I made a truck reservation by phone with a customer service representative a couple of days in advance, but unfortunately, upon arrival at the pickup location, I was notified that I could not get the track even using mobile self pick up option.

Doesn't know how to treat good an inquiring customer over the phone. Voice is so intimidating.
How can you work or run a business like this?
