Staff was very friendly and got the car haul trailer connected quickly so we could be on our way. Seamless from reservation online, to pickup, and drop off.

The staff is always kind and friendly but the management (or maybe owners) need to get the broken swipe card door opener fix.
It has been broken for well over 6 months!
Such a pain in the behind to have to go out of the closed gates, into the office, wait in line to get one of the staff to come out and let you in.

Can get into the gate but can't get into he cubicle unless you go during business hours so someone can let you in.

Abby was fantastic! She helped out tremedously, made my moving experience less stressful.highly rcommended!

The trailer was clean and worked flawless for my move. The only problem I had was the online booking and pre check-in was a waste of time. I needed to do everything all over again at the facility.

My mother has storage at this location and she loves the way she's treated here. She usually comes by in person to make payments by cheque because she doesn't do online banking and she always tells me how great the staff there is. She always says that a girl named Mary Anne usually takes care of her and that the last time she went she even got her a coffee! My mother loves this location and she recommends it to everyone.

I had some reservations at this place but never could get the exact facility that i booked.
They are not up to date and some of the rented out things; still showing available on the web site.

Not too many parking lot for your car upfront.

But the most thing that i concern about it goes back to their careless behavior at this pandemic period of time.
They don't use masks of face shield usually. I saw that a lady Thouched next customer DL without sanitization their hand after she touched the return key.

On the other side mostly they are sitting on the couch instead of trying to help you out faster.

But the truck and trailers are clean and well maintained.

Long story short.don't trust on availability of what you see in this location

Fast and convenient service. The estimated price was a little inconsistent between visits, but overall decent. The van was clean and drove smoothly.

Friendly staff. Very considerate of customers needs. Have a storage unit that is well maintained.

Staff were friendly, but it was my first time renting a uhaul, and I didn't think to check the fuel gauge before taking the truck home. The contract said it was 3/4 full, but it was only a bit above 1/2. Being moving day, I was too busy to go back to the location to deal with it, so it ended up costing an extra $55 in fuel.
