Came in because my iPhone wasn’t charging. The gentleman told me to wait 5 minutes so he can see what is wrong, he came back with it working and all it needed was to be cleaned. He didn’t charge me anything. 5/5 service I will 100% go back if I have any issues.

The staff was super helpful and kind. Helped educate me what the problem was, and didn’t even end up charging me for the quick fix. Smart staff to help you with repairs!

This is the second location I have been to for uBreakiFix for my phone, different issues each time. This location especially was super quick and super kind. Reasonably priced as well.

Avoid and just go somewhere else. Got my screen fixed, screen started to lift up after 4months. Took it back for 4hrs.after 2 mins the screen popped up again. Glue wasn't applied. Don't waste your time here. You break it, you buy new.

Came for a phone cleaning/charging problem and I was out within 5 minutes, these guys are the best! Highly recommend!

My pixel 4 phone was having issues. They told me that the battery was expanding and that was causing the issues. They ordered the battery, installed it, all was was good. Thx for an excellent and efficient repair.

Amazing service. My phone had an issue with the earpiece speaker, so when I put my phone up to my ear to listen during a phone call, I couldn’t hear much. Apple quoted me $400 for the fix and at least 3 week turnover. The guy at the store fixed my issue within 10 minutes. Amazing.

I booked an appt with this location. Had an appt in less than 12 hrs. Vish was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Brought in my Samsung s21+ dead LCD screen and within 2hrs I had my phone back. Cost was reasonable. Before going to uBreakiFix, I visited a Samsung store. They had no parts available and no idea when they would be in. Glad I came here. Will definitely recommend to others. Thank you! Btw- I'm still waiting to hear from Samsung.

These guys are great at customer service. I had 2 i phones with charging problems, they checked them for free and turned out to be phones just needed to be cleaned.

They did not charge me for anything and now I am able to use both of them. I would definitely suggest this place as they look they know what they are doing very well.

Today was my third time (could be more) that I’ve gone to UBREAKIFIX and each and every time they are absolutely stellar. They’re always so helpful. I’ve had screen changes and battery changes and at all times their employees have been super understanding and have solved each problem that I’ve had. So thankful for this place! It’s saved me sooo much money and takes all the stress out of breaking my phone because I know I can get help here!

I brought in a phone that wasn't charging properly and a nintendo switch that wasn't connecting to the tv. They fixed the phone and it works great! They didn't find anything wrong with the switch, but suggested some options and then refused to take any money for the tests they ran on it. Would definitely recommend.

I had some phone issues recently with may Samsung S7 and Samsung S20. I had the screen of the S7 replaced and Mike was very professional. The Samsung S20 was unrepairable due to a motherboard issue. Vaish was very thorough when he took over my phone to investigate the issue. Although it was unrepairable, he was professional and showed empathy. I subsequently did contact Samsung directly and they sorted out my phone. Thank you to both these guys for your courteous and professional service. Much appreciated!

Excellent service provided by very kind and professional team. I was served by Mr Farid who highly impressed me with his knowledge by detecting my smartphone problem immediately and repair it to my full satisfaction. I highly recommend the place.

They were able to provide a new keyword and trackpad for $300. And it’s working! But on the downside of things, the keyboard feels loose to type. Also, they did not fulfill their promise of doing the back up and to reset my laptop. I’m still stuck in the older MAC OS and no way of installing the latest update. So I would give them a 3 Star rating

Was told it would take an hour or so to fix but he was able to fix it. I definitely will be attending here for any of my needs even though it's 2 hours away.
Fricking amazing.

After a cycling accident, my brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra screen was destroyed when I fell on it while strapped into my arm band. I called my cellular provider who advised to see if I could fix the phone (despite how bad it looked) or I would be stuck paying the damaged phone off for the next 2 years of my contract. I was not sure where to go as I have never needed a cell phone repair before, but chose uBreakiFix because its name was as down to Earth as I am! I was MORE than impressed! The process was simple, I received updates by email and text and was not charged one cent over the estimate provided on the day I brought the phone in. After a week (mostly waiting for the phone parts to arrive) my phone is fixed, appears to be in perfect condition and, since uBreakiFix is an authorized Samsung service centre, my phone is still under the original warranty. In addition, I have a 6 month warranty on repairs directly with uBreakiFix! Let's face it, I hope I NEVER need their services again, but if I have another phone accident (knock on wood), I plan to go directly to uBreakiFix!

The best repair guys! They fixed the issue with Samsung device. Farid was a great help. My daughter recommended me and glad she did.

They tried to diagnose the problem of my laptop constantly crashing but the whole day it was there it didn't crash even once. Because diagnosis is a free service and you only pay if you have them repair your computer, they charged me nothing. Michael the technician tried very hard to find out why the laptop was crashing but it didn't while there. Thank you Michael for your efforts. They also fix cellphones. I don't know how much repairs would have cost so I can't comment on that. It's worth taking in your malfunctioning or damaged device to be diagnosed.

I when in to fix my older Note 4 to the Etobicoke location a few weeks ago. I figured was a bad charging port as the phone would not charge and ready to paid for a fix. But it was lint in the charging port. It was cleaned at no cost to me. They could have charged me for the new charging port. I would have not know the difference. Honesty and good people working there. Would go back if needed again.

Had to visit for fixing 2 major issues for iPad during a pandemic.
Despite repair rates seem higher than others, you'll find this place offers a genuine satisfaction service worth a spending. Staffs are professional and informative. I would come here again.

My 1-year-old iMac was running so slowly it was barely useable and all Apple said they could do was accept it as a trade in toward the purchase of a new model. I contacted uBreakiFix for a second opinion and they replaced the hard drive and had me back better than ever in less than a week. Totally worth the time and money, especially for a nearly new computer!

I took my xbox here when it started freezing constantly. The techs did thorough testing which included taking it apart and putting it back together. They didn't find anything wrong, but my xbox is working fine now (I think something was loose) and didn't charge me. The staff is excellent and the store was extremely clean. I will 100% be taking all my electronics there for repair.

Spilled water on my Macbook Air 13" 2019 trackpad. My sister suggested me to try out this place as I've had bad luck in the past. It took a week and a half to repair but it has now been over a month since I got it back. My laptop is working perfectly and I am so happy I went to them. I brought several phones so far to this location for repair.
These guys communicate clearly what could be possible outcomes of the diagnostics process and which repairs would make financial sense and which ones wouldn't. I have never had a feeling of anyone in the store trying to upsell me. Repairs were always done within the eatimated time frame.
I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to extend their phone's life and I hope they keep the same approach towards their customers in the years to come.

Lenovo X220 seems overly hot. Took laptop to Mississauga store to have checked and hard drive upgraded. All completed within 24 hours and at a very reasonable price. Thanks guys.

I took my iPhone XS there to get fixed because of water damage they sorta fixed it now my screen doesn’t work proper and it glitches out

As a teacher and as a father of three boys, I have used uBreakiFix many times. These are the pros. I don’t know how anyone else stays in business when these technicians take such good care of their customers at these kind of reasonable prices.

I had an issue with my charge port for my iPhone 6. Originally called the apple store and they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to repair it. That’s when I called uBreakiFix. I spoke with the guys who worked here and I was given a very reasonable quote. I came into the store and met with Andrew. Turns out I didn’t need to replace my charge port. He fixed it right on the spot without any charge. Thank you Andrew and the guys at uBreakiFix, you guys are amazing!

Highly recommend the Etobicoke Creek location - Pier is so knowledgable and did an excellent job repairing my iPhone 6s screen. He was transparent throughout and fixed other glitches I had along the way. It feels like I have a brand new phone! I will never get my phone repaired from anywhere else - Pier is the man - super friendly, excellent customer service, very transparent and extremely knowelegeable in the work that he does. I found the Mississauga store through a search to solve a major issue.

The staff went beyond expectations to fix my wife’s broken phone. I was so very impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, customer service and technical skill. They went out of their way to locate and pick up a hard to find part. The repair itself was literally “good as new”. The costs quoted were fair and no surprises. Excellent quality, Excellent Service. I highly recommend and I will be a repeat customer.

After 20 years of using computers I found the best place to get my computers fixed and maintained. The service at ubreakifix was superb. Both at the customer support and the technical level. They informed me that they could perform a diagnostic check on the phone free of charge and that would determine what is wrong and how to proceed. They removed the screen and battery and it fixed my problem! They saved me my time, and money by going to them first instead of just buying a new phone (this one isn't that old.) Thank you again!
