Best experience with dentist and his staff. Receptionist is always very accommodating and works with my busy schedule. Dental assistant is kind and friendly. What I like is from the moment I walk through the door, I am made to feel comfortable and safe because I am always anxious to see the dentist. Dr. J is fantastic. My family and I have been to previous dentists that didn’t really care about our overall oral health and even to the point of causing damage so it was really hard to trust other dentist. But this group of people at u smile eliminated all my fears and worries. Dr. J is knowledgeable and he explains to you all the results and what the next steps are to having a healthier mouth. I was very nervous about getting an extraction and filings because of the pain associated with it but he did an awesome job that I even forgot by the afternoon that I had work done at the dentist. I know that I have found the best dentist for my family. Will definitely keep coming back and recommending Dr. J and his team to everyone I know!

Dr Jay is an amazing dentist. He truly cares about his patients and always goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and pain free. He explains everything to you in full details and goes over the risks and concerns as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Jay as the man to see if you're afraid of needles. He is so gentle at times I can hardly tell he is poking me with a needle at all. I can't forget to mention how great he is at what he does He made my teeth look so good. I can't stop smiling.

I’ve been coming to this dentist office for probably over 15 years and I’ve seen at least 3 different owners. Dr. Jay is by far the best dentist I’ve ever experienced. He’s kind, gentle, and always checking in to make sure you are comfortable. I highly recommend this dental office. Best in Orangeville by far!
