This moving service was amazing for our kitchener to Sudbury move. The team was on time, friendly, and professional. I was worried as the place I was moving into didn’t have an elevator (and we’re on the top floor) but they were incredibly quick with offloading everything into our new apartment. We are very happy with how everything went!

Never use them. They showed up 3.5 hours late. Insisted I pay in full after loading the truck and did not honour the discount offered for being late.

They charged me an additional 300$ for picking up a dining set at Park's furniture. The movers claimed they had to wait for 2 hours to get it. I verified with Park's that they were there for only 20 minutes. They also left a box of kitchen items behind (likely at Park's where they must have needed a way to find room for the dining set) which never made it to my destination in Montreal. Would not recommend.

Need to change my rating now.

Used twice in the past month.

One broken bookcase, and one broken glass on a showcase. (Didn’t notice it until we saw it today will putting stock in it).

Outside of that everything was good, the guys were fast, and everyone was polite.

Chase, Mike and Aaron were fantastic to work with! They were very efficient on site and worked hard to accomplish our moving goals. We had multiple stops along the way and together accomplished the move in only 1 day (our move was a couple hours away), where another company wanted to do it in 2. We were thankful for their hard work and good attitudes during the day! We would definitely recommend these guys for a move!

Two Small Men With Big Hearts Moving were fantastic. Andrew was prompt, efficient and friendly with the estimate and the logistics of getting the move organized. And Devon, Anthony and Aaron were absolutely wonderful for both the packing and the move itself. It was a big job (as Andrew had said, but we doubted!) and Devon and his team worked long hours, with good humour, great professionalism and speed, without complaint even as it got dark, even as once we got to the new house there was tricky truck driving and they discovered we had 3 floors, with some very narrow and awkward stairs. Everyone was on time, the estimate was very close, and the price for the size of the job was competitive. We highly recommend this fantastic team, and the Dundas/Hamilton branch of Two Small Men With Big Hearts Moving.

We hired Two Small Men With Big Hearts Moving for a local move (just 4 km!) in Hamilton and they were great. The sales person gave us a detailed estimate with a best and worst case before we reserved them, and the final price was very close to what was estimated. There was a team of 3 guys for our move and they worked hard all day. They packed the truck tight and were able to make it in a single trip and even disassembled and reassembled all of our furniture for us. We also had them unload a storage container that we had filled for staging our old house and delivered to the new house. Definitely recommended.

We were originally supposed to have three men to move us, one was a no show. Ben and Ethan made sure that didn't affect our move. They were professional, worked quickly and were very polite. They answered all our questions patiently. There is a storage shortage due to Covid and we had to use a trailer loaned to us by a friend. Ben and Ethan packed 95% of our belongings in that trailer, which we didn't believe could be done. They also went above and beyond by helping us to rearrange the things in our barn so that the remaining things that didn't fit in the trailer could go in there. Could anything have been done better? That third person could have done some wrapping, a few things were not wrapped prior to loading that I felt should have been. Regardless, we would highly recommend this company. From the professional quote, to the confirmation call a few days prior, to the follow up survey to inquire as to satisfaction and room for improvement.

Best moving company I have ever used. Ben, Anthony and Robert were all very fast, strong and efficient. Everything was handled with extreme care. I have some delicate, antique furniture so this was very important to me. They were also very knowledgeable. My new place has a lot of stairs but they handle it with ease. The price was very reasonable and everything got moved quickly. They made sure everything went where I needed it and made the whole move so smooth.

We wanted to choose a local moving company and we were very impressed with the service from Two Small Men. Andrew was very prompt at answering any inquires and coordinating the administrative side of the move. On the move day, Devon, Ben and Mike were incredibly fast and professional. You could tell that they enjoyed their job due to their positive energy, jokes, and laughter throughout the move. I believe this is a sign of a good employer as well. In the end, our move went very smoothly and came in under the estimated price provided by Andrew and Devon. There were no hidden fees and the charge was by the hour (not by weight). I would highly recommend them for future moving needs.

Back in August of 2017, I used this company to move from a second floor apartment to a basement apartment across town. They were amazing! It wasn't a lot of stairs, but they're never fun to navigate and despite the many, many book boxes I had the movers were cheerful and efficient. They loaded, moved and unloaded everything quickly and with care. At the time I thought their rates were great and I was extremely happy with the service they provided. I'm looking to move again in the next few months and plan to use their services at that time. They do live up to their name!

Ruined a wall and entry way and refused to provide financial reimbursement. Owner said there are two sides to a story and unless I was willing to be bullied via a telephone call he wouldn’t be willing to reimburse me. I filed a complaint with bbb because I asked for 150 back, very reasonable on my end. Don’t do business with these people, very good liars and salespeople.

Two Small Men (actually three average size guys) just moved me from Dundas to the East End. They did an awesome job. Punctual, hard working, good natured… and the job came in at the lower side of the estimate. Particularly impressed with how they maneuvered the truck in the tightly spaced neighbourhood I moved to. Would definitely recommend!

The estimate was reasonable and we came in at the low end for our move. Devon was bang on with his estimate of how large a vehicle (s) we would need to move all of our stuff. Ben, Anthony and Devon were prompt, quick, easy to get along with and professional.

This moving company came highly recommended to me. Surprisingly they totally exceeded my expectations. Andrew educated me so I was very prepared the big day. He gave me tips on how to keep costs down and they worked. My quote was a bit more than I ended up paying.which seems to never happen these days. Ken, Ben and Mike handled my belongings with care, worked like a well oiled machine and kept me laughing the the whole time. Their experience is seen in every move they make. The men did a fabulous job. They were very polite and worked hard loading and unloading. The only negative was that they were about 2 hours late in arriving but that wasn't their fault. This is the 2nd move with this company and would highly recommend them. Thanks very much!

The guys who came to move our things did a great job and I would rate them a 5 out of 5. The lower overall rating is just because the truck that they brought was a bit too small and I had to make three trips to storage with my car on account of things that would not fit in the truck and I have to move them later. Still, on balance, the experience was a good one.

The part of the transition process to a new home I feared the most was moving day and as it turns out it was the smoothest part. Initially trying to find a moving company was a challenge. The first company I received a quote from was double the price and told me it would take two trucks and two days (12 hours). Happy to say these guys did the move in one truck with some room to spare and completed the move start to finish in 5.5 hours. This company posted resources for packing and ways that many companies take advantage or upcharge during a move. My thought was if a company is willing to point this out then they must be very honest and transparent this was the deciding factor for me. The whole process was amazing and everyone was super friendly, accommodating, reassuring and polite. Customer service was outstanding. Not wanting to move again anytime soon but Two Small Men With Big Hearts would be my first call.
