Twin Springs Cottage Condo Community Seasonal and Year round

Large community. The seasonal area has the view of the pond. The older 4 season (?) area gets to view the neighbour's while sitting outside under the mature trees. No grass to cut. There are tiny homes in this section.
The new modulars going in are creating a whole new area. About 4 new streets. Quite a variety to choose from, custom to your specs, always cheaper to buy these units new. Only one small newer unit is for sale, that I could find.
There is a pool but I did not see it. Monthly fees are medium.
Burford-Cathcart is too far from where I need to be looking.

This park is great! My family had the pleasure to stay here this week and the park is wonderful.the upgrades they are making is remarkable.the water is nice the sunsets are a dream and the people are the kindest souls I've come across. I made conversations with quite a few people while we were staying and everyone is so welcoming and nice! People waving when You drive by kids laughing and playing. I highly recommend this park. I did not get the pleasure of meeting Johnathan but I hope I will get the opportunity some day soon.all the new trailers and improvements look amazing everyone here is just amazing

Can to visit a friend there who is year round.a lot of junk unfinished projects. Trailers so close together if a trailer catches on fire the whole row of trailers would be gone.looks like Sanford and sons

Great place with a personal beach and 2 playgrounds for the kids. The owner Jonathan is very helpful and always just a call or text away for anything you need.

Under development. Currently lacks any polish. Mix of run down properties and impressive new mobiles going in. Lot sizes are too small [ opinion only ]. The owners are extremely friendly. Will revisit in a year.

Nice improvements since my last visit. Roads are way better and less rutty. The water is gorgeous and awesome to swim in. But avoid the slide

Rate full stars due to how welcomed and nice everyone is so much fun activities for the (kids️) -adults too and love how it’s not just a home but it’s a caring community the Facebook group is such a Active positive and thankful I’ve been here over 4 years -highly recommend? They Always making new Improvements and ways to make it better

Amazing camp ground Great Lake lots of amazing people and rentals are within normal pricing there are lots of new upgrades to the park

"Small town friendly" kind of park. I go to visit family that lives there and everyone is so friendly to each other! Diverse as well

4 years ago this place was on the rough side

Today, not where it is going to be, but year round section has grown to 250 from under 100

Seasonal has amazing programs / events for kids and adults

Infrastructure is improving as evidenced by the big machinery

Older units are leaving steadily

The 5 stars has everything to do with the value that exists between price to get in today and what places will be worth within 2 years

Considered buying a place here but after talking to a mortgage broker I was told to stay away as Cmhc doesn’t approve any mortgages in the park because of stipulations in the lease agreement. They also said that could severely hurt my resale value. Heard about the on-site financing but I’d rather deal with well known bank

We were surprised when we arrived to see how run down the park is and how old most of the trailers are. The people were nice and friendly. The water is dirty, it's a pond full of algae and sludge. We rented a "cottage" which turned out to be a very old trailer (had to be 30-40 yrs old) with a sunroom added on. The view of the water and sunset was nice and our rental was right on the beach which was convenient for the kids. We found the price a bit much for what we had but we made the best of it and had fun.

Took a drive past the park today as I’m looking to get back into camping and if I’m being honest it looked a little run down. The. I decided to read some of the reviews and it seems anytime someone says something the owner doesn’t like he gets defensive and rude. I think keep looking.

This place is a fire hazard and not to code. The owner claims it’s a year round park when they don’t have full approval from the county. Not a place I’d want my children to be playing. Needles found near the playground.

Roads need grading they will damage yr vehicle if yr not carful other than that park is a hell of alot better than it was 23 yrs ago
