Two Sisters Vineyards

We did the fireside wine tasting today and would 100% recommend. Our server Jude was extremely knowledgeable and made our experience great. It was my husband's first time doing a wine tasting and Jude told us all about the process, the grapes, the science behind the growing seasons etc.and really make the experience a blast. When we went into their shop we were met again with a very knowledgeable and friendly staff member and we purchased their 2017 stone eagle after learning about the process behind it. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this winery to all, both experienced and non experienced wine tasters.

Reserved a table at Kitchen76 and while we were lining up there was a lady cutting our line and no staff stopped her and continued to serve her. After lunch we bought some wines from the wine boutique and the same thing happened. Two people jumped the queue and the cashier was like dreaming and still accepted their payment. Horrible experience just don’t go if you are non-white!

In response to the comment below by the vineyard: If the management had considered putting up a simple sign like “Line Starts Here”, I guess the disappointment could have been avoided, as simple as that. Just don’t say any excuse like the vineyard is busy and can’t police your customers and stuffs, the fact is, your cashier was not as busy as you thought…

Booked the tour for my wife and I and after driving over 2hrs to get there we had to wait for a ship to pass a bridge which took 20 mins. We ended up being 17 mins late and as another reviewer experienced they told us we no longer could go on the tour we paid for (we could literally see them about 60 feet away). Said we could do a wine tasting instead (lesser priced experience) and when we asked for a refund they said no and technically we forfeited the reservation and this was them "being nice". Fine, what choice do we have. Wine was actually really terrific but we were waiting between tastings and ran out of time for our lunch reservation we had there. So they gave our fourth to take with us to lunch and said come back after lunch for the 5th. Ok sounds good. Lunch reservation at 2.got our food at 3: 30! Food was just ok, quite overpriced for what it ended up being. Lunch took so long there was nobody around for us to get our 5th tasting. Nice enough staff but overall experience felt corporate.winery first versus client first.

Worst customer service ever. Employees are not helpful nor understanding of people’s circumstances. We couldn’t make it to the vineyard due to heavy traffic and we tried to cancel ahead of time, the agent didn’t care while other vineyards in the area were accommodating… We will never visit this winery.

Tried different estates on the same day, and hands down, Two sisters beat them all on all levels. Personnel, quality of wine, tasting experience and service overall! Extremely surprised and satisfied! ;)

We went a few weeks ago as a group of ten. Six were children. The restaurant was very accommodating to a large group. They were so patient with our children and offered a great pasta option that our kids loved.

Our food was amazing. I got the bolognese pasta and my husband got the lamb chops. Everything was amazing. Our server was so friendly with our kids and so incredibly kind. My daughter even drew a picture for her to say thank you.

After dinner our kids played by the vineyard while we sat under the trees. It was so peaceful and beautiful. Our dinner there was the highlight of our Niagara trip. We will definitely be returning next summer.

Had a wonderful lunch today with a great view of the vineyard. Food/Wine was delicious. Service excellent.

Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. Customer service is lacking from the greeter. No explanation or a welcome. Wait time when there is clearly room for a tasting and personal to do the tasting. Highly recommend choosing another winery that is more welcoming.

This is one of the worst wineries in the area… if you care about customer service then stay clear of this place and the membership is the biggest scam they could do. You can’t even use the perks or coupons they give you with the membership and tell you to come back another time because they don’t have time for you. Bring up any concerns to them and they scoff you off and don’t take you seriously… Avoid this place at all cost.

I went to two sisters in the fall and it was beautiful. The tours were unfortunately sold out for the time we wanted so we just had a wine tasting experience while there. The wine was fantastic and we bought two bottles. The person who did our wine tasting experience was knowledgeable and friendly. Even though she was helping a number of other guests we felt like we were well looked after and got the most for our experience.

One of the most beautiful vineyards I have visited. Very relaxing experience as you could wander the grounds on your own schedule.

Amazing place. The white wine is great and I really loved the Rose (not the sparkling rose). Would definitely be back. The area outside is a really special place.

My only reason for deducting a star was the price. It ain’t cheap. Which is fine I guess, just surprising.

Nov 2021. My first visit and now one of my favourite Vineyards. Excellent service. Delicious Italian food. Serene scenery and just an overall fantastic experience. Went one evening for the fire and frost experience outdoor wine tasting experience with the fire pits during cold weather and followed it by lunch the following day which was delicious. Their Riesling ice wine is a must try and fabulous.

Terrible service. Went for a wine tasting with a group of friends and had our ten month old daughter with us. Once they saw we had a baby they refused to seat us anywhere outdoors refused to refund our money and made us stand in the gift shop to have our tasting. Will never go back after that

My husband and I are on a 3 day get away from Toronto. Though it is not our first time in Niagara it was our first visit to Two Sisters Vineyards. What to say. It is beautiful. We went for a wine tasting and our guide "Hugh" was top notch. He was knowledgeable, helpful and overall friendly. Wine was very tasty and though we both have different taste in wine we found something for each of us to take home. Two thumbs up for Two Sisters!

Amazing, beautiful place! Wow! My girlfriends and I did a veranda wine tasting experience and we had Brock as our server. He was amazing, he made the experience so much fun. He was very knowledgeable about all of the wines we tried. We truly had a wonderful time! Thank you Brock!

What a wonderful experience. The wine tasting was superb. The setting was out of this world. Classy. Ro explained everything and made perfect recommendations on our tastings. The gift shop was first class. We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon and have already sent recommendations to several friends for their vistas FIRST CLASS! APPLAUSE!

All the meals are very flavourful, and the portions are very good sizes.

Terrible experience today trying to show two new people the benefits of the RBC Avion and Two Sisters partnership. Not only did we get shuffled back outside for a supposed line up that didn’t exist, but we then get told that the 2-for-1 tasting feature that comes with our Avion cards is no longer being honored (even though it’s still on the website). We went from going there to sign up for a membership to just walking out and going elsewhere.

It’s one thing to be successful and thrive as they have…and good for them. However, it’s a whole other thing to alienate those who supported you for a very long time with a remarkably bad host experience. For a winery that is striving to be “the” spot in NOTL, the experience leaves a whole lot to be desired. Not worth it, folks.

Endroit magnifique. Notre réservation pour le repas était à 19: 45. Nous sommes arrivés vers 18: 00 afin de profiter d’une dégustation. A cette heure, il n’y avait que la dégustation à l’intérieur de disponible. C’était correct, mais ça manquait d’ambiance. Aucune place pour s’asseoir et profiter du moment. Il est également impossible de sortir à l’extérieur avec notre verre. Si nous y retournons, ce ne sera pas cette dégustation que nous choisirons.

Par contre, le repas était excellent. Le service impeccable. Attention, les portions des entrées sont grosses. Idéal pour partager.

So ridiculously overpriced. My girlfriend and I did the vineyards tour which i highly do no recommend. $130 for 2 people and it was legit 10 minutes outside, 20 minutes in the cellar, and then we are brought to their wine shop to see if we want to buy some of their wine. Hands down the worst tour i have ever experienced. What a waste of money and time. I do highly recommend the Kitchen 76, the food and service was great.

So disappointed. There was a time that tastings were free or at nominal cost. Went in there only to be told that for $30, you got 4 tastings, tastings are usually 1 oz each. We walked straight out!
If tastings were cheaper, like a $1/oz, I may have bought bottles of wine there, if I liked the tastings.: (

Lovely setting with room to sit at the back of the winery with our dogs. However, the wine by the “glass” was quite expensive to be served in plastic tumblers with very sharp rims. Feedback given to staff.

I emailed more information at their request, no response so far.

Our table was served by a woman who works as a server at this restaurant and doesn't know how to position the cutlery. I couldn't believe this reality and was confused, so when I asked him, my rule is this! I was told it was different from yours. What do you mean by this? This single server with the wrong idea will spoil the impression of this restaurant! I will never return to this restaurant.

Went here with 8 work colleagues for dinner and for the wine tasting experience. I can't remember the name of our Sommelier, but he was amazing. He had extensive knowledge of the wine making process, as well as the grape growing process around the world. We really enjoyed the experience with him.

The wine itself was excellent. I wouldn't call myself a wine connoisseur by any means, but I did enjoy the taste, especially the whites.

Dinner was also good. I ordered the margarita pizza, some of my colleagues ordered the lamb and some ordered the steak. My pizza was very good. Not the best I've had, but still very good. My colleagues said that the lamb was perfectly cooked. One of my colleagues had their medium rare steak overcooked, but the others were done properly.

I don't know how much everything cost, as my boss covered everything, so I'm not sure if this was expensive overall. I know my pizza was $25 and the steaks were something around $65 a piece.

Overall it was a great experience. I would return again.

Award winner Winery, beautiful architect and vineyard facing resturant patio. Highly recommend this place. Amazing food and service.

Seating was promised to us while they coersd us to pay for wine sampling only to call us back and inform us that our wine sampling was ready instead of dining seating and we would have to wait N hour more. Obviously it was a misunderstanding for seating; although the hotess didn't seem too care. This is what happens when they're too busy. They have lost me as a patron. This was my first and last time.

By far the most informative and personalized wine tasting experience I have had the pleasure of experiencing in the Niagara region. In the tasting room, Andrew was attentive to our wine tastes but also challenged our senses with his excellent recommendations. The quality of the wines at Two Sisters are head and shoulders above many of the other larger vineyards in the area. Can’t wait to return to Two Sisters Vineyard in the near future.

We attended the Rose Wine event on September 18th. From my rather vast experience, I would say that $40.00 was too high a price for three miniscule tastes of wine without even a fresh glass for each. The DJ music was raucous and destroyed what could have been a beautiful mood. The only food available was pricey: $25 for a small tray of meats and cheeses, $10 for popcorn, and $25 for potato chips! We paid Out $130 and left both hungry and thirsty, and with our ears ringing.

There is no winery in Ontario that produces wine at this quality. Beyond the exceptional wine, two sister understands the importance of a great experience and you can tell they spare no expense… down to the perfectly paired reidel glass for each different wine. Their staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. In particular the in house sommelier, Dieter, is the main reason we became wine club members here. He has an amazing ability to get you excited about each wine before you try it. Such in depth knowledge of not only the winemaking process of two sisters but about wine around the world. We have never had a bad experience here, and it is a must visit every time we come to notl.

We spent the weekend in NOTL with two families and this stop is a definite must. Incredible grounds - beautiful. The patio and view are lovely. Our server FRANCESCA was amazing. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, and great to engage in conversations about the wine, the process, the vineyard, and the general area. She certainly helped elevate our experience and we look forward to returning!

Quite busy, but we'll worth the wait as you can buy wine and a charcuterie board outback while waiting and enjoying the view sitting on Muskoka chairs. The wine tasting experience was well worth the $30 and we ended up purchasing over 4 bottles based on the phenomenal taste and overall ambiance and experience. Highly recommended, but look to reserve at least a month in advance if you're intertwining in dining.

I had more fun NOT at Two Sisters. My husband and I were honeymooning in Niagara on the Lake and were recommended to visit, and unfortunately were very disappointed. We were unable to visit for not only a glass of wine but also a tasting, on a Tuesday might I add. We were turned away immediately and felt unwanted as guests of the neighbouring hotel. Its very sad to see the profiling happening this day and age. I guess you have to book months in advance or show your T4 to visit here. Book elsewhere to avoid this disappointment. Peller treated us well.

My wife and I had an exceptional time while enjoying our tasting a Two Sisters. Some wineries have more of a business/impersonal atmosphere while Two Sisters was very personal. A credit to Hugh who guided our tasting with high expertise and knowledge. Would highly recommend.

I ended up at Two Sisters Vineyard because the surrounding wineries were quite busy. I'm glad I stumbled upon this winery; the grounds and property we're spectacular. I enjoyed being able to sip a glass of wine on the terrace area overlooking the vineyard. It vibes like a beautiful backyard-estate kinda feel. Much of my critique resides in echoing a number of previous comments regarding value - this is certainly a high priced venue and I'm not entirely convinced the experience matched the price (I bought 4 glasses of wine for nearly $100). It was a shame that they closed the restaurant as well, I would have liked to sample the food offerings. I'd like to visit Two Sisters again when they are fully offering the full experience.

Too bad we can't rate them a zero. I find it quite pretentious to assume that one can not afford to dine at your (insert sarcasm) wonderful establishment. Sadly I was turned away before I even decided to go there via email! I guess they assumed that we don't earn enough. It's too bad that this place turns away business. I'm sure there will be plenty of other wineries that will welcome my $$$$ gladly! I guess Tara Moore should learn some manners along with her title of events coordinator.can not teach class sadly!

My favorite winery in niagara on the lake area. They have the best ice wine. Its $30 for a tasting of 4 wines. I highly recommend getting the bottles of icewine here if u like sweet wines. Its amazing. Food is fantastic here as well. Make a reservation in advance though.

70$ fixed price menus, with a starter and second. Salad was gross and overpowered with anchovies.

The second was pizza for 70$.

And the beer!? Worst beer I’ve ever had, probably the only time in my life that I couldn’t finish one it smelled like peas and tasted like puke!

The staters were good, however not included in the fixed price. Haha.

Locals told us to go to Galveston House, wish we had listened.

Avoid this place.

Reserved 2 months in advance and our table wasnt ready. The table finally given was in a wierd position right in the lane between two sets of tables. Was disappointing

Stunning location very worthy of taking some nice pictures. Our tasting was led by a lady named Francesca and she was clearly very passionate about wine and super sweet. I wish the sample amount the poured for the tastings was a little more in order to really get a good taste of the wine considering you pay 50$ for the experience. But overall decent experience.

We had the most amazing time with our Veranda Tasing and it was all thanks to Dieter! He was simply the best and made our Two Sisters experience the best it could be!

The 2020 Margo was pretty damn good! I would recommend visiting their location by bicycle as they are located right next to Fort George National Histoic Site.

Wine is very good, tried 3 wine, and all very good. However, really need to mention about their Red Icewine, it is exceptionally good out of the three I tried.
Then comes to the food! It is very good too, and it pairs very well with the wine, as they did made their suggestions on the menu.

Last but not least, great services! She knows very well about their food and wine!

Probably my favourite vineyard in Niagara on the lake. Wines are great and the service is outstanding. Although we were almost 1 hour late, they made the effort to accommodate us, despite being very busy.
We spend almost 2 hours doing tastings in the outdoor patio and never felt rushed or hurried to leave. Dan, our service was extremely knowledgeable and made our first time in the vineyard the best visit so far. We will be coming again.

Beautiful setting, some of the best wines from Ontario, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had to take one star off since I feel the price point is quite steep for what you get. While we enjoyed the outdoor tasting 50/person was quite steep. Similarly with the wine, although very good there are better bottles at their respective price points. Still bought some as they do make some of the best reds in Ontario.
