On Sunday the 30th of July, I had ordered movers from this company. They were professional, and eased my stress as well as I had just lost my 18 yr old pug, Tuko. I also had 3 cats to worry about but because of the good work and calmness of these two gentlemen, I was able to not feel so much anxiety that usually comes with moving from one location to the next. I appreciate the help that Ayman and Tariq showed me, a person with agoraphobia! Much obliged, the two of you, as well as the entire company for having helped me!

I would not recommend Two Small Men. Nothing was tied down in the truck - and as a result, a brand new pizza oven was badly damaged. They've refused to take any ownership of the situation and have dragged their feet for months. Terrible service.

I called about 3 months out for my cross Canada move from Victoria, BC to Windsor, Ont and got an in-person quote from Ian that was honoured and actually was less due to a weight difference from quote to actual scale weight. When the movers showed up (David and Curtis) they were very caring about me and my long distance move. They took great care with my belongings.
When Trevor from **TJS Solutions** messaged me that he was on his way I was happy. He stayed in touch with me the entire drive from the West Coast to arrival date and time. When Trevor and Denise showed up with my belongings they also took great care of me and my stuff during the unloading process. Not a single item was damaged or broken! Trevor had to come back to deliver one last piece of the load. Again he communicated the entire way!

These guys came to my house to move couches and a bedding, they ended up damaging the walls and did not take responsibility for it. I could have also moved the furniture by damaging the walls, but called supposed "professionals" so it wouldn't happen, very disappointed would not recommend.

I've moved twice with this company in London. My first move went really well and they did not let me down with the second one!
The ladies I spoke to in the office were great. They were prompt to respond and very thorough, answering questions I didn't even know to ask. I knew what to expect and there were no surprises on my bill.
This time my movers were Tim and Adam, both super friendly, respectful, and hard working.
Tim, as the lead, made sure I understood the plan for the day and was very reassuring. He made the move so much less stressful than I was expecting.
When it was looking like we might have to wait several hours for keys, the company offered to book my movers in for another small job so I wasn't paying for the hours of wait time. The timing ended up working out but I really appreciated the attempt to keep my costs down!
No more moves for me anytime soon but if I had to, I would absolutely go with Two Small Men With Big Hearts.

Absolutely amazing! Look no further for excellent service, reasonable rates and professionalism. With a very quick close on our home we were able to secure our move in less than a week. Staff determined the number of movers and trucks we required perfectly based on the online inventory list. Jesse and his team managed to seamlessly move our 5 bedroom home in just over 6 hours.an amazing feat! These guys never stopped! Would definitely recommend.

Just had Adam and Will move my daughter to her apartment yesterday. They were polite, friendly and efficient. Bed was taken apart and then put back in new place. Asked where all furniture and boxes needed to be placed. Will be using them when I move next year. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were moving and knew we wouldn’t be able to do everything ourselves. We contacted two small men with big hearts in August and right from the beginning we knew they were going to be good to work with. They were very happy to answer any questions I had, they sent out a detailed sheet of the prices and how things worked. A few days before the move, they called to confirm the times and locations and went through the covid protocol which my husband and I were very happy about.

The day of the move, Jeremy and Nick showed up right on time and got started right away. We just showed them what needed to go and they began working! They were very nice and professional. When they arrived to our new place, they asked us where we wanted the furniture and made sure everything was in the right place. They did a wonderful job! All of our furniture was delivered perfectly. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to move!

We hired a crew from Two Small Men to move my mother-in-law here in London on September 15th. The crew was friendly and very efficient. They listened to our instructions and were careful to handle her fragile items with care. And I've never seen anyone wrap furniture as quickly as these guys did!

From the start this was a great experience. We’ve hired a few movers and had both good and bad. These movers are a dream. The customer service was excellent from the office staff and the movers. They clearly know what they’re doing. The staff coordinated with us perfectly. The movers were champions. They were professional, on time, and very good. They were so quick! Which is great when you’re paying by the hour. They all respected covid protocols were very friendly and seemed to enjoy themselves while doing work I would be complaining about.

We hope to never move again but if we do, we know who we’re calling.

This company was at my building the other day not wearing masks.
You're supposed to be using masks in the common areas of buildings, I would think that knowing this would be part of the job, never mind the fact that this is a job that goes from place to place with a lot of contact and is in prime position to facilitate spread of a transmittable disease.
Careless businesses like this will ensure that this lockdown will never end.
