Hands down, the best service I have ever experienced from a UHaul dealer, all thanks to Robert. I or my wife have rented from dozens of different UHAUL locations over the last 13 years, and most are terrible experiences. By huge orders of magnitude, this Waymar/Brighton location is far superior to any other experience we have ever had.

Amazing experience dealing with Robert. I was a couple hours late for pick up and Robert said that's not a problem we'll start the time from now. I then needed to extend rental of the trailer for another day and he said since i don't have another booking for the trailer tomorrow, i won't charge you for 2nd day. Service that makes you want to come back.

They went above and beyond to help me find a truck, called multiple locations to find the truck I was looking for and even offered me a larger truck for the same price. Incredibly nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this location
