or we could select another menu option. We chose to wait for the recooked set. The waiter then apologized again and said that there was a problem with the slow cooker. He offered us an appetizer while we wait for the new ribs. The new ribs arrived a short time later. We immediately checked for doneness! The outside was clearly charred to perfection and the inside was not red this time around. When the bill arrived the waitress pointed out that the appetizer was free and a 15% deduction was applied to the bill for the inconvenience.
We felt heard, appreciated and welcomed! A minor mishap in the kitchen equipment happens at the best of restaurants and we will not let this deter us from returning again. The ribs were some of the best we’ve had!

Great service always. We have come quite a few times as we live locally. The service is great, service is prompt and the servers always make it a great experience!

I celebrated my birthday last night in this excellent restaurant. I am glad to say that it was a enjoyable evening and the place was absolutely one of the reasons for this happy meeting. The stuff participated in a very nice style, the cooking was delicious and my friends were so cheerful. We shall no dout visit again for more events. Thank you very much.

Ordered 70$ worth of food through Uber eats,
The portion sizes were small, food was cold and all the veggies on things were cut weirdly small. The middle of every wing was blood red at the bone. Forgot veggies and dip for both wing orders. I will never order from this location again.

Last night was the first time in this excellent restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last time. We enjoyed the evening very much with the courteous service, with the magnificent dishes and fine drinks and with the friendly price. We will no doubt come back again.

Great food with fast, friendly service. Highly recommend the blackened chicken; their Caesar salad with chicken tacos. Phenomenal food and will definitely be returning. Great to see the staff all adhering to the Covid-19 protocols!

This time since the first moment.
Sandy was so professional on her connections and conversations she suggested a great Tuesday deal for us, the food was so delicious.

It was great food hosts where vrry plesent it was my birthday they brought us browniecake with ice cream and whip cream it was rich an amazing I had chicken fingers the others had hamberger an chicken wrap they give lots of food it was a great meal.

Service can be hit or miss.
Food is consistent but about twenty percent overpriced.
They used to offer a great deal for appetizers after 9 but they got rid of that and now have some minor deal that wouldn't bring me in.
Bar service at night can be slow if there is a good sports game on as they usually only have one or two bartenders on.
It's a place I would recommend but it's no bargain.
Burgers are good. Nachos price is laughable. Wings are good but expensive.

Beautiful setting. Never rushed. Slow serving July 10. I am diabetic so I got some orange juice quickly from the bar. Head office should come and dine. Some of the tables are to high for the chairs. Will be back.

They gave us half filled cocktails. We were denied to use the SPC card when it was posted on every door in the restaurant. The waitress said no without even checking with the concerned people.

Great experience. Our waitress was attentive and approachable. She took good care of us and our meals came out correctly and in a timely manner.

Service was very slow. I ordered a steak medium well steak. The first time the steak was medium rare, and the second steak was medium.
I cut around the steak for the small cooked portion of the steak. I obviously did not finish this steak. And then to boot, I asked for a baked potato with sour cream, butter and chives, and of course on a father's day, they had no sour cream. They compensated my my meal and gave me a gift certificate for me to return. As if, and worse of all, the very weak management team did not even address my concerns. Wow! Zero in my books. You guys need to overhaul you restaurant team, from the very slow wait staff, to the cook, who is unable to cook a medium well steak, to you managers who are weak and can not come out and speak with a dissatisfied customer.

This specific location is my absolute favourite. I might be a little biased because I live in the subdivision behind so maybe I love the convienience, but the staff is amazing, the food is amazing, it's a beautiful atmosphere inside, and I always feel welcomed. It's perfect for one in one meet ups with friends, perfect for family dinners, perfect for dates, like no matter the occasion this spot is a big go to.

The food was excellent fresh and the waitress was attentive to all our needs and the manager came over and assisted us and we were pleased as usual

Ordered wings, first plate was cold including the fries, second order was raw. Check out the red in the chicken wing. Beware, you don’t want to get sick.

So I went to Turtle Jacks for Father’s Day and I got the amazing blackened bass and while I was eating I saw a man who had darker skin just start throwing onions everywhere, it was hilarious I don’t know if it was because of stress or happiness but he needs a chill pill. Those onions could have been put to better use.

Have only done take out at this location but always exactly what we order. One thing I'd suggest to this TJs, and their other locations, is getting tap. We usually use our phones to pay and it can be frustrating when places don't take tap.

Awful service, arrived at 5pm, family of 4 with 2 small children. Not busy at all. Was sat at our table and not acknowledged for over 20 min, no greeting, drinks nothing while the servers walked around us. Ended up leaving

It was all right, why do the employees dress like bums? I chose ribs from the menu, they were cooked really well but very dry with no sauce on them. It was pretty expensive, I guess I expected better. I don't think I would go back.

Great service, Andre, and food is good, but be prepared to spend big bucks. $18.99 for nothing special chicken fingers and fries.
