This is the second time I used this company and this time was as good as the last. The movers were friendly and did a good job and the office staff were very nice and responsive. Overall I was very satisfied.

I can say that my moving day was much less stressful than I anticipated because of the help of Two Men and a Truck. Both movers were very personable and nice! Worked very hard and timely. Would definitely recommend:)

Very satisfied with the service. Sky and Ty were absolute troopers. Moved all our heavy stuff up to the top floor of a 3 story walk-up with care, respect, efficiency and professionalism.

Really friendly office staff. Listened to my preferences. Movers were on-time. They worked very hard. I needed help with large and heavy items. Very clear with time and pricing and explained the multiple clauses of the contract as we went along including junk fees and extra time.

No big issues, good to deal with… but did find after they left there were boxes that were wet. Maybe the truck leaks? Im guessing they knew, which is disappointing.

We recently had a move that required 4 drop off sites. Two Men and a Truck's staff were excellent when assisting with multi drop off sites. They took great care in wrapping furniture ensuring a safe delivery in a timely manner. Wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend your company and choose them again! Thank you!

Movers were great. Hot day but they did a great job even with the wait to hear back from the lawyer. They seemed easy to work with and asked appropriate questions. Perfect way for us to move and we thank Two Men and a Truck for staying with us. We would recommend them to anyone!

I have moved many times in London and this was the worst experience. Manager came told me I would get a refund because 4hrs turned into 8hrs. After 2hrs nothing had been put on truck. Furniture damaged. And manager rude. Had me in tears. Will never use them again

Our two movers Caleb and Tyler were super polite and efficient. I highly recommend this service. They made a stressful time (moving) much easier. This company should look after these two guys well.

I had to do a quick move this time and like the last they did not disappoint me. Our communication back and forth was on point. So spot on I did not feel a hint of stress and trust me when I saw that is hard to do.

I needed to move my furniture off my main floor for a renovation. I did an internet review and saw the positive scores for Two Men and a Truck. So I filled out the info questions and the next day I got a call from the company.
The rep was polite, friendly and professional. She booked me for my preferred date.
The day of the move, two very personable and professional gentlemen came and cheefully shifted all my furniture. They worked quickly and safely. All furniture was carefully handled and relocated totally damage free.
I was so pleased that I will be calling this company back when it is time to move the furniture back, post renovation.
I highly recommend this provider! Their work is quality and their name is catchy too!

Everyone at TM&AT was amazing! From the office staff who organized our move, to the movers who carefully lugged all of our stuff from a one floor walk up to a condo with amazing speed. Everything came bang on to the estimate so we were very pleased about that. I will never, ever move myself again haha, so worth the money.

I moved recently and Two Men and a Truck were fabulous to work with. The folks who I spoke with at the office were very kind and accommodating, while the movers themselves were fast, very polite, and got all my furniture to my new place without any issues. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is considering hiring movers!

Beware when you call that they don’t tell you they pre charge your credit card for an hour MORE THE DAY BEFORE your move. The movers forgot two bolts of wrap at the first house and made my son go back and pick it up. Customer service refused to credit the 15 minutes of my time wasted. Also note if they damage your walls and you have to deal with a manager called Dres or something like that, he is a complete tool. Even though pictures were taken by the driver and she said head office would give a credit, the manager called me a liar then went on a rant on how people rip THEM off. The customer service is the worse. I wouldn’t recommend this company as they make up their own rules!

Generally the move went very well but we had one damaged head board and a dropped box of vintage bowls. The moving team was on time, courteous and hardworking. The customer service since the move has been horrible. From lack of responses, to being told because they didn’t pack the boxes they cannot insure the integrity of the contents. Even though boxes were packed with 1/2 inch foam between fragile items and marked fragile. But the integrity of the pack doesn’t matter when a box is dropped backwards over your head. It is shameful that these companies stop responding and do not take responsibility for their mistakes. “I have been busy” just doesn’t cut it as an answer Mr Podger. We have done everything you have asked us to do. Including taking the photos for you and sending them to you. But still no resolution or response to get to a resolution. A good job entails attention to detail from start to finish.

The guys and young lady were awesome. Made the entire experience very relaxing. They eleminated the stress. When unloading the trucks they took care of how and where they put the boxes. I want to say Thank you to all involved. Thank you Allison for understanding and patience with us.

First rate. Tyler & Mo showed up on time and got right down to work. This was a local move from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom apartment. They carefully wrapped the dressers & tv in blankets. They were careful on both ends of the move being careful not to scratch either the furniture or the walls. Their charges were fair and we felt we got good value for the exceptional service they provided. Both were friendly and professional. These young masked men are good ambassadors for this company.

Watch out! I trusted these people with my credit card and even though an invoice was provided and signed, they charged me an additional $47.80 which they claimed was due to an error on their part and will NOT refund!
I will never use this company again and would certainly not recommend trusting them with credit card information!

Smooth move 3 hours away from the start location. Excellent customer service prior to the move, professional movers, good value and price came in under estimate!

This was an amazing service. We had a couple last minute problems on our own end making it more difficult for the movers but they were great working with us and still managed to get the move done in the estimated time. I will be returning in the future if I ever need to move again. Great group of guys
