Glad I brought my cell there to have the battery changed. The battery was swelling in my Google Pixel 6 and they ordered a battery and received it when they said they would. People need their phones and the staff at CPR repaired mine fast even though a battery needed to be ordered. My son has the same issue and will be getting his repaired. I will definitely recommend CPR to who ever needs a hookup. Price is cheaper than others for sure. Thanks to the staff, greatly appreciated.

Had an older phone and didn't have time to fix the screen myself. Went in for a quote - Total rip off and not worth it for an older phone - they charge way too much - i can buy the same refurbished phone for the price of repairing a broken screen.

Great service-cracked screen repair. They ordered the glass for my moto G pure phone, it was in within 2 days. Once the glass was in, it “set” overnight and I picked it up the next day. Total time for repair including wait time was 4 days but was only without the phone for less than 24hrs. Fair price & good service.

My daughter broke her phone the night before she was so upset and I didn’t have the option to buy one brand new. I had two older phones and messaged them hoping to hear back with an estimate soon. Before I even closed my phone I heard back and they did their best to give me a quote and a few hours later I had her phone fixed and looking brand new at a great price and my daughter is so happy to have her phone back. Went to the shop the other day. Cell phone would not charge. The store representative looked it over and gave it a good cleaning. Now it is as good as new. Asked how much and was told have a good day. Would not even accept a coffee. If I have any issue in the future I know where to go. Appreciate the excellent customer service

Today, I had shown up just as he was closing the store and leaving. But he was so obliging and addressed my concerns, being was a minor issue. The tablet belonged to my wife, and his willingness to address was a great help. Very grateful

I called uBreakiFix and spoke to Matt about a possible issue with my daughters iPAD. Great phone customer service and explaining what range of impact depending on severity. I had smashed the screen on Mt new samsung s22 ultra. The good folks at Best Buy recommended UBreakiFix and I'm so glad they did. Service was fast and professional. I had my phone back in perfect working order within 2 hours.

Fixed my phone quickly and accurately. Great service, even dropped it off for me after hours because it took longer than expected.

Only issue being that my case was not with my phone when I got it back. They couldn't find it when I went back.

Nice clean store. Attentive staff that shows their willingness to understand your problem and also ensures you understand the work they are going to do. They showed me the part that was going to be replaced on my phone and explained it’s purpose.

I also like that they are affiliated with a well respected Hamilton tech repair shop called Wireless Whiz. I swear by them but living in St. Catherines now, i also swear by UbreakIfix!

Second time in this store. Friendly and fast service with free diagnostics both times. So nice to their expertise is available and not have to drop a fortune on a new phone!

So far I have had to visit this store a few times for minor things and one major. Nothing but excellent service from these folks. I literally use an Iphone7+ over all the years I have only cracked it once (they fixed it no problem). I have had issues in the past with the charging port, bottom speakers and ear speaker and every time they were able to fix it. I send all my friends there.

Been here twice now and have had nothing but good experiences! 6 hour turnaround on diagnosing and fixing my fan connector, along with the nicest staff I've seen at repair shops around the area. Cured my anxiety regarding potentially losing a school laptop over something trivial, thank you UBreakIFix!

I accidentally drizzled maple syrup on my keyboard… Ubreakifix offered to try and resolve by using minor techniques but when they determined the damage was more severe they provided great feedback and a recommendation to replace keyboard. I proceeded and they were very prompt and professional especially over Christmas holidays and during COVID craziness. Thankyou Ubreakifix!

Walked in with a dead'ish battery in my Apple laptop. Best Buy where I purchased the item said they would have to send it away for repair "probably not a good idea right now" & would cost around 5 or 6 hundred dollars. The tip of my charger for my iPad broke off in the charger port. It took them about 15 minutes to fix it. The technician was nice enough not to charge me for doing the repair. Bought a new charger from them and will definitely give them more business in the futur

Went today to have a screen replacement done on my cellphone. Told me the price up front and how long it would take. The screen was replaced in 2 hours and the phone is working great again.

Charging port wasn't working on my Sony Xperia, pricing was fair and quoted up front.
I'm a truck driver and can't do without my phone. They worked around my schedule and fixed it quickly on my down time. Highly recommended them and glad they are in our neighborhood!

Left my PS4 on a saturday to fix its overheating problem, they took my info and said it would be ready within 3 to 4 days. On tuesday eod someone called me saying it was all fixed and he just needed to a final testing, but i could come in on Thursday morning to pick it up, since Wednesday was a holiday. Came in thu morning, they didnt have my info, they couldn't find my playstation in the back and i was told to go back home and they'd call me when ready. They said as a courtesy they would drop my ps4 off at my place. At 1pm i called again, and once more they told me ps4 would be dropped off at 7, when they close the store. It's 8pm now as I write this review. Basically I just wasted my morning going there, they made me wait the entire day for my ps4, they lost my info in their system and promised to deliver it at 7 but still are making me wait more. Terrible customer service, Never more.

These guys are great. TELUS refused to fix my phone, and only offered to downgrade my phone for the cost of $250! These guys fixed it for $50.

Went to my cell phone providers store in St. Catharines because I was camping close by, to show them that my phone will not charge, they looked at it and said they cannot help me but I should have a warranty, yet to find out about a warranty, I would have to drive home to Welland, find the original reciept then drive to Fairview Mall JUST to see if there was an actual warranty. As I was leaving the Fourth Ave Parkinglot to do the hour plus of driving, I noticed a new store called UBreakIFix, walked in there showed the two guys at counter my phone, the one guy took some tweasers and compressed air and in about two minutes my phone was fixed! And they did not charge me a thing!
This was over a month ago now and my phone is still working and charging as normal.
Friendly guys, honest service! I will be back for all future cellphone repair issues.
