I took a phone there that hadn't been charging for weeks, and had been very difficult to charge for months prior to that. The friendly fellow working here took the phone in the back for two minutes, and came out with it fixed. And he did it for free! I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely fantastic repair shop. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to have my Samsung S20 FE screen repaired. Not only did the screen get expertly repaired, the battery was replaced and the phone actually came back working better than when I had left it earlier in the day. Kyle, the staff who serviced my phone, told me that the repairs would take 3 hours or less and true to his word I was able to pick up the phone less than 3 hours later. 10/10 would recommend this location of uBreakiFix!

Super friendly and fast service. I got a few quotes for my broken screen from numerous places (even Pacific Mall) and uBreakiFix was the most affordable option. On top of that, the repairs are backed with a warranty so that gave me some peace of mind. Phone is still going strong. Only positive things to say about this place!

Very pleased with the honesty and good advice given to me by David.
My Google Pixel 4a 5G phone was having issues with phone calls dropping out. I had already replaced the Sim card so was prepared to leave the phone for repair.
David suggested a factory reset and if that failed contact Google directly.
So far the factory reset has cured the issue.

Brought an 8 year old PS4 with a broken HD port to them to fix and they had my PS4 looking brand new and running in 2 days excellent service and would highly recommend

I dropped my iphone in water. It was working except for the sound buttons and screen lock button. They took the time to explain what could be wrong and suggested a free diagnostic. I did that and they called 2 hrs later to say they dried the area and connections around those buttons, it’s working fine and there would be no charge as was part of the diagnostic. I highly recommend this place!

My experience with uBreakiFix Danforth location was amazing. My son's phone's display was not working. They perform a diagnostic on the phone and informed me of all the issues they found (water damage, screen damage. As part of their diagnostic efforts the screen came back to life. They gave me the option of either replacing the screen or staying with the current screen for now. No pressure and no charge for the diagnostic work. I am very impressed and will definitely come back in the future if I need their help.

I brought a 1yr old wireless speaker to Best Buy (and 2 other independent shops) to have the charging port replaced.

I was told by a rep at Best Buy customer service that it could not be fixed. They could not locate the warranty so the only solution they offered was to purchase a new one at full price. Or send it to the manufacturer (myself) and I would hear back from them in 6 to 8 weeks as to whether they could repair it or not. The other 2 shops said it was unrepairable.

A neighbour mentioned that she had very good dealings with Kyle. I brought it in - he said "no problem". The speaker was ready to go and as good as new 3 days later.

I highly recommend uBreakiFix for their fine customer service, knowledge and ability. And, that they do care that another piece of electronics does not end up in a landfill somewhere.

Great service. My cell phone screen was replaced and my phone was available for pickup within hours. Staff are personable and friendly. The service agent removed the screen protector from my phone to ensure the screen really needed replacing, asking me to use the phone to see if it worked without it before recommending repair. They charge alot and it really sucks that their parts cost so much but overall the business is run by pros and I would go back. Just don't really like that Samsung parts cost so much. Even with the discoint. It cost me a lot.

Quoted a 2-hour turnaround time to replace battery in my iPhone 8. Problem in installing battery led to a delay, so David gave me 50% off price. Would definitely go back if I need phone service. Fast, professional and caring for customer.

The company was great. They had my phone fixed within 3 hours after another company told me that it was not repairable. They stand by there product and give a 1 year warranty on the parts that they replace. I would go back there for any tech issues I have.

Fabulous! I paid big dollars to fix my phone. Once with the place the phone company told me to send it and then again another repair shop on the Danforth. Ubreakifix FINALLY fixed it. When I asked how much I owe them, at first he said nothing. Then he found out it was $29 for labour, zero for parts. I really wish I had gone there first.

Great service both over the phone and in person. They discovered I had a loose connection to the battery and didn't charge me. Staff were very knowledgeable and courteous.

It took a week to get my Pixel 4a back from a 2 hour repair.

When I mailed in my device they didn't inform me that they needed a password or factory reset beforehand. Once they fixed the phone they demanded my password or that the repair wouldn't be covered under warranty (I agreed to a price with warranty). They then thought that they could fix this by factory resetting the phone, however this doesn't work because of theft protection, so it still requires a password for them to run their "test suite" (so that was an unnecessary reinstall for me).

So I had to argue back and forth with them that they would be giving me a warrant or not charging for the repair. They stretched this on for a couple of days so the "2h" repair took a week.

So I ended up waiting a week on the repair and needed to argue with the agent just to get what I was promised because the company was to incompetent to know how to test the phone that they are an official repair person for.

Edit: To make it even worse they started spamming me after the repair which I'm pretty sure it illegal under the Canadian anti-spam act.

I called to replace the broken screen for my phone. They offered me by phone appointment and checked the stock before booking. My phone was repaired after 3 hours with very good condition. I would say thank to their commited service. (NGOC LE)

My phone battery was dying. I dropped in without an appointment and Vishal did a great job of accomodating my problem during the day and fixing it much earlier than the scheduled completion time! Thanks Vishal! I suggest people to make appointments though!

1 week and a half to order a screen, they don’t call me to say it’s in like they said they would, they gave me an appointment at 10 on a Saturday and they are not even open. This is really not worthy of the sole provider of an insurance company.

I called a day before to ask for a quote for fixing a ps4 disc drive, the lady said I would have to bring it in for diagnostics before giving me a quote. So I asked for the worst case scenario where the entire drive would be replaced. Still she said it was hard to say and that I had to bring it in. Fair response. I trusted them because they had a 4.9 review at the time. I bring my ps4 in the next day, and I speak to a lady (maybe same person?) at the front desk. I said there were problems with the disc drive and if they could do the free diagnostics. She said they'd have to replace the entire thing and they didnt have any in stock. I asked if they needed to replace the entire thing, or if they could just diagnose the problem piece (s). She said labour costs would be too much to find the specific problem. So I asked how much for replacement of entire disc drive, and she quoted $200. Why couldn't she have just told me that on the phone? I'm bringing my ps4 to another place in northyork for a disc drive replacement for $90. Two stars because the lady was friendly and welcomed me. I guess their services for phones are top-notch, hence the great reviews. But over-quoted me and wasted my time.

I dropped my gaming machine off her to get fixed after the sound from my new MSI B450 Tomahawks audio wasn't working. Before I dropped it off i tried everything, like downloading drivers and checking the front panel connectors but nothing worked. I was at a loss, so I brought it too UbreakIfix to see if they could fix it. I took it in on wednesday and they said they would look at it and see what was wrong on friday. On friday I called and they said they needed more time because they had to do screen repairs first. I was angry but understood. They called four days later and said that they needed another 3 DAYS! It is now the third day and if they don't fix it I don't think anybody should go here. Please avoid this store at all costs if you want something done on time and right.

I highly recommend UbreakIfix pape & Dandorth location. I brought in my cell phone that completely died. Samantha was able to get my phone started and extract all my pictures and videos that I thought would have been lost. She has impeccable customer skills and took the time to explain everything to me from start to finish. I'm not a tech savy person.but she sure is and is very knowlegeable.

I broke my phone on the subway the other day. I thought my phone was out of commission. As a father of two young children I need to have my phone. Brought in my Samsung 7 for a cracked screen repair, and had a great experience with Vishal. He repaired my screen in less than two hours, and provided a couple additional services at a discounted price. Will definitely be back!

Friendly staff, but if you have a rare model, they might not be able to fix it. I brought it my ASUS Transformer 3 Pro in for a repair but after diagnosis they were unable to fix it because they can't order the parts for the device. Their protocol also only doesn't allow you to bring in your own parts even if you have it.

Another thing that bothered me is that I specifically requested to be very careful with the device since the back casing is very easily scratched based on my experience with this model. Despite my request, two distinct scratches appeared on the back casing and I know for sure it was not there before the repair because I checked on the spot.
