Always friendly and promote service with amazing pizza and deals. The slice deals are also good but I personally love the full pizza made to order every time.

Pizza were good although they was kindof rude while taking order. He could have helped us while ordering but he chose not to. Other than that, there is not much place to sit and eat. So anyone going in for pizza, it is recommended to get a take out.

One of the worst pizza places you can find in Canada. Its better to flush money down the toilet than pay this place. Do yourself a favour and ignore this place like a plague. The owner is arrogant, rude, and hard to deal with. Worst experience you can find anywhere in world. -999/10

Absolutely terrible service most ignorant people I’ve ever spoken to. I told them I was paying cash and they have the audacity to say “oh so you don’t have to tip” lmao I love how people jump to conclusions but they definitely earned this rating a no tip

The dough and crust is fresh, the sauce is the perfect amount and I loved all the toppings! Fantastic!

This is one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I ordered online and they called me to tell me they couldn’t deliver to my address. I asked them if they if I could order from another store closer to me and if they could just transfer the order. They said yes so I ordered from a closer store. They called me afterwards and said that I can’t order from another store. I had already pre-paid therefore they had my money. The store owner refused to give me a refund for my purchase and was very rude and inconsiderate. Will not be providing service to the store again.

Fast service at 7: 30pm. Love the online ordering and options to put toppings on half. We make homemade pizza a lot but this is our first choice for takeout!

Recently ordered Chicken Shawarma pizza but had very bad experience. For a $15 medium pizza there was hardly any chicken topping on it and dough was very chewy. It was just a garlic pizza sauce with some onions on it. Won't recommend at all.

Haven’t had pizza from here for awhile due to COVID. Forgot how good it is! Arrived hot and quick. Will be our go to again for pizza now that things are re-opening. Never had a bad pizza from this store.

Owner is a great guy and always super friendly. Food and service are amazing; would certainly recommend!

Like the pizza, great team, and good prices. Sometimes the bottom layer of the pizza is overdone or something that makes it tough to chew.

If I could give negative stars I would (-2 stars)! Staff are so rude and disrespectful! The staff don’t wear masks properly and some do not wear them at all. When they mess up orders they put the blame on you. Their pizza is way overpriced when you only get one piece of pepperoni per slice. Please avoid this place at all cost! People who work/own this pizza place do better or close down the business!

If i could give 0 stars i would. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Use to make great pizza with great service. I just paid $50 to have pizza wings and garlic bread left on my door step at 7: 00 at night and -2 outside frozen to my front pourch. Phoned to ask what happened and buddy yelled at me over the phone and told me the driver rang the doorbell and phoned me. I told them i had no missed calls and never heard the doorbell. The driver then phoned me and said see i phoned you. Then the other guy yelled at me some more wouldnt let me talk and hung up the phone on me. Please dont support this place. Support someone that actually cares about you.

I had a hard time finding someone that delivered to our new address, and delivery was very fast! I don't know if pizza delivery guys get alot of appreciation for being kind and understanding but just know it makes a huge difference! We may be strangers but sometimes a stranger is the reason your day goes from hopeless to hopeful ️

First of all the place is discussing dirty, secondly I paid about $15.00 for a medium shawarma pizza and there was hardly any chicken on it. I will never go back

We have been ordering from this location for about a decade now. One of the best reasonably priced pizza joints. In fact, I find it better than than their sister Twice the Deal locations that I've visited around KW.

All three medium pizzas we made as ordered with the right amount of toppings.
As I walked in the door the last pizza was going into the box

TO ALL THE CUSTOMERS: BE WARNED! THE OWNER LIES AND AVOIDS RESPONSIBILITY! DURING THE CORONAVIRUS- BE AWARE! The owner called my home not introducing himself and spoke very rudely. I ordered a pizza which had the pamphlet folded and kept inside the pizza box touching the food! It contaminated the food and I got diarrhea and got food poisoning for 2 days. I called the owner and letting them know about their mistake and I was told to get tested in the lab and that I'm lying because his other customers didn't have any issues. I was invalidated of my concerns and was told " because I'm Indian- I am complaining " in his words. I told the owner it has nothing to do with my religion, skin color, caste or anything and if I was white I'd sue him and take it to food and drug administration to close down his store. My mom also got food poisoning and she got the same "advice" from the owner - who was not ready to take responsibility for his employees /his mistakes. He didn't even apologize and didn't offer any accountability to train his staff after this incident. IF YOU EVER GET A PIZZA WITH ADS FOLDED AND KEPT INSIDE YOUR PIZZA, IMMEDIATELY GIVE IT BACK AND DONT RISK GETTING FOOD POISONING/CONTAMINATED FOOD. I AM MORE WARY OF ORDERING FROM HERE NEXT TIME. THIS PLACE DOESNT FOLLOW PROPER GUIDELINES OF SAFETY PRACTICES WHEN HANDLING FOOD.

If i could give less than 1 star i would, worst twice the deal in kw.ordered a year ago and they messed up my order so i haven’t ordered since.well, tonight decided to give them another try.my pizza came literally squished together as if the pizza boxes were on their side the entire time, asked for well done wings they came rubbery as ever just like last time and the medium sauce is way watered down compared to every other twice the deals medium sauce.the sauce doesn’t even stick to the wings it’s so watery.last time i complained the owner or manager was extremely rude and basically told me oh well so i’m not even going to bother this time.delivery driver was super nice though.

Pizza was extremely greasy, no flavour, and chewy.probably the worst pizza I've had in a couple years.better off buying frozen pizza, at least you already know that will be disappointing.

Great pizza! Customer service could be better as some others have mentioned. However, I don't think it's fair to heavily criticize quality based on mask usage. I'm not sure many of the reviewers here have much experience with cooking in a restaurant setting; if they did, they would understand how difficult it is to be behind a hot grill several hours a day and this combined with a lack of oxygen can cause health issues in itself. It you don't like how they wear their masks, Pizza Pizza is not too far away.

Workers don't have masks on. Food workers near a high school + elementary school not wearing masks.an interesting combo.
The pizza itself is affordable but tastes like rubber. But with Domino's down the road, it's obviously not the taste you're here for.

Came by here on a Sunday night to order a pizza and noticed all three employees were not wearing their masks. Looks like they don't care about the safety of their customers. We did not bother ordering pizza from here and will not be returning.

The pizza is inexpensive and good for the price! I just hope this is not the store that provides my kids' school pizza. Those atrocious slices are dry and unevenly dressed and cut.

Ordered a pineapple pizza and i found a piece of pepperoni in between a slice. Clearly they have used the same pizza cutter. For people of jewish or muslim faith this is unacceptable.

Just moved from Toronto to Vista Hills. The second night I was here I ordered pizza from TTD. Ordered a pizza on Thursday night.

I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I live less then 8 mins from this restaurant. Took over an HOUR to get to me.

Pizza: Super cold and reeked of green pepper (which I’m sensitive to). I ordered Pep, Bacon and Ground beef. No peppers

Ordered with a 2 LT Pepsi and only received a small bottle of Pepsi.

Why did I have to Pay $21.05 for a large 3 topping pizza and a tiny bottle of Pepsi? I Confirmed my order serval times on the phone with the man who promised me free delivery and a reasonable wait time.

Couldn’t eat the pizza as it’s was cold and tasted and smelled of green pepper. I threw it out.

The next day I went into the store and asked to speak a manager. What waste of time.

An older East Indian woman identified herself as a Manager and listened to my story. Wake me some general questions and then Promised me that the owner would call back.

I had my receipt and my charge on my credit card as proof. Gave my name and cell number.

That was 7 DAYS ago. No call. No text nothing

I wanted to solve this without being an internet troll but NO ONE cared, given lipservice and nothing else.

Worst service and Even worst food. Please don’t give their your money!

If the Phantom “manager” is Reading this then call me and I’ll take this review down.

All I wanted is my food corrected or a refund. You should not be in business is this is how you treat customers. Shame!

Just received my order. Incomplete and overcharged. Called back and they tried to explain that there’s no such thing as ordering toppings on half, in an attempt to explain an extra charge. Then I noticed the receipt amount and the amount that was charged to my card were not the same. Called back to let them know there will be no more business for them.
It’s the principal not the extra couple bucks and missing items. Order elsewhere!

If it were possible to give this particular location zero stars I would. Placed a large order for a child's birthday party, had to call the location multiple times, driver got lost and was argumentative despite the provision of a delivery address and postal code. An hour an a half after I placed my order (after an estimated delivery time of 30 minutes) they were still trying to deliver the original order, which they estimated was still 7 minutes away, we ended up cancelling. Both the staff in the store and the driver had no idea what was going on. Never again.
