The team arrived on time, was very courteous, respectful of the items and home. They worked hard and got the job done quickly. Thank you.

I don’t even really know where to begin on this one except to say please consider a different company if you’re moving. Although Omar in the office was kind and polite, he doesn’t come move you and the people that do are really the ones to make or break (literally) your experience.
Three movers arrived at my condo but really only two were doing any work. Those two were kind and polite but the third not only damaged my items but spent 40 mins reassembling my bed only to have completely damaged the rails. He was completely unprofessional informing me of how much he gets paid an hour and telling me that I should tip in cash due to tax purposes. He was the one primarily in charge of wrapping my items but didn’t do that properly and left behind two items that I then had to go back and retrieve and move myself from my condo after the move.
When we arrived at the house I was moving more items out from the truck than he was. Then he had no strength to carry my IKEA dresser and dropped it down my stairs, damaging not only my floor but also the dresser drawers as well.
Overall just save yourself the headache and look for a different company. Moving is already stressful enough without the added unnecessary nightmare of having to handle fixing walls, railings and floors due to damage caused by a lack of care and negligence.

Derek the lead on our move team worked miracles to get our Sofa bed into our basement without any damage to our new home or the sofa.
Our move was completed without any loss of our belongings.
I would recommend the use of 3 Men and a Truck Services to anyone planning a major move.

I had the best crew for my move. Shermars team was wonderful. Made move fast and efficient. Support staff Omar was very kind with my inquiries and assured me all the steps for mice day. I was also pleasantly surprised to see Maneesh come by to check out how our move out was going. All to ensure things being done to my expectations. Thank you gentlemen t you made a stressful day less stressful with sense of humour kindness and respect.

Moving is probably one of the most stressful things a person can go through in their lives.but if you have a reliable mover to help you, moving becomes just like any adult activity. At 58 years old.and I have moved 4 times in my life. 3 of those, I was fortunate enough to use Two Men and a Truck. Moving has never been so easy. Their rates are comparable to others.and of course you'll see some not so good ratings on line but I believe the saying goes, " In customer service.you cannot please everyone every time. " Do your research before you sign the dotted line. I know for me, should I decide to move again, I won't used any other. Great Job Guys!

The moving crew arrived at my house on time and loaded my belongings with care and attention to detail and finished in the estimated time as per the quote.
Because of a delay in moving into my apartment, my stuff had to be stored in the truck for 3 days. Shaun at the office went above and beyond and showed his empathy to my situation by charging me only one day of storage.
The same crew arrived at the apartment building and were faced with one small elevator with no service option.
They were undaunted and even took apart my furniture in order to fit it in the elevator.
It was reassembled once in my apartment. The crew worked non stop for 4 hours because of the elevator issue with courtesy and professionalism. My belongings were unloaded with the same care as they were loaded.
No damage at all.
I highly recommend Two Men And A Truck

The team that was assigned to me were amazing. Derek was polite, friendly and knew his stuff. Everything was packed carefully and he even set up my bed for me. We had an issue when the couch didn’t fit, but they really tried and ultimately loaded it for me into a family members car so they could take it. I would use them again and they are worth the price as it’s far less stressful than some of the cheaper movers.

This is the third time that I have used Two Men and each of the experiences has been completely satisfying.
