My nails look beautiful! They have a big range of colours, I enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be coming back.

Sharon is talented! She is very attentive to details and amazing with her work! I enjoyed the process and the end result, love my eyelashes. I will definitely come back to her, highly recommend 

I went there 3 days ago because one of my toe nails was hurting pinching my skin. The nail specialist didn’t clean it up properly and seemed so stressed and didn’t know how to do it. When they were doing my nails the lady kept on ignoring my questions. They lack manners and customer service. My manicure and pedicure was not even properly done. Won’t recommend this place.

I usually don’t write reviews but I came here last weekend and got a bio gel refill on my natural nails. The lady there put so much gel on top and didn’t file it down properly (even after I had asked) not to mention none of my nails are even, they are all different lengths. It looks so ridiculous and bulky. It’s very upsetting when you’re spending a lot of money and you’re not getting the quality you’re paying for. My feed back for some of the employees here is to acknowledge and keep in mind that customers are paying high prices so we shouldn’t feel like a burden when asking you to adjust or fix something we don’t like because that’s what we’re paying for. I spent over $130 here and I will not be going back. I hope the employees here will take what I said into consideration…I read some of the reviews and I feel like a lot of previous customers have felt the same. Anyways, all the best to you guys in the future! God bless.

I have been going here for quite a few years now. And wanted to say that they are the best! Always friendly and go out of their way to take care of you.

They take walk ins and also keep reservations to the time booked.

Pedicure basin was not clean. Technician was not careful, she cut me pretty deeply by accident. Nails cut too short and buffed too hard, very uneven and bumpy result. Would not recommend for mani-pedi experience.

THE service was ok excepedt, the nail shadow started to come out a little on two fingers. I think it should be left a little longer. And it is always better to offer payment after the service has been performed.

Tiffany shouldn’t even be a staff over there, how will you snatch a debit card from a customer during the payment process without prior communication? Wish u could give 0 star and yes she left a review with details of what happened but the salon took it down.

I’ve been coming here for years. They always do a good job. They’re so accommodating and have stayed late for me before. Tiffany usually does my gel nails and she’s always amazing! Sindy is part time and I had the pleasure of meeting her yesterday. She did my gel nails for the first time and did not disappoint! She is wonderful.
I’m in love with my nails. My mom also comes here to get pedicures and she loves it. We will continue to come here.

Staffs are so rude, then pretend like they don’t speak English when they understand you.

The reply is not true as it’s not my first time here and this lady speaks fluent English so please.

Moreover my friend also came in yesterday for a removal/soak off and Tiffany snatched her debit card from her during the payment process without prior communication or anything, she just suddenly snatched her card from her out of nowhere and another customer was even there watching the whole drama unfold. My friend left a review with a detailed explanation but the salon took it down. Sad thing it happened to an easy going person like my friend, I wish it was someone else.

I’ve been coming here years, not had an issue. Yesterday I got my nails done and once I got home I noticed some nails were sticky, so the top coat hadn’t cured properly, so I went back to have the top coat reapplied and was met with attitude and eye rolls and could tell the staff were talking about me because of the English words mixed into their conversation. Was very upsetting having been a loyal customer for years and never having issue

Love this place both for my nails and lashes.
They're detail oriented, friendly, prices are fair, and the place is super clean and it's beautiful inside. Great location if you're using the subway (Pape station)
