Liars all around here. I got my screen replacement in March when they were still called UBreakIFix. It is now December and my screen is pealing off the phone. I called in to see if my warranty still applied and if I needed my receipt. I was assured that if I was to come in and they will see what they can do.

When I arrived today I was served by a different person who started by belittling me and lecturing me about the condition of my phone. 1 little crack that has happened since the screen started peeling. Because they have been bought out they can no longer access previous client accounts apparently. After taking my phone into the back he came back and informed me that no previous work has been done on the phone. And because I didn't have a receipt there was no proof.

Don't come here. They lie through their teeth and charge outrageous prices. $300 for a screen replacement that barely lasted 6 months. 0/10. Would never recommend going here.

Bavesh was an outstanding technician. He was extremely knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He makes Bill Gates look like an amateur! I am very Impressed with him.

I found the tech (Sahil) at this store to be very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I called around to get my phone screen fixed that day, and they were able to fix as they had parts, and they were the best price. Don't book online (it said there were no appointments available), call the store directly. Highly recommend.

I have used two locations - Danforth and Progress Avenue. The staff in both have been knowledgeable, courteous and have prolonged the life of my aging laptop. Once, it needed a new Windows program as the old one was corrupted; this time it needed de-bugging so that the microphone and speakers worked. What a relief to have it working again quickly and affordably.

I came here for a screen protector the guy named bavesh installed it for me. He was very kind and infact he offered me phone cleaning at a low price. I was unable to charge my phone properly, i thought it was a chargeport but the guy saved my money as it was just cleaning.

Just an amazing group of men. Explain what they needed to do to repair my 2month phone a Samsung galaxy 10. I dropped it at work it did not have proper case at the time. I had to replace the screen and trim around the edges. These guys were fantastic. I now have a new case and the phone works fantastic. Work done February 12th. I would highly recommend this shop. This placed used to be ab okay place.
But I went there for like 5tg time using them, they lied, they would not help. The guy I think was the manager. He called me "PATHETIC "

Then lied and said to me you are not allowed its illegal to have a VPN, which is not true even argued with me about it. The guy was so rude. I think he a misunderstanding because normally they like me. Some reason it was under there insurance and didn't pay it.

ALSP, I had Likewise call them and after they who she was they hung up the phone.can believe that.

You need training and not make assumptions. You made a huge mistake assumptions instead acting very rude and lied to me because they claim that u had no claim number after he told he had it. I dont know 8f he assumed having a von means something but to me it was what I used for blocking hackers. I had a new S20 Samsung.
If I could this guy I would so likewize told to go mobile snap instead.

This uBreakiFix phone repair PROGRESS BRANCH help me they fixed my back cover case in very affordable price, the two stuff there which name BAVESH and HARISH are a trustworthy stuff very knowledgeable and they making sure that they explain everything about the issue of the phone before start to fix it unlike the other not even showing any concern and just get only a payment but this 2 dude will show some concern to your technology things and i love it! I wish i find more early this phone repair shop, because before i search this i went to a worst phone repair and 1 technician there ruined my phone which now are perfectly fix by Ubreakifix thank you so much! Hands up to this company and you guys are lucky having Bavesh and Harish being a part of your technician team they are really great!

Tons of noise on the phone and dragging stuff and complain they can’t hear me and getting annoyed

The people here are great, quickly fixed the screen of my S22 Ultra and provided me with great advice, feedback and knowledge on how to take care of my phone. Also, replaced my screen protector! Would definitely recommend.

I was there like a week ago and I am highly satisfied with the service offered. Bavesh was my tech and he dealt the whole coversation so professionally. My 6yr old grandson accidentally dropped his IPad onto one of his toys, a plastic dragon. The dragons horns contacted the IPad protective cover but still the contact shattered the glass screen. The lads gave me a quote and I left it with them at 11: 00 a.m. And at 3: 15 p.m. Contacted me to pick it up. They also checked the operating system and functions to be sure everything works properly. They advised me of the warranty they offered, but point out Dragon horn impacts are not covered

Fixed screen for my phone. Speaker didn't work when phone was returned. Replacement speaker took three weeks to arrive. Phone having issues with typing on new screen. Also screen freezes

It's hard to rate them because on one end, they did their job to the bare minimum. On the other end their communication was a bit lacking. This is why I'd give them 3 stars. You will get the job done here. Just the communication could be improved.

I took my phone in to have the screen and mid-frame replaced. They cracked the back casing of the phone in two places in the process of the repair. They promised to replace it but haven't gotten in touch with me in over a month. Job well done? You decide.

They are very nice. One day, I could not turn on my laptop. I searched and found this fixing shop. When i arrived, they just tested my laptop and said no problem, and it was free. Awesome! It has worked well since then. Thank them so much!

Went in for a battery. They cracked my screen… went in for a new screen… it lasted 3 days. Find somewhere else to do your repairs.

Excellent and quick service! Staff was very courteous and helpful. Had charging port on iPhone 7 Plus replaced in reasonable time on the same day!

Excellent place to bring your computer - very courteous staff and they fixed my laptop very quickly even though it's quite old - they didn't charge for the service because they said it was just a simple issue - I would highly recommend this store

These guys are the best! I ended up coming here to replace the battery in my iPhone 11 Pro Max after being turned away from the Apple store at Fairview Mall. After inspection, they told me that my current battery was a “non-genuine Apple battery” and issued a “denial of service”. After leaving the Apple store dumbfounded, I headed over to uBreakiFix, where Amit said he could replace the battery for me, no problem. After disassembling the phone he was baffled at why Apple had turned me away since there was, in fact, a 100% GENUINE Apple battery in my device. The battery replacement was performed in record breaking time and my device is now running like a brand new phone with 100% battery health. Thanks, Amit! No thanks, Apple!

Pro Tip: be as specific as you can about your device’s problems - I wrote them on a post-it note for them - so technicians can test that they’re solved before returning it to you. Also test the device yourself in-store once received. Lastly, many of their services come with a 90 day warranty. Great solution/service & reasonable prices for a complex fix!

I have to admit, I was hesitant approaching third-party services as I tend to prefer working with the OEM. In this case Apple. However upon Apple diagnosing my iPad they concluded that a new motherboard would be required and it would be better to buy a new one. I went to U break I fix it for a second opinion. The booking process was super easy and professional. The phone consultation provided me with options and estimates. When I dropped my device off they told me that the diagnosis would be completed by the end of the day which it was. They were unclear about what was going on but had a couple of options to try. All in all the iPad was returned to me in working condition and I’m happy that they took the time to diagnose it and to repair it.

Robbers. Paid $110 just to fix HDMI for PS4, now my PS4 doesn't even recognize any controller. Almost a price for a new PS, and made everything worse

I needed to get my iPhone 11 Pro screen repaired after a few "accidents". Even though the back glass was cracked, they still attempted the repair, and successfully delivered my phone back to me the next day. The repair prices were very reasonable, and they have an option of going with an OEM replacement part as well. Would recommend to family or friends.

Very good service! They solved my problem rmfast my only comment is that they fixed it so quick that bit would had been better to wait for them to assess the problem while I waited there and let me know how long it was gonna take so I can save myself a trip back minutes after I left! They did called my but unfortunately my phone ran out of battery. Anyways but other than that excellent service!

Very reasonably priced, cheaper than I expected. Repair was like new and the technician Amit was great.

Second time customer and not disappointed with repair. First repair was for a Pixel 3 camera and this time for a well kept OnePlus 6 screen. Always professional and excellent communication.

Brought in an old iPad that required battery change due to the battery swelling up one day which caused the screen to bend and split from the backing. Was quoted a price and timeline. The battery wasn't available and it took extra long to get which wasn't great, but everything was communicated every step of the way. Keeping communication open is the key to great service. Pickup was quick and it turned out the price was less than quoted as they had misquoted the cost. I appreciate the honesty very much. Courteous, professional and honest. What else could you ask for? If only they repaired other devices like robot vacuums as well.

Free parking in the lot behind the store. No entrance in the back and you need to walk around the plaza to get to the front.

Dropped my s20 in a lake, 20ft deep for 2 weeks, with a cracked screen.

Couldn't get it to load past the opening screen or hold a charge after several days of drying in rice, vacuuming and blowing air into it.

Ubreakifix had it for 3 days and were able to get it running as good as new for pretty much the cost of fixing the screen anywhere else.

Staff were excellent, very friendly and called me every day to give a update.

Amit & the guys did a great job fixing my Pixel 4XL. I was able to book an appointment for immediate service and they had it fixed in just a few hours, saving me the $1,000 for a new replacement. A+ Highly Recommend them.

Dropped my pixel 5 phone and cracked the screen on a corner. Came here for a fix and they were able to fix it all within a few hours. The phone works good as new.

I had a wonderful experience with uBreakiFix! I took my phone in yesterday because I was having trouble with my voice to text. They ran the diagnostics and it turned out the setting I was on was causing the error. Meet let me know and was so helpful and friendly. Meet also took the time and spoke to my daughter after to further explain what they did. I highly recommend them and they will be my first choice in the future.

I had an issue with my phone back in November of 2020. Unfortunately the same issue arises 3 months later. I brought it back to the store to my surprise, I was not charged to do the repair. Also the workers in the store was very professional and displayed quality customer service. So for all your phone repairs don't hesitate, give them a call and make your appointments.
