Twisted Indian Wraps - Orillia

Great spot with amazing service. We have never had Twisted Indian before, but it will be our go-to “fast food” joint when we’re in Orillia now. Food is fresh, healthy and super flavourful. So much better than those standard fast and dirty food chains. Plus, the two women who served us weee knowledgeable of their product, kind and patient when we were ordering. They both need a solid raise, and many thanks.

The aroma when you walk in is amazing and the food and service even better! Going back for sure

Wasn’t really sure what I wanted and was guided on a butter chicken naan wrap that is one of the best I have ever had! And the cardamom tea was lovely

Very bad experience at this place today again. Don’t go there after 7: 30.
When I entered in the store the girl was cleaning hot table’s glass without any lid on the food she was spraying chemical on the glass, I ordered 2 rice bowls without washing her hands she picked up 2 bowls and then after she put gloves on and she was in biggggg hurry to make my order and not even listening to me what I was asking for.
Bad food and bad service.
Google please add negative star rating as well so we can give them actual rating they deserve!

Advertised as fusion food with Indian spices, however, it did not taste like that. Our group of friends tried masala fries, veggie and meat meals as well as the samosa and aloo tikki chaat. None of them were up to par, were tasteless/bland. The recipes and ingredients needs to be better prepared/procured.

Bad experience, no taste, rice were under cooked, paneer was hard as rock. Total waste of money. Highly not recommended.

Did a pickup for our order and it was ready in time. Good portion for the price and especially love that they don’t skimp on the sauce! Wish there was more meat that came with the dishes though

First time here and we'll definitely be back! Being new, the associate helped us by explaining how it worked, what all the selections are and some good pairings. The service was awesome and the food was very good, flavourful and fresh. I had The Meal with butter chicken and a taste of everything else. There's so much food that it could feed 2 people. Loved it!

The current store manager Phillip is very rude. The portion size is very poor. Was kind of behaving very racist.

This is fusion Indian fast food. Made available in a healthy manner to everyone. I tried the build your own rice bowl and it was amazing. As a vegan I was so glad to have so many options. Wish I took food pictures. But think burrito made Indian.

Had a delicious meal from Twisted Indian Wraps. Worth the drive to the store as the staff is so wonderful and recommends all the different options. Delicious Naan Wraps, Samoosas and interesting things like Naaanizza which is like a pizza. Brilliant food and brilliant service! Love it!

Absolutely delicious! I usually have no need to come to the West Ridge but I will for a Twisted Indian wrap.: D And fantastic staff, too.

Update: Service is sliding. Waited 10 mins in line at lunch. Only one staff member in store. Very, very slow and frustrating (the person 3rd in line was first served!) service.: (

Wow, the food is really good, with fair pricing. Not overly spicy, but still true to the cuisine. I ordered online and was greeted with the friendliest young lady, she suggested a sauce and said I chose both of her favourites so she knows it will be amazing - it was!

I never ever have a problem when I go here except today my rice bowl as soon as I opened it smells like dirty feet and the taste is the same I’m so sad and disappointed with my food tonight

Excellent! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a very nice lady, she asked me if I had ever eaten here before and asked if I needed help with the menu, which I did. The result was better than expected! Great quality, great taste, great value and great service. It’s delicious Indian mexican fusion. Nik greeted us pleasantly and warmly welcomed us by familiarizing us with everything in the menu, and also suggested us some awesome combos.

I love the rice bowl with half buttered chicken and half spinach. The toppings are always fresh and the staff are very friendly. You can spice up your meal to your liking from very mild to hot. I like to go here at least once a week.

Lauren was fantastic! It was my boyfriend and i’s first time trying this place and she made it such a great experience. She explained the process, was super friendly and polite, and deserves recognition for fantastic customer service! Because of her service (and the great food) I’ve been visiting all locations near me, and recommending it to absolutely anyone and everyone.

Went for the first time today and had a butter chicken wrap. Delicious! Pickled onions were such a great addition! Staff was extremely curious and helpful. Will be back for sure.

Food quality is on point, Staff is amazing, place is clean and maintained. Suggestion: quantity for the bowls can be increased a bit!

Great fresh food accompanied by excellent customer service. Been here 3 times in the last couple of weeks and it will be one of my regular ‘go-to’s’. They really are friendly and put the client experience front and centre. Happy to give recommendations and the food itself is fresh, delicious and interesting. Food is great. Staff is polite especially the manager Sukhmani Sandhu. I visit store twice a week because of her service. Excellent.

Tasty and healthy food, very friendly staff. You can get the actual Indian taste. Happy that they samosas too. Overall it’s an excellent restaurant and a good place to get your friends and family to eat.

The lovely women behind the counter was beyond fantastic. While she got my butter chicken poutine ready, she also introduced me to the different proteins with samples. Keema is delicious! I already know what I'll be getting next time I go. Great location!

Really good place and food with friendly staff. You can try a burrito/wrap, bowl or a meal. They have burgers as well. A lot of vegan options. I was very happy with my bowl.

I'm from Mexico and I went there this summer. I tried butter chicken and rajma. It was very good.

Staff is absolutely lovely, and so accomodating.
Every time I visit, they recommend a new dish! I highly recommend the sausage tikka or samosa chaat!
I will admit the food is pretty bland (I like a lot of spice and a lot of heat), but this can be fixed by adding hot chutney to your dish.
Service is fast, efficient, and friendly.
Will definitely keep coming here to get my Indian fix!

Being Indian and craving Indian food here in Orillia and finding twisted to open up is a blessing. Great choices of food to go for any time of the day. My favourites - samosa chat, pork sausage tikka, mango kulfi. I am definitely visiting again.

Well. Was happy to try something new. Left hungry though. Generous with the rice and plant protien. Not so much with the meat protien. Ordered a combo plate to try a few different things. As good as one could expect from a ready to serve Indian restaurant however 7 small bite sized pieces of chicken does not a dinner make. There is better value in the same plaza.

I was so excited to check this place out but we wont return. The portion sizes are very small and it is costly. My butter chicken rice bowl was very flavorful but the meal we got was bland. It was very costly and we were still hungry afterward. There are other places in Orillia that offer Buddha bowls for cheaper that are more filling and just as delicious.

The staff at Twisted Orillia are so welcoming and friendly. They take their time to explain the menu and suggest flavors.
The manager Hala always has a friendly smile and greets you when you walk in. They really make it known that they appreciate your business.
The menu is delicious. With lots of options. If you arent familiar with Indian cuisine just ask to try samples and they will help you choose a delicious meal.
I always order the samosa chaat. It's my go to. They also will add a bit of extra flavors for me each time, when I request for butter chicken sauce added to other dishes. They also have vegetarian options.
I highly recommend this restaurant and am so glad they have come to orillia.
Also. Dont forget to try the mango ice cream. You wont regret it.

Absolutely delicious! Delightful staff. We avoid eating 'fast food' and franchise food like the plague, but this was fresh and of high quality. Great flavours! This will definitely be our choice of take out in the future. Samosas are huge and a meal on their own. Cannot wait to return.

Amazing staff, amazing food! Great prices and they even let us try some samples before we decided what we wanted! 10/10 will be back!
