5 stars until the head mover was overly disappointed in the tip in cash and proceeded to let me know. Didn't know that tipping movers was a thing until the day before. Provided them with unlimited water pop Gatorade. Provided pizza for lunch. I was told by the foreman of the team they usually get 100 a day per guy. That would have been 700 dollars. Since when is it ok to turn your nose up for a cash tip. Complained to the gentleman who set up the move and he thought my tip was generous as most people don't tip

The movers decided they wanted to milk the easy day I provided and make 2 trips. Then broke 2 tvs. Still waiting for a response from claims.

The entire team is fantastic, from office staff to movers. Made my day way less chaotic. Next time I move I will be call again. Thanks!

Although the web site had some trouble understanding our situation, the people in the office were very helpful over the phone, answering our questions.

Jason & Anthony came out from Brampton to move us from Orangeville. They arrived on time on moving day, with an updated (lower) estimate. They were friendly, organized and efficient through the entire move. By the end of the (long) day, everything was successfully moved to its new home, and still managed to stay on budget.

We had a smooth and timely move from Mississauga to Caledon.
The moving staff were on time, very careful with our belongings, friendly and reassuring during a stressful time. We thank you all!

The day didn't start off good for the movers as the truck broke down with my load. They kept giving me updates and the condo superintendents said he never say movers that organized and efficient because they were on a time frame and made me feel like I matered. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

We’ve moved twice with Two Men and a Truck Brampton and the service has been incredible each time. Shane and Karan are so efficient and polite and they make moving so much easier and less stressful. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I wish I could give more stars.

We have moved many times and always hire movers. Specifically the team from Brampton were outstanding. Representing Bermuda, Jamaica and Trinidad, Shane, Kevin and Kavon were the most polite and professional team we have ever worked with. The temps the day of our move were 30/feel like 40 and that had no affect on their work ethic. Seriously though, nothing could have gone better. I highly recommend them!

Jason and Justin were a great help to us in our move. They were knowledgeable, calm and able to adapt to things like an elevator not working. It was brilliant! I'd definitely recommend them anytime.

Wow. I had the team from the brampton office move us from Caledon to Woodstock. From the start to finish it was a great experience, the team was professional and friendly. The service provided was amazing to say the least! Excellent team of 3 guys. They were very professional careful and efficient at moving our entire home including disassembling and reassembling large furniture and fragile items with care.

I’m pretty disappointed with the customer service provided through this service. While the men Jay, Danny and Chris were friendly and nice and my piano was not harmed during the move, I have called and emailed many times and have gotten no responses. I had a piano moved a few weekends ago and they scratched the floor pretty badly at my parents house. They wanted to charge me to have someone sent over and never gave me an opportunity to file a damage report. I have emailed asking that they send a technician and have STILL gotten no response. They said when moving a piano there is expected to be damage when there were NO moving pads placed down at my parents house. The customer service rep Marlene also directed me multiple times to call the movers myself when it is her job to arrange schedules for me. She told me the movers were hurt and that I needed to change my move time which turned out to be an outright lie and I had to call and get answers myself. I wouldn’t recommend Two Men as they don’t have great customer service at all.

I used Two Men and a Truck for my recent move. My experience was amazing. I really liked how professional everyone is and takes time to explain everything. On move day the three young men were punctual, well organized and extremely efficient, they wasted no time at all. The took extreme care of all of my belongings. Jason and team were also very accomodating to my needs and friendly. The best part was they played music on the truck which made a usually stressful day very enjoyable. Thanks to the entire team, keep up the great work.

We had never used a moving service before so you know we were kind of skeptical (ugh, sounds like the beginning of a B movie lmao)

Our movers were Kevin, Karon and Manny, they showed up on time yesterday and they were personable, professional, strong and very competent. We were so impressed with their service. KKM moved us from Brampton to Kincardine in one day 12 hours flat from the time they left their dock to their return. We were so impressed with them and for sure we would recommend them to any of our friends. Every dime we spent was worth it and we spent less than we expected so.bonus.

We had a fantastic experience with the 3 young men sent to help us move. Not only were they super fast and careful, they were laughing and enjoying themselves which made a stressful time easier. The company moved our moving date at the last moment at our request which was amazing. We wanted to move on a day that was not raining and they accommodated us! No damage to the furniture or the walls/floors of either house and they even moved things more than once when we changed our mind on where to put pieces. Highly recommend them.

Jason, Anthony and Louie were absolutely amazing and we are so glad we had them for our move. We have never used professional movers before and were very happy with the service we received. Not a good experience with this company. Asked items to be wrapped that were not wrapped. Certain boxes were to be near the rear door of the truck so they could be at the front of storage and weren’t. Had to have everything out of the house that day and put in storage, truck was pretty full so they said they would take it to storage and when asked if they could come back after unloaded I g said they wouldn’t be able to till the next day which was not an option. One of them even had the nerve to say to make sure we tip them! Save the headache and go elsewhere. Will not be using or recommending this company to ANY ONE.

I would never use them again even though they came highly recommended by a few friends. Their incompetence cost me $1000 more than it should have. They packed the truck incorrectly, we found pieces of my furniture on the road in front of my old place the next day, they took a long time to pack the truck for a very small house. Many other problems with them as well, too many to list.

Jay and his associate where thorough professionals and actually managed to finish the move in half the time that was estimated. Would definitely recommend them to anyone

This was a fantastic experience. We had 4 guys that were very professional and fun at the same time. They worked hard and were ALWAYS going, never stopped, while asking where we wanted everything in the new house and even coming back after the things were brought in the house to ask if there was anything we wanted " re moved " to another spot of the 3 storey house. The move was done in less time than alocated as well. They were all so acoomidating and we have never ever used a mover before. I would highly recommend them and if I have to move anyone, anytime, I wouldn't use anyone else.

Had the pleasure of dealing with these men this weekend. We were extremely pleased. Had the best Brampton crew.
