I am really impressed with the job the cleaning team from TSC does on my house. It is a “no stone unturned” type of cleaning! They get into, behind, under and move things to make sure everything is cleaned thoroughly. The house always just smells clean when they’re done but without any fragrances to speak of.

Twin Star Cleaning is an excellent company, very well organized with thorough, friendly cleaners. After trying a few other local cleaners, I was very pleased with the price and quality of the cleaning by Twin Star. I have a regular cleaner who comes bi-weekly, knows my space and special requests. However, if she is ever absent or if I need to reschedule they always have great-calibre cleaners to come instead. I highly recommend!

Meeting with Natasha was such a nice experience and we immediately took Twin Star Cleaning Services to maintain our home. Such excellent service. The first cleaning, two girls came in and spent 6 hours detailing. Now we have our regular girl Marlee and we couldn't ask for better service. She is trustworthy and gets the job done. Twin Star is resonably priced and always on time. Kudo's to Marlee who puts up with us when we are in a mess. She loves our little cat as well. I totatlly recommend this company.

Was not happy with the service at all. The person arrived late to my house and when she was gone my house was not clean enough. You could still see the spots on the floor so basically I mopped everything myself again. Plus the cleaning person broke my vacuum which I found out days after yet she didn't even mention it when She was leaving. Total waste on time and money.

Our company "OL Interior Finishing Solutions Ltd. " is doing a constraction & renovation for commercial & residential clients. And we are working with Twin Star Cleaning for few years.

We used this cleaning company for a clean up after a major renovations, they are doing a really great job and get the homes back in order very quickly. And our clients are very satisfied their jobs and many of them to continue used their services.
They are the best cleaning company I have ever used hands down!

I used Twin Star Cleaning Service to clean my house multiple times and I was happy with the service. As a returning customer, I trusted the service that I will receive and asked them to come for cleaning while I was at work. After I came back to home, I noticed that the cleaning has not done properly. I had some guests coming over the next day, so I had to spend a full 3 hours at night to mop the whole area of upstairs and downstairs (the hardwoods were sticky), and vacuum missing areas (under sofas were missed) and wash two out of three bathrooms and the shower those were not cleaned properly! When I explained the issues to Natasha, and asked for resolution (at least some discount on the service that wasn't done properly), she described it as "minor issues", and she said that she can not give me a discount and that I have been provided with 4 hours of service and I have to pay for it "as per terms of service". She said that either she can offer the cleaners to go back and fix those issues, or she can add some extra on the next clean, otherwise I owe her $122.04 for the service. Those options that she provided to me, was not working for me, because I had already fixed the issues and I did not want to go back and use and pay for the cleaning company where I had a bad experience with! After a long discussion with her, she accepted to take just 15mins off the bill and that's it! And I payed her $114.50 for the service that was not done in a proper way.
