NEVER ever go to this place for Uahul. If I can rate 0, I will do it. Very unprofessional, impolite, and racist. Very bad customer service. The reception here is horrible.

I made reservations online, I get here and no one is here. They're still closed.they let me setup the time and date, and even told me a store is closed. On the line with customer service for an hour on hold. Useless company. How is uhauk so bad. I'm utterly shocked and disgusted. Have an elevator and movers helping paid and now can't move

A little hard finding the actual shop in the plaza but moving vehicles were well spaced out and overall pretty smooth experience. Truck was clean and ran well.

Cancelled my reservation without telling me.
Imagine someone tells you your reservation is cancelled on the day you are moving and you show up.

Fast easy pick up. Van was pretty new - 25,000km. Clean. Used after hours drop off. Since I was being charged per km, I was nervous they would not be honest and add km. Emailed me bill next day - was correct. Run out of a lighting store - only a small Uhaul sign in the window. When you book online, they give you the unit number.

Great service! The owner waited over an hour after closing to get us set up with a truck. It was much appreciated!

These guys are absolute cheat. Make sure you check your bill. Cost to rent truck around $19 per day if you return your truck after hours they charge $20 ok fair enough. But guess what you will be charged extra day of rental and insurance and they will go ahead and rent same truck to someone else next day. That is called double dipping and cheating. Called U-Haul customer service they agreed with me and forced them to return the money. Franchise manager decided to return part of it not all.

I would go extra km to go to a different location rather than dealing with these people.

The guy was so rude when we were picking up the car and the gas wasn't recorded correctly.
