My husband and I used a van around 1: 30 hr. Just to pick up a sofa bed.
We returned the van completely clean, but the woman included a $25 cleaning fee.
I'm sorry you didn't clean that van because it was squeaky clean.
We don't recommend this unit.

My experience was okay, and i've done the pre-signup so everything go kind of smooth.maybe it's because it's in the middle of day, my cargo van was avaiable.
I didn't try to call them, so i don't know if they would answer or not.
I'm satisfy with this experience, hope the next one will also be okay.

Rented their cargo van 4 times. Last time was on 25th Nov, 2022. Returned on Saturday night.
So far so good. Miss Sue is friendly.
Going to book another one this week for January 2023.

Been using them for 3 years. Solid rentals, superb customer service, and no unwanted charges. A+

Great place booking went smoothly, fast service clean location and vehicle. Inside they have a lot of supplies for moving.

I don’t think these guys really want your business. Left 2 voicemails and never returned my messages. Then went there the next day and even though on their website it says they are open, the office was closed with no sign whatsoever.

Worst customer service and they avoid answering their phone line. Avoid at all costs and find a different location.

Online orders do not work. They call you back and say that system works. Actually, it is broken. Do not trust their website

Great staff at this location. The only problem I faced was that I was looking for a U-Haul sign at the road. Turns out that the unit isn't actually called "U-Haul" but "The Moving Store". I drove around the intersection looking for the place only to find it by mistake. Better signage at the road would be better. Maybe a U-Haul sign would help people find it easier.

After all that, the staff were kind. It was a convenient interaction regarding renting and returning the truck.

There seem to be lots of good reviews of this place, but I cannot get them to pick up their phone, and they have no voicemail.

Dennis was very friendly, professional and efficient. He managed our timing expectations, acknowledged us upon entering the store, let us know he would help us as soon as he was done with the prior customer. He had a lot of paperwork and questions from the prior customer which he patiently and quickly answered. He explained everything accurately and efficiently when going through the procedure, ensured our dolly was right for the job we needed it for and showed us to a very well maintained vehicle that was excellent to drive.

Perfect, I would totally come back again next time I need a uhaul.

Booked a truck and rented two dollies and moving blankets. When i got there the lady said the dollies and blankets weren’t available. So she voided them from my prepaid invoice and then told me i could rent HER dollies and buy HER moving blankets at nearly double the Uhaul price. Very shady.

Been waiting for 30 mins for approval to drive, no response yet. Because of this the Ikea store will close.

Reserved a truck online a full 24 hours before. They didnt have it. Lady was apologetic about it but the dude acted like we had done something wrong. Messed up my whole plan for the day but fortunately wasnt something urgent. Wouldnt use this place again.

I recently had a Uhaul truck rented. The headlight didnt work and the store didn't have a replacement. Also unnecessarily charged me $30 gas fee when I had actually filled in the gas. I have lost all the faith in uhaul from here onwards

Called this location to reserve a Uhaul truck. They didn’t have what I needed but the person on the phone automatically offered to search for one close by. Not only did he locate one but he also reserved it for me as well. Professional, polite and most of all extremely helpful!

Excellent service, highly recommended. Peter is very helpful, honest and simply a very nice guy.
