It is a great place to go for any issues with your devices or even to purchase something new. Seriously underrated!

Whether it be phone plans or fixing your device's screen, I always get great customer service, open communication, and great results. Super knowledgeable and friendly employees. With what they're offering, it's honestly a better buy than any other place in Sarnia that offers these things because of their efficiency in a short time and their affordability with deals no other store is offering. They give relatively cheap offers with great results and cheaper phone plans than anyone else with their value!
Having gone back various times, and my family included, I definitely recommend it. They're doing a great job!

Nic was an excellent tech. And fixed my phone quickly and explain how to fix my cell phone problem promply.

Great customer experience everytime I contacted them. I took my Huawei P30 Pro in with a cracked screen. They set realistic expectations on getting the original manufacturer parts in as my phone brand is now banded in Canada. They even let me know the expectations or what could go wrong and that it'd be covered if so. (The glass possibly cracking during repair). They we're happy to update me on the arrival of my screen anytime I called to check in and even escalated it with management without me asking when it was taking awhile to arrive. Which I was made aware of from the start that it could be delayed from their normal time frames.

Got the call it was in and had my phone back in under 24 hours, I brought it in late in the day or it would have been same day. They were very knowledgeable about my phone and it's parts, and I say that as someone who worked at Bell for 6+ years and seen repairs going in and out daily. Everything is working perfectly so far, it's as if having a brand new phone.

I originally sought them out after seeing they were a subsidiary of Asurion before the brand changed from ubreakifix to Mobile Klinik, as Asurion was the repair company for the big cell phone companies when I worked with them. Not sure if they are still connected to them but it was enough for me to trust them. Glad I did, couldn't have gotten a better experience. They will definitely be my first call if I ever need more repairs in the future.

Great job. Had my screen replaced. Because it was a Galaxy Note 9, the screen repair included new Battery, new speaker and microphone and new outside metal casing, thanks to Samsung. Great upgrade, now I don't need to change phones.

I really enjoy the level of service that I've received at this location. I'd recommend that anyone with phone issues give these guys a shot. I will continue to return should any issues arise.

As others have said, don't give them your expensive phone. First they forgot to plug the screen properly on my phone, then they damage the camera on my phone. Now they want me to pay for the shipping which was included in the original price. All I wanted was to get the battery changed. I have already filled a complaint to the consumer broad. I will also be contacting Google about how bad there authorized service is.

Come in for a broken screen protector and leave with a broken power button. I always had a protective case on it, then only time I took it off to get fixed there, and it comes out broken. Also the customer support in the store was terrible. Update: how do I pm you Deorick?

Review is for online support, called and asked reg a z flip 4 inner display repair and was told they wouldn't do it (which i can understand), and to get it done by their partners it would be more than $1000, which is more than what was paid for the phone itself (was bought for $999 from Samsung directly).

From the first hello was the worst I have ever had someone on the phone deal with. I called last month and was told they would fix it. Today he says they don’t feel like working on mine. I asked if he knew anyone who would work on it. He said ya. Contact the manufacturer. Rude. Ignorant. Do not even phone them. What a joke. Great service fellas.

Part of my charger broke off and got stuck in the socket of my phone. Couldn't get it out on my own. Brought it in and the person working there was able to fish it out in about 10 seconds. They didn't even charge me anything for their time. I greatly appreciated it. I'll definitely be back again if I ever need any other fixes!

Nikhil was great recommending different options for broken S20. And was able to fix it within an hour. Great customer service.

I had my Iphone 11 screen replaced here. The gamut was off when I picked it up, but I knew at the price it wasn't a genuine screen and chose to live with that. 97 days after the install, the screen started to delaminate, I brought it in as soon as I could after that and was told by the staff that the screen was defective and that it wasn't an installation issue. They then offered me a sweet cash deal since (!) since it was out of warranty saving me 100.00 on putting in potentially another defective display, this time without a receipt due to the cash deal.

Do your self a favour. If you have an apple product, take it to apple. This place is WAY too fly by night.

The experience I had with this business was one of the best I have ever had. It started with call regarding a device not working when they were pretty much 5 minutes to closing time. The employee who answered was professional the entire time even though he was mere minutes from closing for the day. He informed me of potential repair costs, and other potential routes I could go even if it meant losing business. When I brought the device in the following day, I was met with a different employee. He was just as professional and nice as the one from a phone call. He told me the same things as was told on the call even though they may lose business choosing to go a cheaper route than repair (i.e. Buying a second hand device from somewhere else). It was a 5 star experience from beginning to end, and I will be back in the future if I need anything fixed. I definitely recommend this location.

I was there last Friday to fix a broken Ipad. Very good service, honest people and a fair price. I totaly recommend it!

Samsung certified repairs at a fair price, helped unlocked a tablet for me. Friendly staff, clean with all the necessary safety measures and practices in place due to covid. I would definitely recommend them.

I broke my phone on Friday. The tech Steve was very helpful. He said a new battery would be in on Tuesday. Luke the owner personally called me back and my phone was ready Monday morning.

Took a really long time for them to get to my issues and even so after a couple days, with no progress i decided to just take it back.my phone was dead and again no progress was made.the mall took 40 minutes to look through my issues and have it repaired. Luke is awesome but unfortunately, I had only conversed with him once on my first visit. He was very optimistic and sounded like he really wanted to help but unfortunately his co-workers didn't give me the same vibes and I got so upset i just cancelled the repair.the passcode request was a little suspicious too and when i asked about it the worker didn't even give me a straight answer and made me feel bad for asking.

Had to get my s10 glass replaced twice so far this year and by far the best service i received and very fast to get your device fixed! Will come back whenever my phone needs fixin'. Also Kish (i think is his name) was awesome to deal with!

The unique brand & service @ubreakifix SARNIA is phenomenal. I knew this business was much needed in the area and hope that word gets around about their ambitious tasks offered of fixing pretty much anything. Great crew.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. Had brought my phone in with water damage and with time as the essence they took 3 days to even put my phone in the dehydrator and even after that they would have taken longer to open it up.the phone repair stores in the mall happened to work supper fast and had done the job I was hoping to get from here within 30 minutes.

Honest service. I was thinking a relatives iPad needed a new home button, but they told me it's not broken as it has become slightly sensitive due to some wear and tear over the years, and therefore did not need a new one. They didn't charge.

They are very friendly even I am deaf person when Luke and I wear mask he done a great job to communicate with me by handwriting and some he know sign language I am sure he would love to learn some more sign language that will be good for deaf customers to come in shop more comfy,:) -After they replaced my iPhone 6s battery it run great! And last long without plug!:) Take care!

The tech stayed like an hour late just to complete our order so we could have the device back before they closed for the weekend. Will definitely be coming back.

The service was awesome I brought my phone in near closing on Monday and by Tuesday noon it was completely done, I had dropped and broke the front of my cell phone and lost everything it wouldn't power up but Nick managed to replace the screen and save it.

Made my 1st trip/visit yesterday.the service, quality, prompt and courteous craftsmanship was above and beyond any service I have ever received from a similar service franchisee. Every detail and aspect of the work needing to be undertaken was explained to me. With that information and their guidance it was easy to make a quick decision. The work was completed before I anticipated and I was on my way in a very timely manner.

My first time going to Ubreakifix was a pleasure. Staff was courteous and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me get my Pixel3 phone repaired like new. The price was very reasonable and saved an expensive phone. I will definitely go back in future for all my repair needs. I live in Chatham but the drive to Sarnia is well worth it. You can set up an appointment easily on the website prior to going. If you call, a human will answer. I am very happy with my experience and will recommend them to everyone.

When we brought our computer in and explained the issues we were told it would be ready in 3 days. After calling the company 5 times in a 2 week period and being given the runaround every time we finally got our computer back 3 weeks later. For someone self employed who works from home we took a big hit and lost business because of it.
