This place isn't bad. Cheap clean and awesome employees. Check this place out if you need storage.

Make sure you call as the website is inaccurate. Units rented/reserved online are not always available when you show up to store your items. Free lock advertised is a strait up lie; have another $14 ready for the disc lock you have to purchase from them. Rates are reasonable though, some of the lowest in town. Units are clean. Overall good value.

Lori is single handedly ruining your company. Worst employee, let alone GM, ever. Extremely unprofessional, combative towards calm confused customers, doesn't know a thing about customer service obviously besides what she lied on her resume. Absolutely ridiculous

We went in to get some boxes and packing tape for our house move. The staff member was very helpful and spent a lot of time showing us the different boxes. She explained what each of the boxes was for, and gave us a good estimate of how many we would need. She also showed us the paper packing tape that tears off by hand - that tape is fantastic! Saves so much time, and when you have dozens of boxes to pack and not much time it is really worth it.

Secure and quiet facility. It's great the alarm system they have is good and easy to get use to

Decently priced and size range of storage units/lockers offered, the drive-up ones are particularly convenient along with having 24/7 access is nice too. Although I now pay online through their website (which is a time saver), I was previously going in to the Confederation Office and always received friendly customer service.
The only, only thing I would change would be the rates, obviously knowing storage is not cheap, however U-Haul could secure much more, or even dominate, most of the market by being more competitive versus on par with other storage facilities. I have considered switching a few times for minimally lower or similar rates but much more convenient locations than Old London Road. (Also not out of the question for me, I have/am considering moving to a two bedroom instead one bedroom apartment in my building since it would actually be a bit less costly with the added convenience of things at my finger tips.)
I do not anticipate rates will ever actually drop but it's food for thought nonetheless from my own perspective, options, along with a business background.
