Two Men and a Truck

Two men and a truck Woodbridge recently completed a move for my father. While moving to his new address they damaged his brand new television. After several attempts to reach management I finally got a hold of a person in the office and was told they were not responsible as the TV was not in its original box. Buyer beware

I saw the reviews and I booked them for a move right away!
The move went well, very polite workers ect.
When I went to plug in my 65 inch tv in the new place, to my despair it had a cracked screen! They refuse to take my calls or even call back! The lack of comunication is what is most upsetting. I will be escalating this and a law suite is in the works

The Two Men and a Truck team are very professional and efficient. Their response time via email or telephone was spot on. They got back to me in a very timely manner. Their truck showed up when they said it would. The movers were very polite and efficient. They moved quickly and worked hard. They wrapped all items that could have been damaged by a move and were good at putting things in the place they were marked for. At the end of the day, they are reliable, professional, efficient and good value for the services they provide. Amanda, my office contact was fantastic too! She provided timely follow up calls when she said she would and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. All in all, I would highly recommend this moving company. I am NEVER moving again, but if I had to, I'd call Two Men and a Truck!

I used this company twice and would only ever use them if moving. The crew was very polite and worked quickly. Everyone was careful with my items and set up any furniture that needed assembly. I also used the storage service they offered and it was convenient, all my furniture came back in the exact condition it when in as. Would recommend to anyone looking for this service. 5 stars all the way.

Giving this company one star is a compliment. They don’t even deserve that. I have never dealt with a moving company or any company for that matter that’s as unprofessional as they are.

Everything from the beginning was very unorganized. The movers showed up late when we had a specific time slot to get the move done. The movers also show up with No tools when we specifically requested we needed furniture taken apart. We needed to wait for another moving truck to bring them tools. Once another driver brought them tools they were able to complete the job and put everything in the truck. Since we were really behind in the day it made it even worse because we go caught in traffic running up the time even more. We get to the final destination and what happens? The movers leave the tools on the side of the road while packing the truck. Unbelievable! So lucky I had tools for them to use to put the furniture back together.

A few days later as we started unpacking boxes we noticed a box of missing things. Contacted them right away and all they could say is they will look into it and get back to me. Haven’t heard back from them since. They won’t answer emails, phone calls or messages. If I got a hold of someone they basically keep transferring me along until there is no answer. I am looking to file a claim it’s just such a hassle which I never wanted to deal with.

IT’S SAD THAT A SO CALLED PROFESSIONAL COMPANY DEALS WITH CUSTOMERS THIS WAY!

PROCEED WITH CAUTION WHEN USING TWO MEN AND A TRUCK! They are careless, unorganized and unprofessional. They don’t care for you belongings and don’t take responsibility for their actions.

I will never use this company again or refer them to anyone! If you want something done right just do it yourself. I regret my decision using them!

It’s so funny how it takes you guys a couple months even to reply to my review with so called concern. I tried reaching out a couple more times and it’s a waste of air, since I can’t get a hold of anyone. My name is in the comment and I’m sure if you look me up in your file you will see many notes on my experience. With multiple phone calls and emails regarding this and know one has reached out. I can’t keep wasting my time with you guys! If you guys are actually concerned look me up on my Oct 25th move date and give me a call yourselves! Thanks!

They moved my landlords a couple years ago, and they were prompt, caring, everything was was done proper and they were very happy, and on time!

Two Men & a Truck were a lifesaver on my most recent move. They were so professional and courteous and worked so hard to get my move done safely and quickly (and it was not an easy move!) Our movers Nick & Josh worked so hard to make sure our belongings were packed safely and loaded into our new home with care. I highly recommend Two men & A Truck to anyone considering a move! The office staff, Natasha, Teresa and Nancy, were friendly and courteous and so helpful getting everything organized as well.

Movers were incredibly professional on both ends. They just go go go to get the move complete in a timely fashion. They took care not to damage or dirty walls or floors. Laid out runners or disassembled furniture pieces where required. I would absolutely use Two Men and a Truck in the future. It's worth every penny.

I had used this company for a previous move only a year ago and was very satisfied with the crew and the level of service I received. I was extremely disappointed the second time.

Even though the amount of belongings I had did not change drastically, the it took the crew almost double the time I was quoted to complete their work. I was only sent two (2) movers when previously I was sent three (3). They took their time and one guy was even folding blankets in the truck while the other was off loading my stuff. This doubled my move time and essentially the cost.

When i called the office to voice my concerns, i was met with cool corporate boiler plate responses and was told that I would receive a call back the next day. That didn't happen.

I am extremely disappointed and will never use this company again. Nor will I ever recommend this company to a friend.

Arranged for the move, best quote we got and they seemed helpful AND THEY WERE BUT.
Well it was the move from hell NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM we had to reschedule twice at the last minute and finally cancel completely
2 men and a truck were EXTREMELY UNDERSTANDING and helpful even to the point of giving me another company's name for the day they were fully booked and could not reschedule.
I wish everyone was this cooperative during a move.
