Returned a cargo van - pulled up and the employee walked around and checked mileage and gas and asked if i wanted my receipt emailed which I did - as I do every time (I rent probably once or twice a month). Received the invoice within 90mins and it looked fine. A day (20 hours) later I receive another invoice for a credit for the original and charge for a different amount - i was charged an extra $150 for damage. I went back to the store and they showed me a small dent in the front fender but they couldn't find photos of my return but said no one had rented since i returned (i did mention THEY drove it around the lot). I wasn't going to get anywhere with any sort of solution and I will never use them again so this is just a buyer beware - i would not return after hours or leave without a full receipt or a staff member signing off on it
Also - most of the staff is pretty rude and unhelpful

I gave the truck full tank even though they charged for fuel. Dishonest & cheaters

It was a great experience. Super helpful staff, really easy process. All of the transactions were quick and seamless. I’d use them again.

On-line and in-person experiences were very efficient and friendly. I was amazed how quick was the drop off.

Has everything you need here for moving. Tv and mirror boxes, packing peanuts, Bubble wrap, chair and mattress covers, carpet covers and more! Only issue is parking spaces as it is a busy sport and there is minimal parking.

Great people and I even rented a brand new van with only 5000 kilometers on it!

The 10' truck is affordable and reasonably easy to drive. It certainly holds way more than a van. The staff are friendly and the store is well stocked with moving supplies
