First time customer. I brought my 26 year old Honda foreman 400 ATV into TSR and without exaggeration was blown away with the knowledge and willingness to help me out. There were so many things wrong with my machine and I tried to list them. They not only fix them, they fixed ones I had missed listing. My ATV purrs like new. Thanks TSR

Just had my 1999 Arctic Cat zr500 serviced by Denny. Absolutely wonderful transaction, he explained what was needed, never tried to over sell me on any parts and fixed things I didn't even know where wrong. Definitely recommend TSR to anyone with an older machine that needs attention.

Denny is truly a Motorcycle/ATV whisperer. Not only does he have the magic touch, but he is informative, candid and honest … a triple threat rarely seen in a mechanic.

Great service, go here often to get parts for our shop just up the road. Technicians and parts guys are very knowledgeable and friendly. As a fellow repair shop who use their services I can assure these guys know their stuff. Definitely bring in your machine in if you need some work or come by even if you need some parts. They’ve sourced us parts faster than the actual dealers have at times. Very convenient too. We’re a regular now. Keep up the good work

Took a 2006 Suzuki Vinson rear wheel as tire was flat, took wheel to two other places before and every time tire went down.
Out of desperation I looked at tire and found a nail.
Took wheel to Twins Seasons Recreation and tire was fixed properly.
My only regret is that I didn't know about this shop sooner.
Honest no nonsense service.

I think it's ran by husband/wife could be wrong regardless the guy helped me out a lot and did not rush me out, I asked a lot of questions and he had no problem answering me and telling me to get a diffent product because it was the same but cheaper. 10/10 will get everything I need from here!

Denny runs a shop like it should be run. Walked in with a used BMW F800r I purchased in March. Certified it that day between calls and other jobs while providing me great advice on maintaining the bike. Please be patient while waiting for repairs. Quality parts take a bit of time. Don’t waste your money on unreasonable, unreliable junk. You are bound to end up injured if you try. Wait for safe parts.

I recently purchased a Honda XR400R, from a colleague, which hadn't run in two year and hadn't been ridden in five years. The bike was suppose to be a winter project to get it running. But I couldn't wait til next season and didn't have time to work on it. It's been over a decade since I've owned a bike. Alot has changed in that decade gone are the Cycle World's, the McBrides Cycle and Parker Bros

Several people recommended TSR, so I called and spoke to Denny, he advised they were very busy, but if I didn't mind dropping the bike off and leaving it, they would work on it in between other bikes. So I dropped it off Monday and to my surprise I got a call Thursday saying the bike was ready.

When I showed up to pick it, Denny took the time to show me the proper starting procedure for the bike, as well as several maintenance tips for the bike.

I was very impressed with operation and the passion they have and are willing to take the time to give customers that personal touch. Something that alot of small businesses have lost touch with it. Highly recommended!

True professionals. Denny runs a no b.s. Shop, a rare find in today's world. His experience comes from decades in the powersports field, back when personal service mattered as much as price. Large dealerships come and go, but when you need help he's there for you. I highly recommend his shop.

Denny the owner of this establishment. He's always busy but has time for his customers. He's good at what he does. He's fair! The only thing he doesn't do is sells motorcycles. He does store motorcycles for the offseason. I would recommend this place.

Guy there was very nice and very knowledgeable. Super friendly service. And open late on Thursdays.

On Thursday, September 6,2018, Denny sold me the wrong oil filter for my motorcycle.

I installed it, ran the engine for 30 seconds and discovered a lake of oil on my driveway. The filter did not seat correctly because it was the wrong one. Three litres of brand new oil all over my driveway. I was not impressed. I telephoned him right away, and was told he would look after me.

I went to see him the next day. When I asked him how this could happen. I was told that maybe it was his dyslexia. No apology. Not then, or, when I had called the day before.

He told me to grab 3 litres of 20W50 off his shelf. When I informed my bike called for 10W40, he grabbed an empty jug from behind the counter (not real sure it was empty, or what residue was in it) went to the back and returned with what he called "bulk oil" in the same jug.

When I asked him about my time, he laughed at me He said, "I will refrain from saying anything, for fear of calling you an idiot. " I told him I spent a couple of hours travelling to his shop for a filter twice to get the right one. I also mentioned the huge oil stain in my driveway. He said he was out of pocket now. He told me I don't know how to install an oil filter. He said "If the shoe doesn't fit, don't put it on. "

I told him that I could not believe he said that to me. I said, "You are calling me an idiot for installing the filter you sold to me? " I told him I did not have a very good feeling about this situation. I told him I didn't think I would ever return to his shop. He said it was too bad I felt that way and the transaction ended.

I was furious. He basically called me an idiot for installing a filter he sold to me.

I returned to his shop 20 minutes later and left the jug of "bulk oil" on his counter. I was fearful of it's contents.

A simple apology would have sufficed. He made a mistake and refused to admit it. Called me an idiot for installing the filter he sold to me?

This is not how you treat your customers.

Denny has much to learn about customer service. I will share this story with everyone I know, as I wouldn't want anyone to feel the way this guy made me feel.
