I bought a three (3) seeds almost paying $67 in the March 2018 and two (2) of the seeds never born. Only one plant is grown up and almost 4months old but no THC in it as my doctor’ prescription’ or no harvest. When I complaint they offered me another (3) seeds but they took my few months and still I am paying $12 to $14 to buy, so I did not accepted compensation as they offered and later on in lieu they offer me half price return. I am filing a lawsuit at the small claims court shortly if anyone having similar experience with Tweed Inc.please join me or support me. I will update a court file number as soon as I file a claim. The tweed Inc. – conducting a Mal-business with patients’ lives.

The response was deleted but they sent me email on June 15,2020 You have declined the offer of a partial refund for $44.44 on numerous occasions and we now must close the complaints. Imagine these people having a business in a health care medicine business? Please protect your health from these fakes.

Product so dry it turns to dust, they also short the weight of their packages. Another big company stealing from people.what else is new

Came here on a whim. Very informative and organized establishment with many choices of merchandise. The staff here are friendly and very helpful with answering questions. The tour costs a few bucks but you can do a self tour and still come through learning about the benefits of using cannabis.

What canna I say! LOL! Tweed visitors center is a wonderful place to visit and learn all about Cannabis. From how it affects the body to the entire life cycle of cannabis, you can find it all right here. For free!
Take a self guided tour or ask a staff member to give you the dime tour! Take lots of pictures! You can see how cannabis is grown at all stages of life. Soon, CHOCOLATES!
Be sure to check out Terp display. Get a great sense of what the main terps in cannabis smell like. My favorite is hexyl acetate! Mmmm.

Why is it so dry? If anyone at Tweed actually smoked before they would know that when weed is so dry it turns to dust and you can't even use a grinder because all your kief will be contaminated with vegetable matter, like seriously explain to the public your "growing practices" because straight up from seventh grader with bagseeds can do better, and please explain why hard working Canadians are getting ripped off, you give legal weed a bad reputation

Ordered some LBS Moonbeam. I opted for two 3.5g containers since the 7G order is out of stock. I received two orders of 3.2g (. 6 under total) extremely dry and under cured cannabis thats was packaged back in the beginning of sept. Im guessing the storage caused it to dry out, lose weight, and take on this funky taste when vaped. Not sure, but I give it a 1 star for bag appeal. All the hype around Tweed and LBS etc had me expecting more I guess. The only good thing is the THC level of 17% remains in tact and it works well if your in for a night on the couch. Thats worth another star. My only complaint is the quality of the product itself was on the shwaggy back yard boogie side.

I am a medical customer, and was very happy with Tweed. Since changing over to Spectrum, the order processing time has gone from 1 day to an average of 10 days to 2 weeks for processing. Shipping is expensive and unreliable. They sold all of their stock to recreational users when it became legal, effectively leaving medical customers with no medication, and no legal means to obtain any. Custoner service is terrible, and IF you can get thrm to talk to you they are very rude and Might give you $4 off your shipping.
These people are evil and don't care about you. Don't give thrm your money. Also, their "Spectrum" products are not nearly effective enough to justify their pricing, which eas Markedly increased after legalization.
Just. Bad. People.

If you have'nt of changed to Spectrum I could still be enjoying some leafs and other products I use to like consuming, overpriced too I rather be going to dispensaries then be a medical cannabis patient right now

My only complaint is the child resistance (?) top cap.the square thing. I find it works once and then you cant open it again with it back on. I generally pry the larger lid off and use the inner lid.

Their oils are incredible. At first there was difficulty keeping them stocked, but they have made improvements to keep the inventory well stocked. I rely on the spectrum blue or Zaius.

These guys are doing it right. I look forward to visiting the headquarters post-legalization.

Beautiful and informative visitor center. Great staff and warm and welcoming. They offer you in house chocolate samples which are absolutely mind blowing. Great way to demistify the history of cannabis.

$65 for 5 grams.a week shipping even though I paid for one day shipping after waiting a week to be able to order. In total cost me well over $200 to get 5 grams of mediocre medicine that tasted like it was grown in a bucket of pure fertilizer. Changing LP's asap.

Tweed is currently committing fraud, taking money from patients and not shipping weed to anyone. They claim they never received the payment Beware of purchases on their site.

If you have a chance, I strongly recommend people to go visit the site even if you are not fan of this product. You ok see how it works and effects your body and brain. I think it’s Breyer than online videos because you are inside the environment and talk with experts.

I've never written one of these, but something needs to be said. Tweed took over Mettrum and I was sent multiple emails assuring me that I would still have the same access to the Mettrum CBD oil that I need. This is not a case of me ordering last minute; I still had just under half a month's supply of CBD oil. Upon still not seeing the product after awhile I called in concerned inquiring when it would be restocked (as I can't function without it) and I was told a couple of days. Fast forward a week. I called in again and received a very different response. They have been out of the yellow oil for roughly two and a half weeks and I was just told it was in testing so it could be around two and a half more weeks. I am in agony. It is an integral part of pain management for my chronic health condition. This company is dangerously unprepared for their merge and Mettrum clients are the ones suffering for their ineptitude.
