Wanted to buy a simple Charger Cable. The worker Would NOT give me a receipt unless I gave him my phone Number.this is absurd. I could go to any store and spend over 1000$ and they still wont ask me for my phone number to give me the receipt. Unfortunately could not come to an agreement and walked out.

My iPhone was acting up - had a bad battery and a broken screen. Jeremy served me. He was extremely professional - knew his stuff and within an hour my phone was in my hands good as new. So appreciated how quickly and professionally I was taken care of.

I had a broken screen and I needed a quick fix because I have a busy schedule with work. I came an hour before closing, Len greeted me, super nice and friendly. Evan was amazing, he fixed my phone and was super chill about me coming late. These guys make fixing your phone easier than breaking it!

They put their time, checked my PC and told me what's the problem and how I can live with it with no fixing. And they didn't charged me.

I've been to uBreakiFix locations several times and every time without fail they managed to diagnose and help me with my issue. I brought in my iPhone X due to a puffed up battery issue. Note, if the lithium polymer battery is puffed up to a point where it pushes up the screen such that it separates from the case, stop using your phone immediately as these lithium polymer battery is quite unpredictable. They can catch fire or explode.
The technician identified the issue right away, and let me know about the price, 89 + tax. I left the phone at around 5pm, and within an hour, I got a call from them that it is ready for pickup. The phone works great, perfect craftsmanship, and works like new! Definitely trustworthy and efficient.

I had my pixel 4 repaired with a broken digitizer last week. A few small area of the new display where dead to touch due to a defective part. This was difficult to notice at first as the spots where smaller than a finger tip. I called the store and talked to a technician about this and they where immediately helpful and willing to go above and beyond to ensure my device was working perfectly. I showed the technician the touch issues he then quickly tested for himself and informed me there was a small defective area.they where happy to replace the screen that same day to ensure my device was perfect for me. Once again thank you to all the employees here who made both my initial repair and warranty repair an easy painless process while keeping my informed through the whole process. 10/10 customer service and workmanship, I will definitely bring my devices here in the future for repair.

No problems with the work they did. My phone was fixed. The problem was that I had an appointment. When I arrived they told me they did not have time to fix it that day because they were very busy and to come back tomorrow. What is the point of having appointments if they are not kept due to too many walk ins? After protesting having to come back, they squeezed me in. Phone was fixed.

Amazing experience. Needed to replace the screen on my iPhone 11. I went to the Vaughan location. Not only were they the most reasonably priced, they had it fixed in less than an hour and stayed late at the end of the day to ensure I got it right back. Will definitely use them again if needed.

I went here for a charging port replacement they fixed it in 2 hrs and my phone is like its brand new

I accidentally broke the back glass of my mobile, submitted a claim to my insurance company, paid my fee, waited who two or three business days, all that to finally realise that I had to do the whole process again because I had swapped my sim card. The guys of the store guided me through the whole process until I decided to get the service directly from them. And guess what.their fee was actually cheaper than the deductible! Definitely the most knowledgeable and kindest guys in Maple.

These guys are amazing! My microphone stopped working on my iPhone 7, and they explained to me the problem and fixed it. I've had the same issue a couple of times and they fixed it both times in less than the expected repair time, and also have a great warranty policy. Dropped off an old S9 phone to get battery replaced just before 5pm. Picked it up around 6: 45pm. High quality repair. I am their repeated customer, their last battery replacement done more than a year and a half ago on my S7 is still good. I can confirm their Samsung battery is genuine.

My note 8 from Samsung store could not update to new android system. Nick fixed it in 10 minutes and I'm very satisfied!

My Samsung phone had a badly cracked screen so ubreakifix Thornhill was recommended to me. I booked an appointment online and they did not disappoint. Thomas and Kinjal offered excellent and prompt service. Before I left my phone for repair Thomas went through the various functionalities of my phone to ensure nothing else had been damaged. Everything else was good. I was told it would be ready in 3-4 hours. Less than 2 hours later I received a call that it was ready. Fantastic! The new screen looks and works great. I visited Ubreakifix hoping to get a repair on my samsung. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get it repaired here because there is a parts shortage. I have visited a few other samsung authorized stores and it seems to impact them all. What set this store apart was the service. Thomas went above and beyond helping me with a technical issue, and Nick tried his best locate the parts for me at another location. They took the time to help me even though I wasn't a paying customer. If I ever need help with my phone again, Ubreakifix will be my first stop.

My Nintendo switch had broken and was having trouble reading game cards, I had called a few places but they all told me it would not be fixable. Nick from UbreakIFix said he could get me the part, explained alternatives and ultimately got it fixed for me within a few days. My switch works perfectly now and I couldn’t be happier. Because of Covid I assumed I wasn't able to get into a fix it shop for an iphone 7 screen break, so I ordered a kit online. It was a horrible experience and when I was half way through the process when the kit's tools degraded and stopped working leaving two screws stuck. My husband looked up ubreakifix online and we went to inquire about getting the screws out.
Thomas helped us and quickly removed the screws at no charge. He was so quick and personable that I just asked him to assemble the rest of the phone for me because I was concerned that my tools at home wouldn't be able to complete the job. Thomas finished the second half of the assembly in less than 20 minutes-a process that had taken me over an hour for the first half. Then he indulged my lame iphone small talk afterwards. It was a great experience. If I should break any other screens, I will be returning to this location for the fix. Highly recommend.

Yesterday I went to uBreakiFix to see if they could replace the battery on my iPhone X. Right once I walked into the store the worker there named Nick immediately told me that they could do the repair but that without an original Apple battery in the phone I would get frequent notifications on my phone saying that it wasn't an Apple battery. I was almost shocked that the he was being this upfront and honest with me rather than just saying that it would work fine and taking my money! Nick then spent 20 minutes with me answering all my questions and even helping me figure out how to send the phone to Apple for repairs. Truly a class act and if I could have sent my phone here for repairs I 100% would have!

I highly recommend getting your phone fixed here. I've had screens replaced in the past by other places but the service at this one blew me away. I received an email/ a text and a phone call with the details. Nick was super helpful and honest with the repair. He even gave me advice on how to fix an ipad air 2 over the phone. Do not hesitate to find another place if your phone needs to be fixed.

I went to the store regarding an issue on my son’s PS4. Hovig is one of the staff who works there. He is so friendly that manages to take your stress right away. He tried many ways with the PS4 until he found a temporary solution After several hours he called me to pick it up and refused to take money. Very good service and deserves visiting again.

Called several places for quote and I was especially impressed with service: website very user friendly, and phone response of technician was quick, informative, and honest. I didn't end up getting phone repaired as was advised that repair would not be worth it. If I ever do need phone repair, this is place I will definitely go to.
