Terrific internal move to allow renovations. Easy uncomplicated booking with two amazing movers.
Made a potentially stressful day very easy.

This is the second time I used their moving services and once again I was very happy with their work. They treated my belongings with respect and were very efficient and friendly! I highly recommend them and would use them again!

Moved my household items from a Bradford home into a storage locker in st. Thomas in 2017. The Movers were very friendly and seemed great loading from house to truck. I even gave one of the young men some of my furniture because he was just starting out on his own. I sent a ton of old blankets and real shipping blankets along to protect my furniture. I Started to empty my storage locker recently in 2022. My storage locker is a mess. Wood furniture on top of furniture without any protection. Move/remove something, and it’s a furniture avalanche. Gave them all a big cash tip too! SO much of my furniture is damaged, cracked, scratched and squished. Even some of my packed boxes were empty, and contents were loose at the bottom of my locker. Broken mess galore. I’m very disappointed that I spent all the money on the move, and the shipping. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

Thanks for the reply however, my transaction # was 270617A14-FAC42F3C-71C8-4653-AB80-A9FD11A990F4 dated 06/27/2017 invoice # SO2126. The guys that moved me seemed very efficient and very pleasant at the Bradford end but not at this end in St. Thomas. My locker was not broken into as nothing is missing and both dead bolts were still intact and attached. Clearly your records are incorrect. Certainly don’t appreciate your denial or you passing the buck

Fantastic experience. Guys came on time, very polite and professional and never missed a beat. They moved my 4 bedroom house just across town in under 4 hrs. Amazing. No scrapes or scuffs and and furniture or any of the walls in either house.

My move went great, Jan at the office is a pleasure to work with she makes the move easy and care free. The two movers Mike and Brad were great everything carefully wrapped and cared for. They were very fast and friendly also I would recommend this company to anyone that cares for their items. Very reasonably priced as well.no games at the end of the move either just your bill you expected. Save your back and hire these professionals.

Fantastic experience with Two Men and a Truck from start to finish. Professional service from Ann Leland in the office with excellent communication. The movers were incredible! We have used other moving companies before but never had this level of service. The wrapping of our furniture and care they took with everything was fantastic. The guys were so fast and were almost running the whole time. I would highly recommend this company. Great experience, no damage and made our move much less stressful!

It was the first time I hired them to help us move.
For the stuff we have it was always taking 4 to 5 hours to move. I had 42 small box 3 sofa and two queen size bed.
I got the estimate of 5 hours from the office and they end up charging me 8.5 hours!
It means double charge and I end up spending $1300 instead to of $650
I'm not happy at all

Everything went well, took longer than expected as one of the three men had a problem with his leg and could not do as much.
One thing that did get damaged was the TV stand. It is a three tier shelved stand and the upper tear was and is bent.
Still hoping someone will contact us on that.
Otherwise, we are moved and in.

The men were polite and courteous. And they put me at ease when it came to moving things down the stairs. They knew exactly what they were doing.

Excellent service The two men that did the move were quick, careful, polite, organized and clean. The office admin was very responsive, confidential, and helped me work through an accurate quote. I have used them twice before, and have already recommended them to others. Cost is very competitive.

Jan in the office was outstanding. Jon, Alan, and Stephen were terrific movers. They worked incredibly hard and rarely stopped except to ask my parents (who they were moving) a question or complement them on some furniture. Outstanding service which made a difficult day much more enjoyable!
