Brought my phone in with a broken screen and they were able to use a temp screen to access and transfer my files to a new phone.
Amrit was great! Very knowledgeable, friendly and experienced staff.

The most amazing customer service! I visited for the Koodo Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal. I showed up after work 40mins before they closed and there was a bit of a line. I wasn't in a rush so didn't mind waiting. But as they helped customer after customer, it was apparent that their phone communications with head office required to finalize new activations was very delayed due to the heavy call volumes from other dealers. As we reached an hour after their official closing and they were still helping other customers, I got nervous that I might be told 'sorry it's too late and we can't do any more new activiations'. Instead, this amazing team stayed over 2hrs after their store officially closed to make sure everyone (me being the last person) was taken care of. While I felt bad for them staying so late beyond the store's closing, they continued to be super helpful with an amazingly kind and helpful attitude often apologizing for the delay. In the end, it took longer than I would have liked - but I anticipated a wait going in to (any) store during black Friday sales. I was blown away with their patience, friendly attitude and overall customer service. I felt bad for them staying, and they felt bad for me waiting for so long. I got a great bargain on my plan with discounted accessories and couldn't have been happier with their service. 10/10 would come back again. The manager and his staff are awesome, amazing, and some of the most patient and positive people I've come across in retail in an loong time:) Thank you!

Had my laptop fixed and cleaned to such a pristine state, I almost couldn’t recognize it was my laptop at first. It took a little longer than hoped, but it was worth it, and I saved money with them too which made me happy!

They fixed my screen but the seal was done poorly my phone has a small gap all around venerable to water damage, asked them to fix it they said it's the best they could do I should've just went to samsung they charged the same anyways

For such a ubiquitous outfit they're pretty useless. I've gone there several times and once they told me to buy a new phone, second time they didn't have the parts.

They fixed by laptop within a couple hours and even gave me a new charger cord! Very professional and friendly service.

This staff knows what they are doing. Had to find a place that would replace my daughters XR screen and not break the bank. Jonathan at uBreakiFix was knowledgeable and fair in the pricing. If you have a phone that need repair I highly reccomend this location.

Did not identify all the problems and I feel scammed. We mentioned the problem, and were brushed off by the technician. Payed almost $150 to receive back a broken device, and my device was actually MORE broken when I received it back. The disk drive was broken when I got it back, which worked before. Honestly terrible.

What a terrible experience at this place. My laptop was making noise and I brought it in thinking that they could repair.

They charged me $90 to clean fan and then an additional $250 to repair the fan as the TECH said was the problem.

Problem still persists.

When my laptop was returned it was missing screws from the back chassis and it had scratches on the cover. Which they denied doing…JOKE

Would not recommend and suggest you stay far away if you value your laptop.

Update: editing review. Owner is trying their best to help me now. Owner was also apologetic. Now that's customer service.

Incompetent staff along with incompetent technicians. I clearly explained the issue to the East Indian woman at the front. It's an IMEI issue with an iphone XS. She clearly indicated that it's 24 hrs diagnosis and that I would have to bring it in. I bring it to the store. Again I clearly explain the issue. She starts getting condescending to me acting as if I have no idea how iphones work. She takes the phone to the technician and the technician says the phone isn't repairable and we can't activate it. Smh. I know that the phone can't activate. It's due to a hardware issue that I'm asking to get repaired. Awful customer service. Will never get anything repaired at this franchise again. These technicians forget there are people out there who are just as or even more technical than them. UPDATE: owner contacted me to clear up situation. This is the customer service I was expecting and is looking into seeing if they can fix it and will give me a quote. This is all I asked for

Dropped off my iPhone to replace the camera lens.

Camera lens was repaired, but now the flash light doesn’t work. Inexperienced people work here. Terrible service, cost me more money to fix their repair. JOKE stay away

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Very unprofessional and poor quality of work, spend the extra money and go to a more qualified place. Had to get it fixed 3 times from here because they didn’t do a good initial job and each time they made an excuse of why it wasn’t covered under warranty.

I went to this place about 3pm, the store was closing at 5. There were about 8 phones to manage that day, but the gentleman said they would have it ready that day. He stayed past closing time to ensure I recieved my phone & took necessary steps to ensure the quality of his work was up to standard. I have had no issues so far, screen works flawlessly & this experience has reinforced my trust in this company.

Best experience I've ever had. Joe was able to fix my charging issue and showed me what was wrong. The whole experience felt honest and safe. If I could give 6 stars I would. Definitely coming back for any sort of samsung repair. Truly appreciate everything that they tried to do to fix my issue. Phone is able to finally charge after some frustrating days without being able to. Very professional and could tell the workers there care about doing a good job. Thanks again!

I have a pixel 3 that's a bit old and the speakers are starting to sound muffled they recommended I try giving a complimentary cleaning which they did clean it but problem was still there. Not many places offer free cleanups and troubleshooting UBREAKIFIX TRIED.only reason I did not fix it is because I'm getting a new phone within a month thanks again for your help

Came in this morning thinking I needed a new charging port for my iPhone, but once the guy took my phone to the back he was able to clean my port for in less than five minutes. Thank you for saving me hundreds!

Service was good. Took a little longer than they expect because it was busy, so they hooked me up with a discount. Phone works great so far.

I was trying to replace the battery in my Samsung watch but was having issues removing one of the screws on the watch. I called many places and visited shops to see if they could help me out. They weren't able to. I finally visited uBreakiFix on weston and highway 7 and the gentleman at the counter was super friendly and listened to my dilemma. He took my watch and was able to remove that screw. I offered payment for his help which he refused and that left a great impression on me. I for sure will give this shop my future business. My phone hasn't been charging properly for over a month. Today I brought it into uBreakiFix in Woodbridge. The gentlemen at the front counter was very personable and professional. He diagnosed the problem almost instantly, he took my phone into the back and within 10 minutes I was out door and happy to have my phone charging at normal speeds again. I wish I brought it in much much sooner. I will certainly be a returning customer.

Do not go here! Took my cracked screen in for a repair, the gentleman fixing my screen (simple fix) ended up BREAKING my phone. I picked up my phone, as I drove off i noticed it would not stay on. Went back to the store, they said they’ll fix it free of charge (like i was suppose to pay for something they broke?). They then informed me it would be 5-7 days before I could get my phone back. They also did not give out loaner phones. I work off my phone so had no option but to go out and buy a brand new iphone! When i picked up my phone a week later, the district manager was there. I told him its only appropriate for them to re-fund the original 100$ i paid for the screen repair since they ended up costing me $900 (new phone price) at the end, and the man blankly said they dont do that. Oh but they DO break your phone.causing you to spend 900$ on a new one, but sorry, wont refund the 100$.

Very great service. You can tell this is professionally run unlike many other phone repair services out there.
First they do a full diagnostic of your phone including cameras, face scanner and calling. This way they know the full extent of the damage and it protects both you and the merchant from claims outside of the scope of the repair. Once they isolated my problem to just the screen, the repair was done ahead of schedule (Same day pickup 1-1/2 hours was quoted, they were done in around 45 mins). They even installed the screen protector I purchased so that I wouldn’t have any other accidents even while walking out of the store. There’s also a lot of stuff to do in the area while getting your phone serviced (Movie theatre, shopping, restaurants.) The pricing is competitive but not the cheapest around.

Top notch service. I hope I don’t have to use a phone repair service again, but if I do I would do back!

They should change their name to “ubreakibreakmore”. I took my phone for a screen repair, they broke the phone. Fixed it at the end but no refund on my 100$ screen fix charge.

Great service and friendly staff! The staff was very informative on my options and the repair on my phone was quick and easy.

This was my second time getting a repair done at this location. I was not very pleased with this experience. I do not feel like the tech was very transparent about the process nor fair revolving the cost to get the necessary repairs done to get the device working again. I will not be returning as a result.

Replaced my smart phone (Pixel XL) battery. Staff were courteous and the repair was done quickly.
