The broker i talked to was really nice. He was really nice and accommodating. He helped us through a lot. Not until i got into an accident. It was a horrible experience i dont wanna go through again. Broker cant do anything or wont do anything with what the adjuster’s business. It was a complete disaster so if you can avoid this insurance company at all, stay away from them
