Reserved a truck for 8am mobile pick up. No keys in the truck. Location didn’t open until 9am. Had to wait for an hour for location to open. Once open, there was an instant line up of 4 people with only 1 attendant working. Lost over an hour of my time, and lost money in wages as I had to pay my workers to stand around for 1 hour because the truck wasn’t available when it said it would be on my reservation.

This location has gotten way better than they used to be. A lot more organized with reservations than they were before. The truck are well maintained compared to certain locations which I’ve been to before in the past. Another huge plus is the large paved parking lot compared to other locations that haven’t been paved on dusty gravel lots. Also the truck I had received was very clean compared to some u haul locations. Long story short good improvement.

They are robbers. They are charging me for things that I reported, So the app doesn't work. The vehicle was in a really bad condition, I reported and the staff knew it, now they are charging me, even thought I paid for their insurance. I'm sre their laziness made their service a really bad experience, UHAUL CLOSE THIS STORE

Got my bill and surprisingly to see the Movesafe coverage was added to my bill although when the guy helped me to check in, I have confirmed that I would just use my own insurance and he reminded me there would be a deductible and I said it's fine. Also, the mileage rate that I got charged was $1.75/km rather than $1.09 which was printed on my reservation paper. I just hate this sneaky overcharge and dishonest business.

There was a question about a charge on my invoice. I email them twice without a response. Apart from this unknown charge and unwilling to respond back to emails, the rental was fine.

Absolutely terrible experience at this location. Especially disappointed with the so-called manager Milan. There are many reasons you should not use this location but I won’t go too in to dept here. My main concern here is that my car got hit with a U-Haul truck and they do not want to take responsibility. Therefore, every person who comes to this location should inspect their own personal vehicle for damages prior to leaving the U-Haul store. I contacted U-Haul headquarters and they are going to deal with the issue directly with the store. I encourage everyone to stand up for themselves. When talking to Milan, he will lead you on a train of lies for no good reason.

Worst customer service ever, her name was Nattile she is so rude and doesn’t want to help at all.

Worst customer service I have experienced with UHaul. The attendant was on the phone with her mother and complaining about other clients to staff members, as customers are standing there trying to pick up / return their rentals. Another gentleman stepped in to tell her to not be so rude to the customers waiting patiently. One of the most unprofessional and awkward altercations I have had in a while.

Very ghetto service, gave us a smaller truck than what we booked for our move bc they didnt have our size day of.their trucks all have engine light warnings, need an oil change (and dont drive well bc of it), when we asked him for a diff truck and to give this 1 to someone else (bc of the engine light) he said "its not safe for me to give to someone else" he admitted its not safe to drive but forced us to take it.he also charged my card $240, probably to pocket and get those oil changes

Niaya was fast, friendly and efficient. My family and I appreciate her willingness to help during our busy stressful move. Rented the 26 or 27' truck, more than enough space and clean. This location is inside the Mississauga Flea Market. Thank you Niaya!

Rude guy, he doesn’t know how to talk with customers and he just cancelled the uhaul without giving any information to me.

This is by FAR the worst UHaul location in Canada. They are completely dismissive and I’ve placed 32 calls today and not gotten one answer. They are lazy, they take too many smoke breaks and are completely unmotivated. If I could give less than one star I would.

I would not recommend to go to this location. Impolite and dishonest person. Tryed to gouge my credit card.

I rented a pickup truck from this location. The truck wasn’t clean, not sensitized and smells really bad. Avoid this location.

Horrible service. My pickup was booked at 3: 30pm, I got here at 3: 15 and the shop was closed! Absolutely not reliable

Have been waiting for over 40 minutes even after booking. Avoid this location. Update after waiting in line - i got to known they don't have truck even after confirmed booking.

22/7/22 The truck rental was very good, the equipment was in very good condition and we agreed on any amendments to the terms. However the U-Haul exit procedure online (required to reduce exit fee) expects the user to pay for the rental at the end of the process. But the issue is that the vendor onsite already charged me for the rental - with adjustments to be paid later. I don't enjoy paying twice for the same service. Hence my rating.

Horrible. The app is terrible, during the “live” verification they didn’t even give me the code to open back of truck to get keys. When returning truck, nobody at location and app never recognized location even when location was enabled (also didn’t allow me to take pictures) just terrible. Never rent with these guys.

My contract should have included a dolly but they did not have any so they told us to go to another u-haul. While that would have been fine, they still charged us the $10 for no dolly. And of course, also charged the mileage we had to drive to get a dolly from a different location. Very disorganized.
Also, why even have a “no-contact” option on the app when we still have to go talk to the attendant at the front anyway to grab the keys?

The worst rental location ever.
I have rented from UHaul from various locations across US and Canada.
This is the most unprofessional and abusive location.
The person managing the place is not only rude but a downright cheat.
Drive an extra couple of miles is required but NEVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION.

This guy refused to give me truck that was reserved cause he had a friend he wanted to give it to.

I lost 5grand of business because of this location

I booked the truck a week ago and they don’t have it ready for me and they told me to get the truck from some other location. Avoid this place and get it from somewhere else even if you have to drive few extra miles.

The truck worked great and fit everything nicely, but we were there to pick it up at the time of pickup and had to wait around half an hour for someone to get there give us the truck.

Unprofessional, inconsiderate and a borderline scam. My father booked a truck here in person weeks prior to the scheduled day but when he arrived on-time he was told they had no trucks available (despite there appearing to be some). He was then told he had to drive to another location an additional 15km away (which would have totalled an extra 50km+ on the bill at the end of the day) to get a truck. Thankfully he managed to find an Enterprise location with an available truck to use the same day, otherwise we would have been screwed. Do yourself a favour and AVOID THIS PLACE. They don't care about your time or fulfilling their side of the agreement.

My booking was not available because I was late. There were no notice. The person at the counter managed to get me another vehicle else I should have been in deep trouble with my moving.

Rented many cars and trucks, this was byfar the worst experience ever. Stay far away from this crook!

BAD, BAD, BAD! UNPROFFESIONAL, UNORGANIZED AND VERY RUDE. CANCELED MY RESERVATION WITHOUT NOTICE. AVOID THIS PLACE THERE IS OTHER COMPANIES THAT ARE MUCH MORE RESPECTFUL!
