There was a light at the box and truck was clean with gas it had a snow brush what more do i need

Just called this location at Keele. I asked for rates. The representative (lady) began speaking fast, her English was not clear enough for me to understand, she sounded annoyed. I proceeded to tell her that I could not hear anything she was saying…She hung up.

I called back immediately, No one picked up the line. I’m astonished at this behavior coming from a service provider.

Booked 4 days in advance and after waiting for half an hour in the store. The lady said there is no truck available! Be careful they don’t care to arrange in advance.

I reseved a truck here and these irresponsible people are not even open and nobody is answering me. This kind of inconvenience and irresponsibility is impossible. Their phone number is even wrong.

For Hitch Installation: Got the work done in time all good but both the mechanic and front desk were not customer friendly. If they don't like servicing customers or answering questions, change a job. My experience off lately with all Uhaul is that staff is hardly interested in giving good customer experience. If only they are taking note of it.

Terrible store, fake good reviews. Closed in the middle of the day.
