UC Baby 3D Ultrasound

The technician was so lovely! She really made our experience so good. We did the gender determination scan and she checked in to see if we wanted to know or wanted an envelope. She also showed me my baby in detail which was nice. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Will definitely return!

It was an amazing experience. The technician is super sweet and did her best to get best pictures… I can’t explain my emotions and experience over their is beyond my thoughts…. Thank you so much UC baby for making such an incredible memories.cheers

Amazing service great environment. Kiran booked us on the spot without any previous appointment for 3D ultrasound and provided prompt service with detailed feature description of our baby throughout the scan. Gender determination was also included in our package and we got all our baby pics and video inside the usb. Highly recommended

I had my 3d ultrasound done here, my baby was a little choosy to get clicked but the staff here helped me get the best pictures of my baby. Must visit them for amazing experience

I highly recommend UC Baby, we had such a wonderful experience the staff is very knowledgeable and had lots of patience with us and our growing girl! We were able to find out her gender at 16weeks! And got high quality 3D pictures! Thanks UC Baby! We will be back again!

I booked an early gender reveal at 16 weeks and was so happy to hear we were having a girl! Kiran, the ultrasound technician, was so kind and reassuring that the image was quite clear. So we went ahead and started shopping for very girly baby items. Throughout my pregnancy (I'm 30 weeks now) I had multiple routine ultrasounds at other ultrasound/x-ray clinics (including a visit at the hospital) and every time we got different gender "confirmations", which was extremely frustrating and confusing. Finally I called UC baby again, spoke with Kiran and she got me an appointment on the same day and even offered me a discount for the trouble I've been through. We got to our appointment and she found the baby's genitals almost right away and showed us it was clearly a girl and explained why she was very confident with the confirmation. Amazing service, we were so glad to have called UC Baby again. We will definitely be booking here again with our next pregnancy!:)

I had great experience at the 3D ultrasound. Kiran went over ultrasound very well. She answered all our questions. The baby was very clear to see, even during our gender reveal, the babys gender was very clear. It's really good to have 3d ultrasound, so the whole family can enjoy it together. I would recommend this place to everyone.

This review is long overdue. May 2021.
I had a great experience at first. The technician was nice enough to let us come 3 times because baby was stubborn and she wasn't able to get much movement or a good picture. The 3 stars isn't because of that, as you can't control how baby will be. I'm giving 3 stars because after the 3rd time we went home to finally show family, the USB wasn't working. We went back another day & she realized she had a package of faulty usbs so she gave us another one. We went home and realized that the sound of the heart beat recording wasn't there. We went back again a different day and this time she realized that there was something wrong with the sound recording, so she was getting someone one to fix the sound and she would call me to come back. Well because of all the back and forth I asked if I could get an extra printed picture and she said no as it wasn't really their fault. Ok Thanks (A small gesture can really result to good customer service and satisfaction). And I never received that call so I didn't get the sound of the heart beat on video.

Staff, technicians and experience were great!
A really special experience for those expecting.especially during the pandemic when SO aren’t allowed in prenatal appointments and routine ultrasounds.

My fiancée and I went a few weeks ago, and honestly this was such a beautiful experience.
To be able to have my fiancée actually attend an ultrasound with me during this pandemic was memorable for the both of us.
We were able to see our baby in 3D/4D which is INCREDIBLE!
Their prices are great, and sometimes they send discount coupons in their emails ;)
We purchased a bear that has baby's heartbeat and everything is recorded on a USB from the appointment.

Such an amazing experience. My husband and I were there today. The lady working was so kind and sweet. Our baby was a little hard to see due to position but she spent extra time with us and went above and beyond to get us the best picture possible. I highly, highly recommend this place!

We travelled an hour away for our 2nd child's 3D ultrasound because we had such amazing experience here with our first child. She has gone above and beyond for us when the baby was not cooperating. The technician showed a high level of patience and was extremely polite and professional! I definitely recommend this place to expecting parents!
