I've had to move my mom several times in the past year (out of her farm house, into temporary respite care, a retirement home and most recently into a LTC Home) and I've used Two Men and a Truck for every move! Not only are they efficient from both a cost and time standpoint, I find their staff to be very attentive which is a big reason I continue to use them. In today's busy world they take the time to listen to your needs/requirements. Waterloo & Cambridge today and we were very pleased with the services of 3 workers. They were right on time for a delivery of some furniture from Kitchener to North Dumfries; were very polite and hardworking. The move was completed within 2 hours that included travel time. We would certainly use their services again.

Two guys showed up at 9: 30 am and left at 2 pm. I was charged for 6 hours each. I called to ask about this the next day and as of now have had no response. I also asked that the magazine boxes not be packed full and they were. Very expensive and very poor service from this company. Won't hire them again and strongly recommend against it for all of you reading this.

I cannot express how easy it was to work with this company from start (planning) to end (move in). Alysha was patient with my changes and supportive of this big transition. Roger, Ty and Tom were the best men for the job and had us moved out and in within 5 hours. I hired Two Men and a Truck to do a job for me at my recreation centre at Impact and I was very pleased and happy with their work. They went above and beyond until the job was done right and even did some extra work to help the space look adequate for public use.

The entire team at Two Men and a Truck were fabulous! Harvey in the office and then my 3 movers, Rory, Joey and Tim were all amazing. They worked incredibly hard, they really went above and beyond. They not only helped me with my move but made a separate stop to take some things to my daughter. I would highly recommend.

They did a fantastic job. Everything was moved quickly with care and safety for each item. Everything arrived in perfect condition. They also dismantled and reassembled larger furniture for us!

I moved in the dead of winter, and had everything packed, bed taken apart as well. Movers came in and they were happy to see all that I had done. The move was easy. The men were nice and friendly. Always checked with me first about anything. Got o my new place and again, nice and asked where I wanted my things.
I will definitely use them again.

I used this company twice. The first time was a great experience. The last time was not. Some furniture items were damaged. I reported this with pictures and have not heard back since which is now four months later. Not professional! The men that were sent were obviously inexperienced. I would never use this company again.

Two young men arrived on time and eager to start working. They both introduced themselves and took a look through the house and started right away. They were very careful with the furniture and watched that the walls did not get marked up.
The move went very quick and both men were very helpful in placing the furniture in just the right spot. They did t even mind when asked to try different locations for the furniture.

We had a wonderful experience using this company. The 3 young men were awesome! They had such a positive attitude and they worked super quickly and carefully to not scratch the walls. When faced with challenges they came up with creative solutions (taking door off hinges and removing couch feet). I would definitely recommend!

Don't deal with the Cambridge location, a friend recommended this company but he used a different location. This location is rude, and disrespectable to their customers. They don't care about your valuables or property, it's all about getting the job done as fast as they can and get their money. If you call the office to complain, they don't care and will do nothing. Worst customer service I've ever had

Feeling very comfortable having this company move our belongings from our large storage locker to our new home next month.

I called Harvey and he responded right away with a quote based on our move to the Condo and the balance into storage. When we couldn't book our elevator the day we had planned, Harvey accommodated us by sending 1 truck on Tuesday and 1 on Wednesday to move the rest of the furniture into their storage. All 4 guys that we worked with were amazing and went above and beyond our expectations. They totally wrapped every piece of furniture for the move to protect it. They wrapped every mirror, tv, pictures we had as well. Tina and I really appreciated your hard work without even 1 complaint. We definitly recommend two men and a Truck and will use them again. The movers showed up almost an hour late due to issues with their truck. While the guys themselves were nice and pretty efficient, I was charged $100 more than quoted and the day was extremely stressful from the delay. It caused a ripple effect of challenges at my new place, with the freight elevator booking, and then delaying the next people moving in.

I have used this company twice.
The first time was the Etobicoke location and we were very impressed. The owner of the franchise handled our move and he was extremely respectful to us and our things.

The SECOND TIME we used the Cambribge location and our experience was much different. The crew was unprofessional and disrespectful

FIRST issue they backed into our house. Damaging our home and laughed about it.

SECOND issue they took off front door off and laid it flat on the concrete scratching it in several spots.

THIRD they scraped our hardwood and wood banister in several locations

FOURTH A bracelet went missing the day of move. Can’t say it was them, however it went missing the same day

When it was time to leave we were expressing our concerns with the lead hand or manger (Not sure what to call him) and the remainder of crew was yelling from our front porch “come on let’s go! ”

When we expressed our concern to the owner he dismissed our concerns and demanded payment.
We asked him to come and look at the damage and he told us he already came when we weren’t home to look……. Interesting approach

Now they are Demanding payment before an agreed upon solution about what to do with damages to home. They have a policy that the customer must pay in full before they will discuss the damages

Lastly they won’t provide the agreement that was signed after work was completed. We amended the agreement at that time specifying we would not pay until the damages were addressed. They conveniently can provide it to us

Cambridge location is a joke. Stay away from them. Plenty of other good companies to use.

Such a great experience! First time I've ever hired movers. They moved my elderly mother long distance and they were fantastic. Huge thanks to Greg and Rory! They really made it an easy stress-free move.

When moving we had contacted them to do two things for us:
1) Pack our stuff and pick it up.
2) Hold our stuff in storage for a few months and then deliver it to our house.

We called to complain about some of the service and were told to wait for a callback that didn't happen.

The main issue is that some of the items were destroyed due to poor packing. Glass was packed in the same boxes as marble bookends without much in the way of any wrapping. There were several examples of this poor packing resulting in broken glass and ceramics. The boxes were generally unlabeled when packed except one that said "stuff" and one that said "toster" (it did not contain a toaster which was our guess).

They also sent a truck that was smaller than ideal to pickup the contents from their own storage facility resulting in difficulty for the staff they sent to pack it in the truck. It made the delivery take longer and seeing as the contents were stored by the company it should not have been a surprise how much had to be moved.

They also forgot one piece of furniture and had to come back with it another day.

Great. Arrived on time, packed the truck well so that no room on the truck was wasted. Even put together our beds!

I had no trouble at all in moving some furniture between Cambridge and Toronto. It was impressive to see how fluidly the movers maneuvered a couch through my front door.

Great service from all angles. Our moving crew was dedicated, friendly. Worked super hard, were super polite. Highly recommended.

Alex and Joe were our movers on the hottest and most humid day. They provided some of the best customer service I've ever seen. They were friendly, polite, efficient and great at their jobs! Would definitely recommend!

The fellas came in and moved my entire house and unpacked in 6 hours. They did this with integrity, caution and gusto. Did I mention it was 45 degrees out and they didn’t once complain? Overall awesome job would recommend again.

We used the Services of Two men and a Truck for our move from Milton to our new house in Listowel. From start to finish it was a totally great experience. From Harvey in the office to the movers it was 5 star's all the way. Matt, Ethan and Darcey were on time, they were extremely professional, courteous and really easy to get along with. From the first phone call for a quote to the guys unloading the last of my things into my new home, these guys were very professional. My move went off without any issues. They were on time and there were no unexpected charges at the end. I’d highly recommend these guys for any of your moving needs. They made my move easy and stress free for me.

The only complaint I have with this company is how little the owner pays his employees. Those poor movers moved some very very heavy stuff from my house and did a great job.
My bill was very close to $700 for 4 hours of work done. The fact these two guys are making less than $20per hour was appalling. This means each of them got paid less than $ 80 and then got taxed on it.

They drove about 50 km round trip for this job. It sure wasn't very much wear and tear on the vehicle. This meant that Harvey, I'm assuming he's the owner, made over $500 to talk on the phone for 5 minutes twice.

The guys were looking to me for a tip.and I truly felt like saying" Go ask your boss to pay you a tip out of the $540 he collected for sitting on butt.

My experience with Two Men and a Truck was overall a very good one. The two guys came out on time, got the job done and were polite.

After reading the fake positive reviews (if you know how to investigate you'll see them) we will not be using this company. We called for a quote seems they think it will take longer than any other company we called. Stop lying about your positive feedback %. When you use that as your defence every complaint, it's blatantly obvious the reviews are made by you.

The guys did a great job problem-solving on a tricky removal of appliances. They took great care as they moved my appliances out of my unit.

If you want cheaper - be more prepared on move day is what that simply means, otherwise you pay more. They even offer 4 free wardrobe boxes for your clothes so you can simply hang your clothes and away you go! So handy! I have used this company twice before from the Peterborough location, and was pleased with the Cambridge store also. The guys were great, helpful and kept me appraised of the schedule, which I appreciated as an extra stop with an additional item pickup was involved. Be prepared, you will receive a worse-case scenario quote, and my job came in well under the estimate as I had imagined.
The sofa-bed that had been misidentified by the office as a futon (for the second time), was a several hundred pound piece of junk gifted me by the previous tenant without consent, that I request moved out to the street before loading in. The guys didn't blink though, and I had a chuckle.

These guys are amazing! They were extremely efficient, and took the time to wrap all my belongings with care. Definitely would use them again in the future!
