Awesome place to take my phone. Since the place itself was inviting and sparkling clean, the front line workers were welcoming and super knowledgeable, the repair fast & perfect right on time, I had to find one negative detail. The red carpet was obviously out for cleaning and hopefully was back in place after our visit, but we received red carpet service anyways.

Great service as always. Not my first time here, and likely not my last. (I break stuff)

If you book an appointment, follow up with a phone call. They were switching over their reservation system and it didn't let the store know. It cost me an extra trip. BTW they changed the name.

I smashed my phone in a car door. The screen shattered and the bottom half of the phone was bent, meaning that I was unable to enter my password to recover my data. I went into uBreakiFix (without an appointment) feeling totally hopeless. Within an hour, the phone was returned to me looking and working as good as new. I'm so grateful and would recommend this location to anyone.

Came to uBreakifix Cumberland when juice was spilled on our laptop keyboard. Junan and staff were amazing finding a replacement keyboard and ensuring there was no corrosion. They kept me in the loop when the original keyboard ordered was not available and immediately gave me 2 different solutions. Very professional. Highly recommend this shop!

Just walked in, didn't even need an appointment. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the repair was done in a couple of hours despite the short notice. A bit pricey, but not any different from Samsung's quotes, and I'm happy with how quick, easy, and painless it was.

If I could zero stars I would. I went in to get a quote for my battery. I left with my computer completely wiped. They erased everything on my harddrive. I am in disbelief this has happened. The attempt to retrieve the files was poor and the manager was extremely rude regarding the Incident. This is 100% their fault and I would steer clear of this place. I now have to attempt to retrieve any data at my own cost as they would not provide any support for their mistake. No accountability at all. I asked for someone to give me information about recovery services and they wouldn’t even bother to help me. Spoke to a very rude guy named Jesse who said things happen and that all they could do was say sorry.

Very fast and reliable service. I appreciated their transparency in getting a smashed iWatch face repaired from drop off, review of damage prior to repair being carried out and pick up. My new go to place on my Apple products - hopefully it won’t be too often.

I recently cracked the screen on my Pixel 6 Pro. Took it in to get replaced here after reading the many glowing reviews online and can definitely see why you guys have so many stars!

It took less than an hour for the replacement to be done and the workmanship is excellent. The phone looks good as new. Also got a screen protector so hopefully I don't have to come back!

Went here for a phone repair and they diagnosed a different problem during repairs. The actual fix was cheaper than what was originally diagnosed. All I can say is good quality and honest service.

This is absolutely the best place I've ever been! I had "broken" charger port and front speaker. It would cost me 110+tax to replace the charging port (still cheaper than in other stores). I just walked in and the technician just spent half an hour with me cleaning my port and speaker from dust. He did not charge a single penny! Everything looks and works as new, I will be coming again and telling all my friends to go there for any repairs from now on. It is clear they put customer first and will NOT charge premium when they feel the customer "will pay anyway". 100/10 recommend everyone!
