Mohammed was fantastic and really friendly. They happened to not be busy so he replaced a screen while I waited. I cracked above the sensors and he explained all the potential issues and options depending on if sensors were broken under screen. I will be back and will tell all my friends!

A must go to place for repairing. My laptop fell down and stopped working. I went to mobile klinik and my laptop was fixed in a few minutes. I would say really nice service and must recommend.

Their service was excellent. But now they are owned by Telus. And the next 3 days, I got 4 calls from Telus asking me to sign up for a plan, which I don't want. So, excellent service, but perhaps a risk of telemarketers calling afterwards.

This cellphone repair shop is highly recommended. I had my phone replace the battery and John who helped me is very professional, kind and courteous. Double.

Absolutely perfect! I’ve been for a lightning connector problem, my phone was not charging anymore. Went to the Apple Store and they said that I had to change the lightning connection. Then, went to uBreakiFix. The technician cleaned the lightning (5minutes) and my phone is working perfectly for…. $0! Many thanks, you are really nice, kind and so honest! Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service! I brought my friend's beloved old iPhone 4 in because it wasn't charging properly. Vim, the technician who helped me, took the phone as soon as I arrived, before my appointment window. He had the phone back to me in no time, it just needed a cleaning. There was no charge for the service, which was very kind. The phone has been charging with no issues ever since. I definitely recommend them & will absolutely return if ever I need anything repaired.

Quick, comprehensive service. Prices seem very reasonable for same-day work. I had an iPhone 7S and a Pixel 3 done the same day (screen for iPhone, battery for Pixel 3). I did have to call to confirm they were done as they forgot to call me (said they were swamped this afternoon), but it was no biggie.

The staff was very helpful and helped diagnose the problem I was having charging my phone, and then cleaned the charging port free of charge! I have also gotten my battery replaced there, consistently great and kind service, definitely recommend for all tech problems

I was helping a neighbor with her iPhone. Turned out she needed a new battery but iPhone 7 is not an easy device to get parts. Apple store wanted a week to do the replacement. I called and uBreakIfix offered to do it in 1/2 an hour. Check in was professional and gave me great confidence. In 20 minutes they let me it was done. They used original
Apple parts so the warranty was protected and the work comes with a 1 year warranty. My blind neighbor is now happily listening to her Audio books once again.

New Review Based on recent experience: August 14,2022:

So I received a second hand Note20 since my S20 mentioned below started glitching out even more. However, the battery on the Note20 was basically shot. Called uBreakiFix to see if they could order a new battery for me (I always like to give second chances to companies). They were friendly and polite, ordered the new battery and said they'd call me when it was in by Thursday. Friday early afternoon I called them to ask if the battery had arrived and the person on the phone chuckled and said, "Benjamin? I was just about to call you. It just arrived. " So in I went today. Dropped it off around 1 pm, the tech there was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Picked it up the same day, and so far it seems to be just fine. It'll take a few days to gauge the battery (adaptive battery learning and all), but all's well. They also guaranteed to me that they use original Samsung batteries (the phone seems to agree from what I can tell). So huzzah.

I'm glad I gave them another shot.

Absolutely atrocious service.

Brought my S20 Ultra to see if they could fix my camera. It launches and can even take a quick picture, but then crashes with "Camera failed".
Spoke to them multiple times on the phone followed all their instructions, it still wouldn't work. Brought it in for an assessment, they told me they wouldn't look at it unless I factory reset it first, which I did that night and brought it in the next day. An employee looked at it and says, "Can't do it, we don't have the parts". Didn't hook it up to a computer, no diagnostics. Why make me factory reset it first? Then I'm told if I want them to properly diagnose the cameras I have to buy the cameras first (all four of the cameras), but don't worry I'll only be charged for the broken one.oh unless it's the board for the phone, then it's not the cameras that's the issue and I'll just have to replace the whole board, which is more expensive than buying a new one.
"Okay cool, can you do a diagnostic to tell me which it is? "
"No, only if you first pay for the parts and then we can figure it out. "
So I left.

Maybe mine was a special situation and they're great with most other customers, but my experience was horrible.

My cordless phone displayed an error message after a power failure. I tried the procedures outlined in the manual to no avail. I brought it to Ubreakifix and they got it going again with a "secret" fix not mentioned in the manual. They did this for free. I am very grateful for the help. They even showed me the "secret" fix. BTW it was a VTech phone. Very helpful service

This place was amazing. I called to get a headphone jack replaced on my phone. When I go in for appointment they tell me may not need replacing and to give them 10 min. He comes back out and says it just needed cleaning and not replacing. He also went and cleaned my charger port. When I go to pay he says no charge for cleaning. Will definitely be going back for any future need. Great customer service.

Just took my iPhone in to the avenue road location as the charger port wasn’t working, it was an easy fix and I was out within 2 minutes with no charge.
Excellent service and definitely recommend.

Static shocked my laptop and shorted something and it wasn’t turning on, they reset the battery and had it fixed in ten minutes!

Had an issue with my laptop that Vim was able to fix while I waited. Very pleasurable experience.

They asked me $400 for a pixel 4xl replacement, i can buy the same phone on ebay with $300 in good condition, the screen cost $80

Mo repaired my Samsung S8 charging port within minutes of me showing him what the problem was. Unbelievably the service was free of charge. The professionalism and customer service provided by these guys cannot be overstated. I will be using this company for any future electrical repairs I have going forward.

This one was of the only stores that had a Pixel 3a screen in stock when my partner shattered his screen in spring 2020. The service was fast and way cheaper than others. I also just brought a phone that wouldn't charge in and they cleaned out the port, free of charge. Phone is charging fine now. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for phone repairs (and the name is hilarious, which is a plus)

My experience completely coincided with all the positive reviews I read before heading over. For a couple days my phone hadn’t been charging so I popped in, within under 3 minutes Eli (who was very friendly and polite) solved the issue free of charge. Admittedly I was skeptical at first because of the exponential number of positive reviews, but now that I’ve been I couldn’t even give negative feedback if I wanted to.

Brought in my phone to repair the shattered screen, got it back the same day looking brand new - with Samsung part. Very friendly, efficient, professional service, and fair price! The staff made the process stress free and pleasant:) Highly reccommend going here for device repair needs.

Once again, the team at uBreakiFix came through. I can't say enough about them. Called all over town. Several other stores kept saying the parts were on order for weeks. Called the Avenue Road store, and they had the screen/back for my Pixel XL 3 in stock. Same day service, and phone was fixed when theys it would be. The phone is like new again. Highly recommend this location.

I was assisted by Anureetpal. She was very helpful diagnosing the issue I had with my laptop and coming up with the answer quickly. No wait time as i had set up an appointment.

I phoned uBreakiFix for a smartphone battery replacement. Kate who I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and made the booking right away. Later that day someone from the shop phoned to confirm the booking. I came in at opening time and dropped my phone off. Within 45 minutes the work was complete ahead of schedule and I now have a phone with a new battery which lasts just as long or longer than when I first bought it.

I recommend this place to anyone who needs phone repair or work done.

Great experience and service! Ricardo was amazing. He fixed the liquid damage on my laptop to get my PC working again. However since the keyboard wasn’t fixable he said he wasn’t going to charge me anything despite all his time and that I could buy a new wireless keyboard on amazon for 20-30 dollars. Wow! Problem solved and quick turnaround within 24 hours (on a holiday long weekend!). I would highly recommend this place if you need anything fixed! Fast, honest and great customer service!

Ricardo fixed the issue in an incredibly short amount of time at a very reasonable cost. You can tell he's a straight shooter, he'll tell you the problem without trying to upsell.

Awesome service. Came in for a broken screen and they fixed it within a day. Later found that the speaker and mic were not working and the phone OS was acting super weird (crashing all the time). After I factory reset, issue still persisted. Last ditch I brought it back to them and they pull it open found a small bit of water damage, fixed it free of charge. Highly recommended.

Brought a Pixel 3a device with shattered screen in, and it was repaired without issue within an hour or so. Staff was courteous, and phone seems like new.

Water damage on my Pixel XL that unfortunately was beyond repair. Was very happy with the transparency offered by uBreakiFix and not charging me anything although time was spent on the diagnosis. Hopefully I wouldn't need to come back again but would highly recommend them.

I had a cracked screen on my Samsung S8+ and got it repaired through extended warranty from Rogers. My device was re-assembled better than how manufacturer assembled it when I got it brand new! I also had a problem with the USB C port on my device when I purchased the device, but was too lazy to get it fixed before the manufacture warranty expired. I could not insert the usb cables in completely and it would not fast charge. After they replaced the screen and re-assembled my phone, not only I didn't notice any difference, it also fixed my issue with the USB port. They also replaced the metal frame around the phone and my phone looks and functions better than day one! Thanks for the great service!

These people were fantastic to deal with. I smashed my Samsung S7 and they were able to extract my data and contact information. They did this quickly and charged a fair service charge. Couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Had to get my Galaxy Note 9 screen repaired, they were able to fix it very quickly but had to come back because a sensor was broken in the process, thankfully they ordered a replacement and repaired it for free, this took a bit longer due to Samsung's strict waterproofing tests but they were able to do it. Staff is awesome and very friendly too. I'm glad to know there's an awesome repair shop close by.
