Pushkar ran a diagnostic test on my phone which took a lot of time on their end but they didn't charge me. He didn't force me fix the phone after they did the diagnostic. He is very helpful, accommodating, and reasonable. I'm super happy with their final work and I've been recommending them to anyone I know.

I came on Tuesday, 3: 30 PM, it was closed with no notice or explanation. Tuesdays their working hours are from 10: 00 AM to 7: 00 PM. Called the phone number no one answered.

Extremely happy, I came here after the authorized repair store for my phone refused to even look at it and thought I was going to have to buy a new phone less than 2 years after purchasing mine. The person working here knew exactly what to do, fixed my phone right away and saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation. . Needed a new battery for my iPhone X, phoned the shop, made an appointment for the following day, dropped off the phone and was told to come back in an hour. An hour later the phone was ready for pick-up. Both gentlemen at the shop are very courteous and knowledgeable.thank you!

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE FOR LAPTOP REPAIRS"

I had a terrible experience from this place since starting as they will promised us something initially and then once they have the laptop you will get stuck.
In my case Amandeep (younger brother) went to this store to get his laptop repaired Dell xps 15 7590 as it stopped turning on. They took 1 week initially to diagnose the issue at shop then they said we have to send the laptop to lab which no one knows where it is even when we asked and will take 2 weeks to get it fixed. After the laptop was sent there was tracking number provided to check the progress but no info was clearly described as if it reached the lab etc. After calling ubreakifix aurora location few times they said you will have to wait for 2 weeks to get an update which is ridiculous and the store operator was upset everytime we called for an update after 2-3 days. After 1.5 weeks they called and said chip on motherboard needs to be replaced and it will take 2 months for them to receive it back and 1 week or more to replace.
At this point we needed our laptop back and we asked for it which again took 3-4 days to receive it back. When we got the laptop charger was missing and guy at store is like did you gave us the charger and he bought 4 different chargers to figure out which one is ours.
We took our laptop to another repair shop and he opened the Laptop and showed us at the same time that some parts are missing including the chip they were asking to be replaced from motherboard and few spots ram slots etc are fried.
I filed a inquiry on this but haven't received a response. My question to the owner of this place is if you can't repair the Laptop which was $1800 worth don't make it worse in what condition it was. I came to this shop as it has it's name but I think it is just known for cellphone repair not Laptops. Who is paying for the damage now what is done?

This place is brutal. Took my sons laptop June 21 of 2021. Kept telling us waiting for parts due to covid. Went in July 2022 and it had never even left the store. Tried to tell me they couldn't fix on one day, 2nd day they had to charge it and 3rd day come get it it's fixed. Last week a call said we can't fix it come get it.
New owners I believe but do urself a favor find a different location

Very knowledgeable, knew exactly what the issue was before even opening the phone. Also took the time to explain everything to me. The broken part was replaced within a couple of hours and the issue is resolved. Great service.

After dropping a weight from the gym on my iPhone 12 pro max I took it to Apple and they refused to fix it and recover my data. I went to ubreakifix and they understood what I wanted and helped me right away. They took off my screen and replaced it with a temporary one so I could recover my data. They helped me when Apple refused to. Definitely recommend this place to anyone with problems with their phone.

Problem with curved screens on some newer models of Smartphones is that there are no protective covers available to properly protect the screen in case of an accidental drop.
Ubreakifix of Aurora replaced the broken curved display on my Sony Xperia XZ Premium and I am very happy with their service. This is a fairly expensive phone and I was worried that it could not be fixed. The service took a bit of time but it was well worth it.

This morning I dropped my phone and the screen was completely shattered. I was on my way to go buy a new phone when I drove by uBreakiFix by fluke and decided to go in to see if they could fix my screen. And boy am I glad I did! They did a fantastic job replacing my screen and I also got the tempered glass screen for extra protection. All this was done within the hour and a lot cheaper than if I had gone to the Apple Store or if I had bought a new phone. I would definitely recommend this store! Very friendly and great customer service!
