My iPad stopped working. I stopped in to the Pickering branch and explained to Skyler what happened. It to my iPad to the back, came out 5 minutes later with my operating iPad. Apparently when my battery died, the iPad got stuck in low battery mode so it wouldn’t restart. He managed to get it going. Best part, aside from not needing an expensive repair or replacement, he didn’t charge me a dime! I highly recommend Mobile Klinik Pickering,

Great customer service! Barinder was helpful over the phone from my initial call and even more helpful when I visited the store. This location is very bright and clean which instilled a level of confidence that I was in the right place for help! Barinder helped me make the most beneficial decision for my situation. Both Barinder and her associate were friendly and happy to assist. Hopefully the next time I visit this location, it will be for a new device, rather than a repair!

I went in on Monday morning to get my phone fixed because it just went black and I couldn't turn it on. I called my provider who gave me the wrong instructions to do a hard reset so I thought my phone was just dead.

I came in to fix a pixel charging port that wouldn't charge. The staff was super friendly, told me the problem was corrosion. He took a few minutes to fix it and told me it was no charge. I really appreciated his honesty and the speed of service.

They noticed some water damage so they advised me that they cannot provide a warranty on the repair. I was pleased when they charged me nothing for the investigation.

Great service and would highly recommend them. Charging port cleaned right away on my Pixel 6 by Skyler first thing at 10: 00 AM for free! Happy Friday to me!

This place has again done an awesome job. I needed the charging port on my iPhone replaced and they did it in the time quoted. They have excellent customer service. They even were thoughtful enough not only to check that the phone charged properly, but to charge it all the way.

2021-10-22 another absolutely amazing experience with uBreakiFix Pickering today. I've had two iPhone screens replaced here with great value, service and quality. Those iPhones are still going strong. Today I brought my Samsung S9 phone in as I couldn't connect to android auto. I was prepared for a diagnostic and to wait for any repair necessary. The friendly technician took my phone right away, cleaned the port and got my android auto working perfectly. And the repair was no charge!

I have an old BlackBerry which I love. One of my buttons on my keyboard came off. I went to UBREAKIFIX, and they looked at it on the spot and repaired it! All the other places I went to wouldn't even look at it! Thank-you.

This place is the best. I've been to it on several occasions and all the time I had an amazing experience. I went there to get my phone and PS4 fixed and they fixed my PS4 for free. I had previously gone to a private repairman and he messed up the fan on my PS4 and charged me a lot too. These guys helped me free of cost and are reliable everytime. This will be my go to spot for any electronic repair

Went in today and Daniel was very helpful and honest with the options I had to fix the problems with me phone. He even provided a complimentary fix to remove the remaining water in the phone and removed the condensation on the camera lens. If you having any issues with your phone don’t hesitate to go here for a honest and quality/value repair.

Fantastic service. I came in to get the display replaced on my s10+. Skyler provided excellent customer service. He was polite, informative and he got me a good deal! The repair was quick (under 2 hours), and my phone is as good as new. They even gave me a screen protector!

I took my daughter's tablet to the store as we couldn't turn it on. They looked at it right away. Texted me pretty quick to tell me it was a quick fix and they did a reset and didn't charge me. I was very impressed with the speedy service and no charge. I wouldn't definitely recommend them and will be back again.

Tried to fix my USB connection coming loose constantly. No luck. Drove by here and the pleasant gentleman working had it fixed in 1 minute for me, and no charge. Wow!
