Just wanted to send a review and Thank the Staff for looking after me today. I accidentally dropped my phone this morning making it unusable and was totally freaked out on how I was going to run my business today. I brought in my phone and had my new screen and battery replaced in 1 hour and I was back in business. As a business owner I hope my customers get treated as well as I was today. Thank You. Very honest and friendly. I took my Apple watch in for repair - cracked screen and water exposure. For a small charge Moe agreed to look at it and would let me know if it could be repaired. Moe called me back to say that given what the costs of repairs would be and the cost of a new watch I should probably just buy a new watch. Honesty was very appreciated! Second time at this store and both times (not for same item) work was done when promised and for a reasonable cost. Given how Apple products seem to be so "fragile" I would not hesitate to return again with my next broken Apple device.

Highly recommend Moe. Walked in requesting a new charging port for my phone as I thought that's what I needed. He was able to repair my device on the spot which was significantly less expensive. Trustworthy service and great to deal with.

The guy that helped me knew what the problem was just from me describing my issue, and fixed it in under 5 minutes. Extremely helpful and kind, will absolutely come back if I have any issues with my phone in future.

I have a middle aged Samsung Tab A8 tablet. It needed a new screen. Financially, the smart thing to do would have been to scrap it and get a newer machine. After explaining to them that I wanted to keep it going regardless, they acquired a new screen for me. Since opening the tablet sufficiently would be time consuming, and considering the age of the device, Moe suggested a battery replacement at the same time and I agreed. It turned out that the screen swap was even more difficult than I (or they) expected. They completed the work in good time, at their original price. I expect that putting in a new OEM battery at the same time will save me several hours of labour costs in 3 or 4 years. Many thanks to Moe and the team for keeping this machine alive. -mk

First was told they could do a factory reset on my computer, brought in next day, was told they wouldn't under any circumstances, finally agreed to try after I explained I was only going off what I was told by the technician who worked there, and who even quoted me a price, said it could take up to 4 hours to do but they would call me once done, 8 hours later I call just to check in, am told "the other guy" was supposed to call but they decided not to do it at all. I come to pick up the laptop and they say there will be no charge at all like it was a favor. Would not come again and will deliberately direct people away. If I could give zero stars, I would.

If I can give zero stars I would! I went to fix my laptop keyboard that wasn't working. When they told me it was fixed, I went and was charged ABOVE the quoted price. A few days later, the keyboard is not working again! I went back, and I can tell you it's zero customer service. They couldn't bother to even apologize for not fixing the laptop in the first place, they didn't offer a partial refund, nothing. Then they kept the laptop for ANOTHER 3 WEEKS to fix it! In total they kept the laptop with them for 1 month! Oh, and they returned the laptop very dirty inside out! Never going back there.

Called in advance to ensure they had the replacement part for my phone. Was told "Absolutely come on in, I'll have the tech waiting for you! "
Arrived to be told in fact no they do not have the part and if I wanted to wait for them to get the part it would be 2-4 weeks before they could get the part.
Thanks for wasting my gas! Life isn't expensive enough. Bad enough I have to spend over $400 to fix my phone, but now they feel the need to get me to spend money on gas to drive to their store for absolutely no reason.

Please avoid this place. Abdul in 1600 Merivale road was very rude to me, he was brash and very unhelpful. He raised his voice at me complaining to me of how he would not be able to get the work done the same day. He went ahead to justify raising his voice at me by saying there were lots of customers behind me and that he his the only one who was working. He didn't care for the poor customer service and I had to request my phone back. I wish I did not visit this place.

Good efficient intelligent service. Replacement involved sending computer to Toronto. Delivery was a day ahead of what was promised. Price was reasonable and final bill was as explained initially. This makes for a great customer exxerience.

Be aware: They broke my Pixel 3 while installing a new screen and battery at a cost to me of $293.78 in August 2021. Despite many calls, requests and promises, 14 months later they've done nothing to fix their problem, replace the device or even refund what I paid for the 'repair'. If they break rather than fix your phone, you are in trouble. They break? They don't fix.

What can I say about these group of employees. They offer support and services above and beyond the legal definitions of what their very job description says. I know this because if they cannot fix the device in house, or even if they can, they will explain your options in English for those who aren't as well-versed in the field of technology and electronics (personally, a fascinating field. I've been taking things apart for decades haha).

Went in with a charge port issue. Turns out it was just dirt build up and they cleaned it out with no charge. My port works perfectly now. Obviously care about the customers as well without charging for cleaning. Definitely will go there for my future issues with my cellphone

You can trust the folks here to get the job done. They are genuine and honest with their approach. They are also a Samsung authorized repair centre. You can't go wrong with them.

Staff is super kind and straight to the point, they aren’t trying to upsell or scam you. Been great experiences both times I’ve visited. They even cleaned my phone charger port for free!

I replaced my iPhone pro max screen for over 400$. I have no problem with their attitude, however, they were using the cheapest aftermarket TFT screen that you can find on AliExpress for 100$, not even an OLED screen, and then they even take your original screen for "reimbursement". What a joke! If you go to an apple store, the replacement only costs you the same amount ($429) and you get an official replacement with the original quality screen. I learned my lesson and will never come back again.

MacBook 16" 2019 repair story:
I had a 16" 2019 MBP that started kernel panicking. Apple Store provided some free diagnostics, however there was a problem with the memory, and we needed to replace the logic board, for 1k + tax. Apple Store Rideau told me it would be cheaper to find another place to fix it, because Apple does not have the equipment or trained staff to perform board level repairs.

I brought my MBP here, and they had a provided a 500$ quote to fix it from their certified Apple repair guy in Toronto. I could not give them my Apple ID password, as my Apple ID is associated with access to a top 100 app company I'm working for. About a few weeks later, they replaced the logic board, and the machine worked perfectly, with a 90 day warranty in case there are any issues. Can't really ask for more as the only other option was the sell the machine for parts. A+ would recommend

Service: Staff are relaxed. This is surprising considering people are likely at their worst behaviour when bringing in their broken phone, etc.

Stopped by to have a screen protector put on. The staff member who helped me was extremely polite, professional, and competent. He didn't even charge me for the job. Thank you, uBreakiFix!

Tried to have my HDMI port on my game console fixed here. They tried to charge me $270+tax just to soldering it onto the mainboard. WHAT A JOKE!

Been here multiple times.
Staff is friendly. Service is great. Their work is on point. This is a very well run business. I have no concerns leaving my phone here and I have always left this establishment happy.

Spilled water on my laptop, took it here to try and salvage it. The staff member working informed me there wouldn't be any charges unless I was informed first and agreed. I got a call 2 days later saying they were able to get everything working except the keyboard. When I got to the store I was charged 80$ - a little upset since I was told there would be no charge but since they were able to get my laptop working again I wasn't too disappointed. However, when I got home my laptop turned on for 2 seconds then shut down. - so to say I'm annoyed is an understatement.

Horrible experience! I paid $600 to fix a cracked screen only for it to stop working 2 days later! They refused to fix it and wanted to charge me full price to fix it again and proceeded to humiliate me!

Dropped my MacBook Pro off on a Thursday for a new battery, assured the part would be ordered and replaced for latest Tuesday of the next week. Had to repeatedly call Monday, Tuesday to check in on the repair. Wednesday Ryan from UBreakiFix let me know that the part was only ordered Tuesday night, and would not be able to be repaired in time for my cross-country move on Friday morning. Really disappointed considering I went without my laptop for almost a week, had to get in contact with the techs instead of them following-up with me, and didn’t end up even having my computer repaired due to the late process and lack of communication. This was a very disappointing experience and was offered nothing to make up for the lack of service.

They replaced my iPhone screen. But I had issues with it. Did not have the time to investigate more on it and get it resolved due to a toddler at home. So, I requested for a refund and they were pretty nice in giving me a full refund. Saib was very helpful and professional.

I had dropped my iPhone shattering the front screen. When they had repaired the phone they left dust under the camera. When I noted that there looked like there was dust under the camera they said there wasn't and went to the back of the store. The dust is visible even in low quality photo.

I suspected my IPhone 6 battery was dead so I took it here on a Tuesday evening a couple weeks ago. The guy working there was able to confirm a battery problem, replace the battery, and get the phone working again in less than 10 minutes! Definitely better and way faster than trying to open it up myself.

Marcus and Edwin were professional, exceptionally knowledgeable regarding the tech, and handled a stressful situation (for me) expediently. Will be back when I inevitably break the next thing.

Great service and delivered on time as promised. Laptop screen replacement done same day and they kept me informed every step of the way. Screen seems to be working fine will have to monitor for a few days.

My cell phone was not charging in a great time of need. The young man at the counter immediately new the roblem and fixed it for me on the spot for 10$. The service was excellent, prompt, professional and courteous. I will definitely return with anymore problems with phones, tablets, laptops.

I've gone there several times and gotten an honest diagnosis and wonderful service. They are fast and although its pricey (it's kind if to be expected because technology is expensive unfortunately), however they are good at what they do!

The employee that served me was polite and understanding. I felt at ease. This is my second visit to this business. I am a senior and appreciate that the employee was patient with me.

Je suis aller mener ma PS4, en octobre 2020, pour la faire nettoyer et changer la pâte thermale. Malgré tout, elle a continué à faire du bruit, un vrai jet, j'ai donc acheté une nouvelle PS4 en décembre. Un des mes amis, plus manuel que moi, a ouvert ma PS4 pour changer le ventilateur et a remarqué que le Power supply était poussiéreux. Il l'a donc nettoyé sans changer le ventilateur et elle a beaucoup diminuée côté bruit. J'ai payé 130$ pour absolument rien. Mais la pâte thermale était belle selon lui. Au moins ça, car il a dû l'enlever de toute façon.

I had a screen protector installed here. Great service, good price, very friendly and efficient. They also helped me to set up my phone on the spot.

First time getting screen repaired was very easy and only took roughly an hour. Very pleased with the end result and Sid was very straight forward and to the point which i appreciated. Definetly would recommend to anyone looking for easy phone repairs.
