Two Men and a Truck

Another great move with this company, this one a longer distance. Office personnel and movers all provided excellent service! Highly recommend them!

We just had 2 Men move us into our new home. Paul, Matt and Jose showed up, on time and hustled from the moment they arrived until the job was done. They took such great care of all of our items. Everything was wrapped and packed neatly and safely in the truck. They took great care when moving the stuff within our house too. They did not scuff walls or dirty carpets. All of our things arrived and were placed where they needed to go without any damage. Overall we are blown away by the job these guys did for us. Paul, Matt and Jose were incredible.

Beverly in the office was friendly and knowledgeable and Jerry who came out to quote us was super thorough. We were told we would be done by 3 and they were done just before. The quote was bang on. We are really glad we.called 2 Men and. Truck! It was well worth the money. I would highly recommend them!

Great experience, they have moved us twice and the teams we had were fantastic! Office staff was friendly and quick to respond.

Moving teams were very good. Post move, we identified several damaged items. We were asked to take pictures and send them to their team. We did that.we received zero feedback. We have also called the office 4-5 times in the past 4-5 weeks and we still have no settlement offer.

Thieves! Beware! Stay far away. If I could give negative stars I would. Two of their movers stole valuable and sentimental jewelry from my mother worth thousands. Imagine stealing from an elderly widow with cancer! Heinous criminals! Office would do nothing and stopped responding. They couldn’t care less. I wouldn’t even trust the positive reviews.

Police told us at least one of the drivers was “a regular customer” of theirs so clearly the company does not vet their drivers.

One of the two movers behaved professionally. The pre-move preparations were well conducted by the office staff. Payment process was easy.

Forget the lying, inefficiency, and overcharges (I called a location in Hamilton that was less than a kilometer away and they sent a truck from Burlington and try to charge me the mileage) they maimed my SUV! I can't wait for the day when reviews allow us to upload videos so you can see them destroying my bumper. They also damaged a vintage dresser which was the only item I pointed out to them that they had to be careful with. They sent someone to look at it to see what he could do to fix it and then I never heard from him again.

This team was very professional and efficient. The office checked in during the move and the team on the ground were able to move the pre-packed furniture with care throughout tricky locations. Would highly recommend for quality and responsiveness.

Called relatively last minute for a move from Burlington to NOTL. They were very accommodating and professional to deal with. They move went quickly and without a hitch. Would definitely recommend.

We had a few different estimates, and chose them not only for the price but for how efficiently they conducted the inspection of the house, and the transparency/breakdown of the quote. We also appreciated the materials they gave us to prep for the move and the discount on the boxes!

Guys did a great job. They were careful with the items and work quickly two men and a truck delivered as promised.

Called them to have a few things moved from a one bedroom apartment. They kept stressing about the punctuality of their arrival time and that they would be there at 1 PM, they were at my apartment 1: 47 PM. I asked them if they had all the tools needed and they said yes and they ended up using some of mine. One of them was literally standing doing nothing and the other one kept complaining they he can’t take apart neither my bed nor my couch and I ended up taking them apart by myself. They charged me for all the time they took to come to my building and the time they were standing around watching me take apart my stuff. Never calling them again

Always use this company because they are friendly and extremely efficient! They take the stress out of moving! Highly recommend!

This was a small move for a senior receiving new flooring in an apartment requiring only heavy items to be moved into the hallway. This comes with a hefty premium of a four hour minimum, fine, as it’s understood we’re at their mercy….
At time of booking it was repeatedly stressed the importance of the time, that they start not later than between 8-9am. We were promised to have a team before 9. Calls were made advising nobody has called or arrived at 9, and we were strung along until 10: 30am to which two men arrived wreaking of marijuana and complaining how they are sick and having to work on their day off. They literally were there for 40min and were rude upon payment instructions as well.
I will not be calling them again nor would I ever refer anyone to use this moving company!
