Seems to have gone downhill from what it was before the pandemic.thay now have filled all the level tent sites with seasonal trailers and the reason we were given us this side was making no money yet before the pandemic we stayed here numerous times and had seen tent come and go almost non stop the entire time we were here. The shower/washrooms were always kept clean and tidy now not so much. Grass was so long as to harbour critters and because of so many apple trees apples were all on ground and as I myself am allergic to bees for the most part spent my time in the car or the tent. I think after several years next year I will be looking for a new campground as this one seems be be geared more for RVs and trailers and thus they should perhaps make it just an RV and trailer park.staff and campers alike are all great and museum is a must on anyone's list to visit but again you'll be fine as long as you do not use a tent to do your camping in. Judge for yourself this is my and mine alone honest opinion of this property as of this date

Great place to camp. Beautiful scenery. Two beaches. Lots of activities. Live entertainment too. Our site was very private and right on the water

Beautiful quiet park with playground and beach. There is a frrr museum in a house built in the early 1800s. Museum employee gave us a great tour.

A beautiful and friendly place to camp; live music every long weekend, nice beach. Just needs laundry facilities.

The history of the place is fantastic, sad we're not doing more with the park.
