Amazing team the manager and his family have been assisting me over the last 11 years before when they were fix my pod best service recommend 10/10!

Terrible. Not the same as ubreak. Speaking of which they broke my battery case offered no rebates and wanted to charge $130 plus new screen saver. Told them I’m a cancer patient going back to hospital and needed it fixed sooner than later. No care or empathy. Never go there again

Jason, their tech, is very efficient, took my PS5 in one day, he diagnosed and figure out the issues in one day and i got it back home a day later. Took him two days to work his magic, if you need something fixed or looked that, these folks and Jason are the ones to take your breaks in to be fixed

Stopped in as my charging port wasnt working and I was worried it would need new parts. Techs explained how it might just be dirt. Had me fixed up for free in 5 mins. Great service and will definitely be happy to see the mobile unit soon

I took my phone here because my phone has been freezing and restarting, the people who helped me were absolutely amazing (one of them happened to be a person I went to elementary school with which was kinda cool lol.) They tried everything they could to try to fix my phone but concluded that it may be a motherboard issue as nothing was working to solve the problem. Though my phone was basically beyond repair (or would’ve costed me hundreds to fix) the people at uBreakiFix were wonderful and the customer service was great. After all the tests were done on my phone, I still got it back the day I dropped it off even though they were low on staff. I highly recommend going here for device services. The staff were friendly, fast and efficient.

My Xbox was in rough shape. It sounded like a broken dirt bike and ran like molasses. But uBreakiFix solved that problem! They got it back to brand new and with a year warranty at that. I even got to see pictures on what was worn out! Saved me lots of money in the end being able to avoid buying new equipment. Highly recommend having them tune and clean your system. They will for sure see me as a customer again!

Amazing and friendly service. My laptop needed a minor fix and they did it right there on the spot no charge. Highly recommend and will use them in future for any mobile or pc fixes.

Brutal customer service. Nothing like being told that they don't like fixing the device you brought in and that they should be charging three times as much so they won't have to deal with them. And that was from the owner working the front desk.rude and condescending. Take your devices else where.there are better places with ten times the customer service. Device wasn't even fixed properly.had to take it back and got nothing but Hassel from the owner. Not sure what the owner is talking about.this was not a warranty fix. Total fabrication on your answer.key point is rude owner and poor customer service. Go elsewhere

Had an ipad dropped off for a screen replacement. Damage was done during the screen replacement & the ipad needed to be shipped off to be fixed. Bill is already paid.
Its been OVER 20 days & have not heard back on any progress yet.
Worst customer service imaginable.
Regret dropping my device off for service with this company.

If you plan to have your devices fixed here, be prepared to be without them long term (especially if used for work purposes)

The cute guy at the counter helped me out! Wish I had caught his name. He was kind enough to take a look at my phone despite being only 30mins from closing time. When he realized it was a relatively simple fix, he stayed and fixed it then and there. My daily routines involve having a functional phone so am extremely grateful to them for being so timely, professional, and generous. Thank you, cute guy and thank you ubreakifix <3 - e
