I bought a 2016 VW Tiguan from Twin Oaks in September 2020 and I'm very happy with the results. The car has been great so far and it was very clean and in 'like new' condition when purchased. Martin was helpful in pulling the paperwork together, bringing the car to a VW dealership to do a full check on my behalf and having it ready for pick up. I highly recommend buying from them!

I bought two different cars from Omer since last December (an Acura RDX and a Lexuse NX200t). He made both experiences very trouble free and was so accommodating with various requests re new tires, mats etc. I'll probably return when I am in the market for another car.

I purchased a Toyota Hybrid Highlander limited. Omar and RJ gave me $3000 for my 2007 Camry which was better then Kia of Georgetown who only wanted to give $2500. We noticed the hand brake wasn't working and went to Toyota to do a checkup as this was the first time we dealt with TwinOaks didn't want to leave anything to chance as our concern for our newborn. I paid for a diagnostic at Toyota and had a list of things that needed to be repaired and I showed RJ and Omar. One of them was the steering column it didn't seem as smooth w/ clicking noise when turning. Omar offered to get it rebuilt and hand brake with no charge. He also as a second option offered to put in a brand new steering column but would cover half the cost plus mechanic fees. Wife said to go with the second option. Now the car drives very smooth even over large bumps. We couldn't be pleased more also the detailing of the car was done extremely well. These guys are excellent to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone. They are not type to cheat anyone they even took out the old steering column to show me. Also I may be holding onto a world record in the middle of -12 celcius being able to achieve 6.0Litres/100km driving on average 50km/h in city on a slight incline. This thing pretty much destroys my Kia Optima hybrid in same weather condition and weighs 1150lbs more. Can't wait till it gets warmer.

Beware of these guys I was able to call them the first few weeks but when I confronted them about a major engine problem they knocked it down as nothing major and restarted my battery. They said this happened to many cars due to cold winter. I found this would only come on if driven more than 50km and my work was 30km away with half of it driven through the city so it never came on for a couple weeks. As when the car was parked over night the light would go away. I found on the weekends when I drove far that's when the light would appear. I tried calling to let them know but RJ stopped answering my calls and the 30 day warranty with above 1000km had been up. I had to come up with $4000 to fix the issue. I went to 4 Toyotas locally and called three in the states. The price to fix the issue ranged from $3600-4800. Now I understand why these guys kept pushing the problem aside. Be very thorough with these guys and if you see any problem you can't live with get the full refund and stay away from dealers like this!

Update September 30th 2019

Car would randomly start honking in the beginning of summer until it became worst. This I can't blame on the dealer. I am revising my rating to a 2 star because all though they stopped contacting me and I could only get a hold of them with a different phone number until they stopped picking up with that number. I believe they knew about the other $4000 issue and did a bunch of things to make up for it in the beginning to make the sale.

Brakes already gone even though they assured me this was brand new including the batteries they replaced let's see how well everything else holds up

We just purchased a 2015 Golf and it was by far the best and easiest car purchase process I have ever been through. Both Martin and Omar were great to deal with. They showed me the Car Proof right away, were open and fair in negotiating the price, and went above and beyond in terms of preparing and detailing the car, getting me a great deal on winter tires, and helping me secure an extra key. The car was ready when they said it would be, they had copies of all the paper work for me, and I was in and out of there in minutes not an hour+ like it often is at dealerships. They even both came out and saw me off. I would definitely buy from them again. Thanks guys, it was great dealing with you!

I recently bought an Acura RL from Omar and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I found Omar to be extremely knowledgeable, honest and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

We just bought a Maserati Ghibli SQ4 last month and it is perfect, runs really nicely and we get a lot of compliments. Overall, my experience with Twin Oaks was most wonderful. Buying a used car can be a stressful process, but RJ and Omar went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy. They made the process of test-driving through purchasing low pressure and painless, while providing superior customer service. I was very particular about my expectations and they rose to the occasion. Additionally, they worked tirelessly for 2 months after delivery (for free) to figure out the issue with one of the window switches that failed shortly after purchase. I was happy with them when I first bought the car, but it was their consistently great service and attentiveness after purchase that was most impressive. They are not the kind of dealership that just takes your money and forgets you exist. They genuinely care about the happiness of their customers. They also have a great selection of high quality and luxury vehicles. Highly recommend.

We visited on a whim and walked away with a 2013 Acura MDX sold to us by RJ, who may well be the last of a dying breed, an honest, polite salesperson. Twin Oaks gave us a fair price for the MDX and on our trade-in. The Acura did develop a problem but Twin Oaks replaced our alternator and some major component of the A/C (I am not a car person) free of charge with no hassle as we were within the 30 day warranty period. I could not recommend this place more for the astounding after-sale service. We are well and truly pleased with our decision to buy from Twin Oaks and RJ especially.
